I had an outside faucet that had dripped for a couple of years. Two other plumbing companies tried to "fix" it with no positive results. Terry didn't hesitate to suggest the faucet needed to be replaced. That required getting behind the brick to make the attachment. He was able to do that without removing any bricks and replaced the mortar he had removed. The faucet is working great! I also requested that he look at my water heater that is 8 years old (builders grade) in my attic. The last thing I want is to have a flood of 50 gallons. To be proactive I want to see how the heater was doing (no maintenance for 8 years). Things are OK for now but he discussed the option we have open including tankless water heater or replacing it with a new tank. He was very good to answer my questions and give me quotes. No pressure just lots of good information. He was very detailed in his assessment of our needs and present setup to see what we would have to do if we wanted tankless.

When we had some problems later figuring out how to set the timer to make it go on and off at certain times, they came out and got us set up - no charge. They even fixed the cold water knob for no charge. A coworker was in the market for a plumber soon there after and I told her about this company. This will be the company I call any time I have a plumbing issue.

Had to come back twice to correct problems with the installation, but they did show up promptly when called about the problems. Overall, good job. Seemed too expensive.
