I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism. They were very quick to respond and took time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. My only complaint was in the highly recommended referral of a water removal company. The referred company was, in my opinion after briefly dealing with them, not a trustworthy company and apparently gives "incentives" to plumbers that recommend them. This would be the only reason I might think twice about using Benjamin Franklin again.

They did a really good job and fixed the problem. There were additional expenses over and above what they initially quoted, but would always put it in writing and tell us exactly what it would be. They have always been honest and up front. The plumber even was out here until 9pm one night. They go above and beyond for us.

I called at about 9:30 am and told the woman I was in no rush. She said someone could be here between 1:00 and 3:00. At 10:30 they called and said they could be here in thirty minutes if I was okay with that, I said yes. I got Josh, he was very polite and got straight to business, very friendly, but didn't tell me his life story, (I hate to be a captured audience with repair people!) He even moved my washer in from the garage and attached it! ( Beyond the call of duty!) when he left, I received a call from the company following up on the service. I would habe rather paid less, but for the quick, efficient service, I highly recommend!!

The service was great. They were very friendly and the first service call was actually free. We had a problem with our faucet and it was going to be very expensive to fix. The man at the plumbing company is going out of his way to look for a new handle for us so we can save some money. I would recommend them.

They were several hours late arriving. We had asked for quote to replace some gas plumbing in a house we had purchased so that we would be able to have heat for the winter. The quote was for about $5000. What we actually paid - to the plumber who actually performed the work - was just under $2000 to have it all replaced. That included the required inspection from the gas company and pressure tests. Our foundation is pier and beam. Since the house sits on a slope, you can almost walk under parts of it. Access isn't particularly difficult so I really didn't understand how they arrived at this grotesquely large amount of money. Rather than argue over the price, I simply paid them the service call fee and was preparing to send them on their merry way. The plumber that they sent to give the quote told me "I can see from the look on your face that this is much higher than the other estimates you have had. You can call our office and see if they will work with you on the price. If you use us to do the work, your service call fee gets applied to the work." They were SO much more expense than everyone else that I just can't recommend anyone use them. And spending $3000 to save $50 service call fee is just patently ridiculous.

They were able to come out the same day to address the problem. They assessed the situation, provided an estimate, and started work immediately. They cleared out all Evaporator Coil drains, total of 4, in under an hour. The work was quick and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.
