They took a look at my leak and gave me a quote for over $1150.00 just to replace a gateway valve. That I could if i was not disabled.. I ended having to us my friend that is 79yrs to do the job b/c he can do it the right way without trying to overcharge that this company try to do

We made the appointment and he came over. We were sleeping and he did the work without making noise. Everything was fast. To get a better grade, maybe the price could have been less.

Service man was nice. Disappointed the repairs did not last.

I used that Benjamin Franklin here about a year ago and they came out, and oh my god were they expensive. All it needed was new seals and they charged me a couple of hundred dollars to do that. Then I wanted them to look at my plug and that was another hundred dollars to look at that and I had a top valve that needed replaced and that was another hundred bucks. I had them look at another toilet and that was another hundred bucks. Before I got done it was four hundred and some dollars and they hadn't done much of anything you know. I wanted a fifth thing fixed and when he told me I just told him forget it you know. He was pleasant, he was nice.

Job was performed well and very quickly. The charge was standardized and may not have been reflective of actual work done.

They did a great job clearing the drain and explaining what was happening with the hvac unit draining down into that area. Left me a bottle of cleaner to use monthly so that wouldn't keep happening

Fast arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented the fix.

Our experience was not well. They took the coupon and everything was fine, but they would not honor to do the work that we requested. So, we did not end up using them. We have used them in the past for other things and they were fine, but this particular situation, they were just way too expensive so we did not use them. They took the coupon that we had printed out. They took that for the trip charge. When it came time to do the work, my husband and I just ended up doing it ourselves. We did not hire anybody. It was $89 trip charge regardless what they do. That was the catch. Eighty-nine dollars trip charge whether or not they do anything and in this case, they did come out. It was just a matter of charging us $25 instead of $89. That was what they did. Everything was fine. The guy who showed up was fine. It was just they wanted too much to perform the work. The guy was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I would tell friends and family to check on their prices before they hire them.

Provider scheduled activity within a window. Plumber actually contacted us on scheduled day and asked to come earlier than window which accommodated our schedule. Arrived promptly and showed him main line access. Ran camera down main sewer line and located blockage on city side of line. Marked location of blockage using a location device linked to camera showing it was within street. Let me know about contacting city and having them repair issue. He then provided me with invoice and departed. City has repaired blockage and issue was found to be tree root at the location provider indicated. Less than one hour of activity required and no cost to come to residence made this a good deal.

This was my first time needing a plumber. I had no idea where to start. I reached out on facebook to no luck, so I jumped on Angies List and found this special. Glad I did. After purchasing this deal on Angies List, I contacted the company directly to book in a time. They had someone available on the same day between 3-5pm. I was very happy with this as I needed them ASAP. Sure enough, they gave me a call at 2:30 to advise that they would be there at 3pm. Sure enough, a couple minutes till, the big Blue van was outside. I met John, very friendly guy who knows his stuff. He saw the problem and needed to go off to pick up a couple of parts. Came back quickly and got to work. After I saw the work involved, I was glad I didnt try to attempt to do the work myself. Anyways he completed the work quicker than anticipated, EXCELLENT JOB! Gave me some well needed answers and recommendations to a couple other issues within the house. Would highly recommend, and will get back when/if needed.

They showed up on time and did everything we asked them to do. They replaced a cartridge in one of our showers that was leaking and then replaced a faucet on the outside of the house that was also leaking. They gave us their opinion on our 16 year old hot water heaters and explained the process and cost for replacing them. They even fixed a pot filler we had in our kitchen that was not properly installed from the beginning two years ago without charging us for the work.

It was excellent. They put a camera through the line. The $99 covered the work. They were polite and thorough. They were clean and professional.

They did a great job. Cameron was the plumber and he did a great job. They worked with us to fix the problem and I was really happy.

They came out and did a little repair. Then I had a leak so I called them to come back out. It was pretty bad. They sent a different guy this time. He looked at it. They ran the camera down and said that I had to replace my whole sewer line. It was thousands of dollars. I said, are you kidding me? I called my Realtor and got a different plumber to come out and give me a second opinion. They fixed it for $4,000. The other plumber was $26,000. It was a ridiculous amount because they gauge by how deep the lines are. I didn't actually need to replace the whole line. I never used them. The pricing was crazy. He was here pretty quickly. I probably should have turned him in to Better Business Bureau. Dome companies just aren't ethical with how they treat single women. I will never work with them again.

They arrived 20 minutes late which was an immediate turn-off especially since they tout themselves as the "on-time" plumber. BUT, true to their guarantee, I DID receive recompense for their tardiness. The plumber was very friendly, but after hearing their prices, I settled on a minor repair. After that, he proceeds to tell me that we wouldn't be able to use our bathtub until it was fixed and he was telling me to make sure I knew that. That was news to me, since it was working fine BEFORE he arrived! Well, after much discussion, and after clarifying what happened (the drain to the bathtub had broke somehow when he inspected it) between me and him, and ultimately between me and his boss Tony, all was good because they agreed to fix the draining issue on them I appreciate their professionalism, and most of all the plumbers honesty. Had he NOT been straight with me then and there, I would never have known there was a problem until irreparable (or at least much more costly) damage had been done weeks or months later. The water would have been draining directly under our home (pier and beam) and foundation damage (possibly worse) would have surely occurred with that amount of water draining inappropriately. They went above and beyond to fix the problem partly caused by them and I appreciate their hard work in resolving it. - Mark Rodriguez

It was way too expensive for what it was.

Great. Punctual and professional. They just cleaned out a kitchen sink drain that was clogged and it probably would have only cost me $89 so I didn't really save any money. However, it was nice to put a cap on how much I could be charged.

The shower wall was already open to the studs. He re soldered two joints on the shower valve. The job litterally took five minutes to complete. The total cost was $274, and that was after they waived their service fee of about $70. I agreed to the job because I had taken the day off. I have already warned co workers not to use this company.

I told them I their ad contained false advertising and that I would contact someone else.

Ryan came here on time and cleaned the kitchen sewer line. Fortunately no need to climb to the roof to unclog it. Good work!
