We noticed that we had a leak at the top of our water heater. The plumber was very prompt in finding the problem and fixing it. He pointed out a couple of other potential problems that we may have down the road because our water heater was over 8 years old. I appreciated him taking the time to explain it to me.

The plumber that came out was one of the nicer people I've met. He not only fixed the problem but taught me how to prevent it in the future. He was very professional and courteous. Excellent experience all around.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were pretty good. Other than their price I was satisfied with their service. Their price was to high.

The guy that came out was quick to figure out that we had an electric issue and not a plumbing issue, no charge for the service call, which was appreciated.

Same as above. They came in and reviewed my terrible effort and trying to replace a one-handed Delta Shower valve. The handle allen screw was broken - i had to drill the handle out - then found a corroded and rusted housing to the valve. So, at the store, when they tell you it is easy, it is, when the screws work, the valve isn't crusty and rusty. Overall, they had to pull our some tile, cut the piping out, put in new valve and handle hardware - total job time was about 4 solid hours, including some welding. Great job.

The work was excellent. The price seemed higher than we had expected. His skill level enabled him to do the work quickly and efficiently. He told us the price before he started the work, so there was no surprise. This company charges by the job and not by the hour because they are talented enough to do jobs more quickly

They wanted $500 because it was under warranty for 5 years. It could not be worth that much. It is totally unfair pricing. He thought he was coming for a repair, but it needed a whole new faucet. It was a miserable experience. We cancelled the service altogether.

After calling the company, they responded very quickly. Brian cleared the problem and recommended a camera look at the waste line outside the house. The cost could have been just under $400 for this "new" problem. However, on examination of the line found a small piece of PVC that came from the original repair; it was the cause of the backup. NO CHARGE. Had he not recommended the line exam, the cause would not have been known and there would have been a $200 charge! Besides a skillful craftsman, the honesty was great. Thank you.

The technician that performed the work was awesome. He gave me different options of how the work could be done and let me choose what suited me best.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The plumber didn’t charge me since the problem turned out to not be plumbing-related. He was also friendly and even found a problem with our air conditioning unit, too.

They did a good job. I thought they were a little overpriced. The service was good.

They came out right away and they did a great job. I liked the service so much that I had them replace a second hot water tank.

The service was really good overall. I was getting ready to go on vacation, so I called them late in the day. They were able to send someone out right away, showed up on time, and got the job done!

The technician told me that my toilets were so out of date that he couldn’t complete a tune-up. He then told me I needed to replace the toilets and explained several options, but those quotes were a bit high. I felt like I was being a little bit pressured so I went elsewhere for the new toilets and installation.

They did an awesome job. They were really professional, quick, and thorough.

The plumber gave me an estmate of $2000.00 to $2200.00 to fix the problem. I thought that the estimate was very high, so I told him I would get back to them. I got some other estimates and ended up paying $70.00 in parts and $200.00 in labor.

Excellent, I could not ask for better service.

The company arranged the after hours visit and assured us that the plumber would be there in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called to find out where the plumber was. The operator called him and found out he was in traffic and would be at least another 40 minutes. I was unhappy the plumber did not call the office or me to inform me of his delay. We were forced to scramble to find another plumber because of the lack of professionalism and responsiveness of this company. I would never use them again.

Overall their service was excellent. They went beyond what was expected. They located gas leaks in the house and were very fair in price. The gentlemen that came out were very pleasant, professional,competent, and easy to deal with. I will use them again and have recommended their services.

Serviceman, Art, was extremly courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. Took him 2 minutes to fix kitchen facet, then took the time to survey all our plumbing, asked me about the history of problems, then gave me an estimate and finished the plumbing cleanout in about an hour. Took the time to explain what had happened and what he was going to do. Excellent experience.

This is in a rental house so I wasn't there. I got a phone call from the plumber but I was in the shower. He apparently left a voicemail but I didn't notice it. Instead, I saw that I missed a call and I returned his call. I called him back. He told me that my problem was because of a leaky faucet. I asked him if he had one available to replace it. He said he could get one quickly. I said go ahead and then call me back and I would give him my credit card number. He called me back about an hour later and said it was $498. I thought I didn't hear him correctly so I asked him again how much it was and he said $498. He said I told you that was how much it was going to be. I said no you didn't. He said, yes I did. I left you a voice mail. I said I didn't get his voice mail, I just returned his missed call. I asked him how long it took to do the job (it was 45 minutes) and he said we don't work by the hour, we work by the job. This outfit is a bunch of crooks.

Their charge was very very high in relation to the work performed. Probably more than a neurosurgeon or expensive lawyers! They made it sound like a lot of work when giving the quote, but were done in a 8 hours. Also, caused a water leak due to negligence and damaged personal property.

They had to come back to replace a piece that he left out. They are more interested in selling me something else for my house than fixing my problem. They are extremely expensive.
