Description of Work: Team was on-time and got right to work. We purchased the Deep Cleaning package and the team stayed until everything was finished. The level of clean was outstanding and we will hire them back after our house sells and we need a move-out cleaning.

Description of Work: Extra dirty house due to ill health. Ladies cleaned one bath, hall way, and worked in kitchen. Bath cleaned so-so. Hall ok. Kitchen cleaned on, but bone china sleigh and candle holders thrown away. Other items put in trash that should not have been.

I recall calling you after your clean on 4/16 informing you that we had noticed that you guys had porches the deal twice and we did not catch it on till both clean had be done. On the find print on Angie's List it does say you can only porches the deal once. The first clean was done on 2/14/14 and the second one on 4/16/14. The office had no knowledge of the broken wine glass. We were not inform by the team your you guys our customer. We did not know about till we spoke to you and and at that time it was decided since there was two deals purchased we were not going to reimburse for the wind glass and you guy's were not going to pay us what we normally charge. Sorry for not knowing about the wine glasses but at the same time if your customer have a 24 hour window to let us know about any thing in the cleans and we will either send the teams back to re clean if needed or reimburse back if there is any damages or breakages.
