They cleaned for 1 hour and then owner called and said the $199 deal for deep cleaning under 2300 square feet didn't cover houses that need a lot of work. He wanted $75 per hour instead. It would have been over 400. The work they did in one hour was poor quality. There is a big cobweb hanging in the room they supposedly finished and in the ONE bedroom they were going to clean they swept without moving two 2'x5' rugs. I actually think they might have swept under the rugs. They were told when they came in that they would only be cleaning ONE bedroom, ONE living room, ONE office , TWo bathrooms, and ONE kitchen. Floors and dust what they could. I DON'T CONSIDER A FEATHER DUSTER TO BE ANY PART OF DEEP CLEANING. BAIT AND SWITCH is what it felt like. thanks to Angie's List we got our 199 refunded. I wouldn't have them clean a dog's cage.

They were over two hours late. I called and kept gettting excuses from them. Very disappointed

B&B Maids' performance was poor and the experience was very frustrating. I would give them a grade of F, but for the follow up communications and cleaning done by the supervisor as mentioned below. Prior to undertaking the work, that supervisor came to the house reviewed what needed to be done and provided an estimate. I was pleased that B&B Maids looked at the work ahead of time and thought the quoted price was reasonable, so I hired the company. The two women who arrived to do the original cleaning did a terrible job. They left before the work was done, and some areas that were supposedly cleaned did not seem that way. I was left cleaning the worst areas ahead of a holiday weekend. Those two women returned following the weekend to finish the work. Again, their performance was unacceptable and incomplete. They complained they weren't given proper directions from their supervisors and weren't given enough time to complete the work. Subsequently, a day or two later, the supervisor who provided the quote came to the house with another person to clean the house. They spent a couple of hours finishing and correcting the poor work done by the earlier crew. The supervisor agreed the work performed by her crew was unacceptable, and she disputed that the crew hadn't been given proper instructions. I was relieved that the supervisor largely resolved the issues with the poor work done by the original crew, but all-in-all it was not a pleasant experience. B&B Maids blew their chance with me. I'll look into other options for further cleaning services.

They did NOT deep clean anything.. i had them change master br, sheets bottom sheet was barely on . she used a feather duster and blew dust everywhere.. i ask for bottom kitchen cabinets washed was only wiped still dirty baseboards not cleaned just feather dusted. shower glass cleaned only, not shower. no items dusted in master bath or bedroom all they had to do was deep clean master bed and bath, powder room, kitchen, family room and vacume stairs, they said they were done in two and a half hours they were in such a hurry to leave. they also had me fill out a Angies list review which i did not like doing with her watching and took it with her

I like them. I'd use them again. Three people came out. They worked for an hour and a half. They were friendly, they cleaned well, the house was clean afterwards.

I've had them come out twice. The house was clean when they left.

Ok I had used this company in the past and they did a great job, but not this time. Just so-so.

There were two ladies that arrived on time and worked diligently to clean both the upstairs and main floor. There were in and out before I knew it and the house look beautiful.

They went to the wrong location (not their fault), but rushed over to our house as quickly as they could. We got a deal for a deep house clean, and they technically cleaned everything they said they would, but nothing really felt CLEAN. They were in and out in about a half an hour and we felt that everything should have sparkled, smelled clean, and been a bit more impressive for buying something that was labeled for deep cleaning. They were friendly, we just weren't impressed.

Everything went Perfecdt as expected. Would Highly recommend.

Initially to arrive at 10am called they were running late. Arrived at 3:30. We're in a hurry and accomplished master bedroom and bath well. The rest of the house was very mediocre. They left at 6pm. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning that includes the whole house not just master areas. The 2 ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. My house is 2800sf and the price was for a 3100sf house.

They were good! I would recommend them and use them, again.

This was a total nightmare and we feel fairly ripped off. Oralia came to our house to provide an estimate for the House Cleaning and Grout Cleaning. We explained that one of our main requests was that our blinds were cleaned. Our cleaning was scheduled for 9:00AM on Monday and Oralia said it would take approximately 4 hours. Susan called me the next day and confirmed the time, to which I verbally confirmed. By Monday at 9:45, no one had shown up to my house. This was concerning because we had a full day planned and could not accommodate much time delay in prepping our house. Upon calling B&B to inquire about the delay, it took a while for the rep to find our appointment. She then stated that they called to confirm the time and that we hadn't answered so they had to move us to a 10:00-11:00 time block. I then told the rep that I did receive the phone call, that I did answer and confirmed the 9:00AM arrival time. She then told me that she would call the cleaning crew and see how fast they could make it to my house. 5 minutes later I received a return phone call stating that the cleaning would be at my house in about 30 minutes and that the grout cleaner would be there about 30 minutes later. That would put them there at about 10:30AM and 11:30AM respectively. Well...they didn't show. At 10:45AM, I called B&B again asking where they were. They then apologized and said that the cleaners were 10 minutes away. They finally showed up at 11:30AM, two and a half hours later than the appointment time. Neither of the cleaners spoke a word of English so communicating was a challenge. I finally resorted to typing statements into Google Translator and that seemed to work ok. As my wife and I had an appointment at 2:00, we had to leave at 1:30. At 1:30 I called Oralia again to tell her that the Grout Cleaner STILL had not shown up and that we had to leave. She said that he was in a meeting and would be on his way to our house in 30 minutes. We returned to the house at about 3:30 from a doctor appointment and the house was empty. Before really looking around, I called Oralia and said that we must have missed the Grout Cleaner because he wasn't there. She said we could just mail in a check for the Grout Cleaning. After more inspection, it looked as if the grout hadn't been cleaned hardly at all. That's when I decided to check my security cameras. Turns out, the Grout cleaner never showed up at all. We called Oralia back again and she stated it was because the cleaners had cleaned the grout by hand and they figured we didn't need to the grout cleaner after all. They just decided that.... I explained to her that the grout was still very dirty and that our blinds were very dirty. I could see from the security camera that the cleaners vacuumed the blinds but never actually cleaned them. On top of that, we had to re-mop all the tile in the house the next day because the floor was sticky. Oralia stated that they would wave the grout cleaning fee seeing as how I was unhappy. Since the grout was never cleaned in the first place, I think it is a no-brainer that they waved the charge. I also explained to her that the cleaners were there for 3 hours total according to the security footage. How were they able to adequately clean the entire home and also manually clean all of the grout in under 3 hours when Oralia stated that the cleaning itself would take 4 hours? The answer is because they didn't clean very well. We did wind up paying the $249 through Angieslist for the cleaning service. I feel like we were totally ripped off because the cleaners were 2.5 hours late for their appointment, the blinds were dirty, the floors had to be re-mopped, and the grout cleaner never even showed up. This was a terrible experience and we do not have the time to hire anyone else at this point because the house goes on the market in two days. Thanks, B&B!
