It went just fine. He did exactly what he was scheduled to do. He was only here for half an hour but he thorough and knowledgable.

I recieved a call telling me when I could expect the repairman. He arrived on time, put on booties to protect my carpet. I showed him the toilet in question and told hime what it was doing. After he was finished he told me what the issue was and what he did to fix it. I had an Angie's coupon which covered the cost of his work. He asked if I had any other issues and I had a bathroom sink that drained slowly. He took a look and worked on it but becuase he said it was not a major problem he did not charge me for the work. He also looked at my water heater, but is was fairly new so it did not need any work. I was very pleased with him and his work.

It went great. I bought one on those deals from Angie's List, $89.00 for $200.00 worth of service. This was great. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time and called before arriving. He looked at what needed fixed and then we decided what I wanted done. He worked quickly and quietly an finished within an hour. He was neat and cleaned up afterward.

My toilet kept reflushing itself every few minutes and he fixed it. It hasn't been doing this since he came. He did say I would need a new toilet at some point. I'll probably be getting a new toilet before long. He also checked my water heater.

It went well. The person was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and quick. He gave me some advice on what I needed to do with each toilet including how to use them and remedy it or gave me some hands-on on how to do it myself and I ended up doing it myself so it was worth every penny. It was probably not as good for them but it was certainly good for me as a consumer. The price of what they offered as their solution, I'd give them probably a B- but for the price of this particular activity, I'd give them an A. That's part of the reason why I didn't go with them because their cost is a lot higher than actually doing it myself. They were on time. If I were the owner of Benjamin Franklin, I might be a little upset because the guy was giving me so much information to do it on my own but as a consumer, I appreciate it. I would be likely to use them again but I would get multiple bids. I think their cost actually to do the repairs is actually high.

He asked for payment after I paired Angie list by credit card. So I gave him a check that was deposited and had to Waite for a refund . A total mess would never do it again vendor was not aware of deal or service provided when he arrived. Waited for a week to get my Money back and the problem still exists.

Even though the tile and sheetrock had been removed from the wall (we're redoing the bathroom) the plumber told me he had to charge the standard corporate rates. He told me that if he had his own company, he would have done the total job for $300.00. The plumber put the old toilet valve wall cover back on after he was finished! And it was a good 20 years old! I paid $593 and that was with a 10% discount for being a senior. The plumber was very nice, polite and professional. However, I will definite shop around more in the future mainly because they wouldn't adjust the price since he didn't have any obstructions to the piping. Geez, these company owners must live in mansions!

He was really good and fixed the faucet in the kitchen. I would use them again.

They get an A+ for responsiveness. They also got the job done very quickly. In my opinion, we did pay top dollar for these services; probably could have found someone cheaper, but were on a timeline and wanted the job done fast.

was able to get the drain flowing again. was not able to run a camera down the drain due to age of plumbing. they said it had to much sludge buildup.

I purchased the toilet tune up for $ 29.00. They came out and he put in a new flapper and adjusted some arm so the toilet would not run. He said it needed some new part and I purchased it for $ 104.00. He also said the toilet bowl was loose and he had tighten it. Then he kept asking me if anything else needed to be done. I told him no. Then he said he wanted to check the hot water tanks. We had a new one installed not long ago. I kept telling him I did not need anything more. The next day the toilet bowl started leaking. We had water all over the floor. My husband tried to fix it but it continued to leak so I called Benjamin Franklin again. A different person came out Sunday afternoon. He fixed it by putting in all new washers and we were charged another $ 249.00. He was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. The thing is we never had a bowl leak prior to the first call and I did not spend $ 29.00 to have them try to justify the offer by trying to up sell their services. They did come out on Sunday. I appreciate that and he did say that now I have a refurbished toilet. The man that came out on Sunday and I think he did a good job but it was expensive.

Quick response to promotion. Polite service rep. However, failed to properly identify the type of faucet which would have met the $79 Angie List "Big Deal" offer. Instead gave quote of $309 after the Angie's List offer ($388 total) to replace a "soldered" faucet head. Later examination determined the faucet screwed on and work performed by another service. Concerned that this "Big Deal" offer was to just get the vendor on site for more expensive repairs to be done at owner's cost.

The Company called and said the plumber had finished his previous job early would I want him to come early. I was ready and he did come on over. He took care not to track dirt in and fixed the drain, cleaned up afterwards. He was pleasant and professional.

It went very well. I bought the $29 Angie's Coupon for a five-point toilet check-up early in the morning. The coupon included replacing the flapper if needed. I already new my toilet needed a new flapper, as it was "self-flushing" whenever the water was on. I called Ben Franklin Co. in the mid-morning and made sure of what the coupon covered. Then, I told the receptionist/operator that I would go on line and buy the coupon and get the visit scheduled. She said that she could go ahead and schedule the work and I could present the coupon to the plumber when he arrived. She had someone in my area (Andrew) who came over within an hour of my call. He replaced the flapper (as I expected) and checked everything else. He said everything was fine otherwise. He was very prompt and very pleasant.

He certainly worked hard at getting the drain clear, and was a mess when he was done! I am very pleased! He cleaned up after himself better than any other service person I have ever had for anything! Pablo certainly went the extra mile in getting the job done. I was also pleased that he did not pressure me into purchasing anything for drain maintenance. I did ask, though, what it is that he uses at home and so I asked to purchase the product from him. It is much more convenient than the similar product I had used in the past.

The experience was great. There was no extra charge to change the pipe. The gentleman arrived in uniform and immediately covered his shoes. He was a very pleasant man and arrived on time, even a bit early. I had no issue scheduling the appointment. They called me after I purchased the deal and I got an appointment pretty quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. The guy was very helpful. I showed him what I needed done and he got to it right away. Overall he was a pleasant gentleman and experience in general. I didn't shop around. I would absolutely use them again.

I've been using them for years. It turned out wonderful. I was thrilled to be able to get service from them at a reduced price. They're reliable, honest, they're a little pricy but they are worth every single penny that you pay. They are a little pricy when you look at their regular prices. They called me back that same day that I signed up. They came exactly when they said they were going to and they called me in the morning like I asked because of my dog, I don't want my dog meeting service people. I find them a little pricy compared to other plumbers but it's worth it in the long run because you get what you pay for.

I purchased a $99 Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they did a good job, but personally I thought it was kind of expensive. Even though they had the discount I had to pay $99 to Angie's List plus $170 to them. I really can't remember how much I paid, but I was surprised to get this total cost. Next time I will just go buy a new toilet although they did a good job and fixed the leak. As far as doing what I asked them to do they did a great job. It did not take the guy long or anything like that so I don't have a problem with that, but if that is the going rate, that's just stupid. I am not impressed.

The service worked out okay. They didn't do the faucet replacement, for some reason it wasn't gonna be covered cause there was something else he had to do. He basically ended changing something to keep the faucet from leaking.
