Description of Work: Two housekeeper arrived on time and ready to work. My home looked great.

Description of Work: Pros: |Scheduling was quick and simple. The person at the office was courteous, and friendly. In the end, the house is pretty clean (with some exception). | |Cons: (Bear in mind i did clean the house once before getting the service) |They show up without giving me a phone call which I request. |Two ladies showed up. One clean really well, and the other miss a lot of spots. I shouldn't have to go back and tell them every spot that she missed. |The sad thing is they took a lot of stuff in many of the cabinets, including brand new paper supplies, and tools as well (various wrenches). They never ask me if i need any of those items. I didn't see any of it after they leave. It's just really sad (plus i needed those tools to fix something, but fortunately, i have a spare rusty wrench with me) | |

Description of Work: cleaned my downstairs area (large house). two people arrived around 10 and left around 1:30. Did a very thorough job. Very pleased.

Description of Work: We were not entirely satisfied with the service. I'd say the cleaning person did, at best, an adequate job. While the basics were done (dusting, counters wiped, beds made, bathrooms cleaned), the big deal we purchased was for a deep clean. There were still spiderwebs under an art table, toys under the couch indicating it hadn't been moved for vacuuming, the inside of the oven was not cleaned (as indicated in the big deal), the bed linens were not changed (as indicated in the big deal), and the general amount of clutter not organized was surprising. The pillows in the master bedroom were stacked up, not placed on the bed. There was soap residue on the kitchen island. Given the description of the big deal, I really didn't feel like we received the service we were expecting. | |I did let the provider know and they responded quickly and offered to come back another time to reclean/finish up, but I was traveling and wasn't able to make that work. I was hoping they might refund a portion of my deal, but per their policy they would only reclean - which again, they offered multiple times and I take the responsibility for not accepting. Just disappointed the with the initial service.

Description of Work: 1 girl came and did a deep cleaning. She was incredibly quick and thorough. She came in around 11:40 and was done by 2:20. There was no way 2 of us could have done all of that in such a short amount of time. Very pleased!

Description of Work: It was a deep cleaning. They spoke 0 English and used phone to translate. They missed some light fixtures and under some furniture. They worked very fast and had great attitudes.

Description of Work: Bought a deep cleaning service for $269 before I listed my house on the market. A team of three ladies took 1 hr to get to my house from the subdivision gate and cleaned for 1.5 hr and left. It was not deep cleaning by any standard. One main person was on the phone half the time. The half the list of deep cleaning promised on the website was left done. I was awed at the lousy job they did and had to take photos of all faucets and toiltes they left behind uncleaned. Currently I am disputing half the service charge.
