No work was done and I will not use them in the future.
Description of Work: I called to get an idea of pricing to have my new hot water heater disconnected and reconnected for a tile job I'm doing myself and the girl on the phone told me they couldn't give me even an idea of a price for the job on the phone that they'd have to send a technician out and charge me $59.00 for the trip. I told her I wasn't ready to do the tile job just yet and that it's a new hot water heater and I'm not relocating it, I simply needed an idea of the cost. She had no idea. Why would I pay them $59.00 to come out to tell me something they can estimate over the phone just to pay an additional $59.00 on the day that I need them to do the job? It was just plain ridiculous.

Description of Work: Installed 2 tankless watwe heaters. Repaired gas leaks necessary to pass inspection. Work was handled in a professional manner. They stood by their estimate although much additional had to be done.

Travis had a cancellation and was able to complete the work much earlier than expected (which was great). Travis was extremely professional, nice and well presented. I thought the price was reasonable for the toilet install but thought the installation price for the water line was a bit high. HOWEVER, I am going through the home renovation from h***, and it was GREAT to have a provider as helpful as Travis. I went "cheap' on the renovation and definitely got what I paid for (bad work). I wish I had found Angie's list two months ago. So, I'm willing to spend the money on good work and with good people. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Travis!

But he said the trip would be free only if service was performed. So, facing the choice of paying $59 for the trip anyways, I told the plumber to fix it. He did a good job. But the price was very steep! There is nothing "straightforward" in the pricing as they claim to be.
