It was a Big Deal purchase. There was no additional charge. He cleaned up after himself and was respectful and on time.

David arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He cleared clog in kitchen sink and applied enzyme cleaner too. He said if we have any other problems with slow drainage in the next 90 days to please call and they would come back out at no additional cost. 9- days later an still no problems.

He did a good job. I think they did they job expeditiously and they did a good job. I didn't pay any extra. They were prompt and they fixed it. That is about all you can ask. This is a rental house and it is sometimes tricky getting things fixed when you are not there. In this case he was there and did the work. There was a complication, but he got it fixed. It turned out to be a trickier job than he thought but he got it done. I had no interaction with him. I told him to call the tenant and everything else happened between my tenant and him.

He goes the extra mile. He was able to fix the faucet, and was able to cancel the part he ended up not needing.

It was fine. It only took them a couple of days to call me and they were out the next day. They were nice and clean. They wore uniforms. They had clean vehicles. They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. Everything went well.

It went very well. David was awesome. He explained the situation with our water heater which was almost 11 years old, and we decided to get a new one. He made a call and the heater was out at our house in less than an hour. After installing the water heater and doing all the checks - David even stayed to install our sink, faucet and disposal. He did a great job, and was very courteous and professional.

The deal with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing turned out fine. Prompt, on time, very experienced plumber. Everything was great.

Plumber arrived when he said he would. Cleaned clog from main sewer line and used video camera to verify integrity of drain line.

Chose not to use them due to extremely high cost. The $1860 estimate was for CSST, and did not include the cost of repairing the holes in the wall afterward. The cost of a 25' CSST kit, with the appliance hookup, is under $100. The person who eventually did the job took just under 6 hours to run the line, and was much cheaper. At that rate, it would have been ~$300 an hour to run 23' of flexible gas line.

I would never call them again. The ad was for $89 for $200 worth of service. They charged me an extra $249 for a very simple thing. I heard from a neighbor that they do that by charging for coming to your house.

Chuck Smith, our Ben Franklin plumber for this service call, did an excellent job in handling these several repair tasks. He was professional is his approach to the work and did a quality job on all three tasks. I would definitely use Chuck and Ben Franklin Plumbing for future service calls.

I ended up not needing to replace the faucet. There was a very simple solution and they were able to fix the problem without charging me anything. We discussed prices of other work I need done. It all seemed very reasonable.

He found my Sprinkuler is leaking .

They did clear some toilet paper however instead of Roto-rootering the root clog, they gave me a $5500 estimate to dig under the house and replace a section of pipe. And assured me it would be covered by my home owners ins., which it WAS NOT. Another plumber fixed the problem for another $375.

They did an excellent job. It was only two hours to fix the problem.

Benjamin Franklin came out on Sunday to fix it and were on time and fixed the drain in about 10 minutes. A week later the drain clogged again and Benjamin Franklin sent someone right out to fix it with no charge as it was under their warranty. The coupons from Angie's List were a great deal as well.

I needed a plumber immediately. After calling several plumbing companies, they were not able to fit me in their schedules. The Plumbing Technician, James Peden showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He came in looked at the problem, gave me a price and replaced the cartridge in less than an hour. He had the part on his truck. Very Proffesional. Would use this Company and Technician again if I have a plumbing problem.

They advertised removing a clogged drain for $99 if you pre-bought the coupon on Angie's List. I bought it and they came out the next day. The coupon could not be used because of "inadequate drain pipe" meaning I did not have an additional external drain pipe to outside. I asked how I would know that or if it's something on most houses and he laughed and said it's not something you can add to a house. It cost me an additional $190 to remove the clog, so $300 total. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by applying the $99 to the total bill and got short with me when I asked again why the coupon could not be applied. That is more than the other companies are advertising for a clogged drain. I feel they give the coupon option and then don't take it. They did remove the clog in about 20 minutes. They happened to have Dry Force there to give an estimate on drying out the house. The guy from Dry Force said they do not give estimates in writing because it likely goes up and the customer gets mad it's not the estimated price. He said it would likely cost around $3500 if I did it today, I said I needed a real estimate and he came back with $1650 via email.
