Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

It was a very costly estimate (to me), but I needed a resolution, not a patch job that would soon fail again. I have every confidence that I was not given an artificial inflation of the needs for the job. Throughout the project the plumbers were timely, courteous, exceptionally clean, and willing to talk me through the logic of each element of the job. They did their best to keep me with some service throughout the multi-day job. The main plumber, Ricky, went all the way by standing toe to toe with the city crew supervisor, who didn't want to lower their cleanout height to meet my sewer line. At my request Ricky got the hose and showed the unwilling city crew supervisor how the water did not flow into the main - it flowed right back down toward my house. The city acquiesced, and the installation looked great. When the inspector came, he praised the work under the house - saying the plumber had done a superb job.

When I started inquiring about the charges, the sales person did not give me straight answers. I sent them walking. You should do the same

Plumber was on time. Benjamin Franklin has out-priced itself for us. Sears & Home Depot offered the job at $150 versus $450 from you. I am sorry, I love quality but seniors are restricted.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Benjamin Franklin came out within 2 hours to unclog the sink. Very punctual and professional. Would use this company again.

Art was friendly & knowledgeable. He noted that toilet might still be under warranty, something that I had not considered. He replace with hoses of brass fittings.

The plumber was very nice, slightly pushy, but nothing that was too intimating. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and he arrived right on time. They were way over-priced compared with another company; we had received three estimates and there’s was the highest. But overall, the estimation priocess went well.

The experience was okay. They installed a garbage disposal for me, and I wasn’t satisfied with it due to the horsepower. I changed my mind and they charged me the difference between what I had installed originally and the replacement. Since I have a contract with them, they didn’t charge me a service fee. I’m happy with their services overall.

They?re very honest. The?approximate cost was for the service call and fixing the problem.?They could?ve charged me a fortune for a new garbage disposal, but instead took two minutes to fix the problem. They show you exactly what everything costs before the work is started. They?re not cheap, but they?re honest and they do good work. Also, every few minutes that they're late, some of the bill is deducted, which makes them on time usually.
