I was very pleased with the work provided. The hardwood floors free of any stains or discoloring...looking shiny, brand new. All carpeted areas were vacuumed. Bathrooms were cleaned. All baseboards were free of dust and debris. The microwave and stove were cleaned and free of any loose food debris as well. I would use this service again.

I used B&B for 3 months for a monthly cleaning service. The cleaning. The maids showed up within the time window and did a pretty good job. My issue was more with the office personal. The office girl was always really friendly but she never seemed like she had it all together. She would call multiple times to confirm my appointment and forget that she had just spoken to me an hour earlier. Also there were issues with billing. I rent out part of my home and need receipts for everything. I had asked for an invoice to be emailed to me. The first month they emailed the invoice and I paid online. The second and third month no invoices. I called and requested an invoice multiple times but never received one, so I never actually paid. I would be more than happy to pay for the services performed but can't do so until I receive an invoice. Then the last month they didn't show up for the cleaning. I am guessing it is because they finally realized I need to pay them. But they never called and never sent the invoices that I requested multiple times. This is no way to run a business.

Excellent service! Everybody arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. the 3 maids stayed longer than 1 hour 20 min to try to finish cleaning the whole house. They cleaned the house very thoroughly --every corner is clean! I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs general housecleaning :)

Absolutely great service. I would rehire and recommend! Arrived on time, performed deep clean as discussed with initial appointment set-up, professional and friendly. Terrific job overall!! Bonus: most agencies quoted a similar price for 2 hours of deep cleaning with additional costs for over time. Their price included the Deep clean without a time limit. They stayed 3.5 hours. Really excellent results!

Great experience. They come every other week. They come when they say they are going to and do what they say they are going to do. They are very pleasant to work with. I would use them in the future.

Fabulous. Two people arrived and began work almost as soon as walking in the door. Neither one stopped scrubbing for as much as a few minutes that I noticed the entire 3.5 hrs that they were here. They wore hair nets, which no company has ever done before. My house looked better than it ever has when they were finished. I was so happy. If only I could keep it this clean. I have tile floors that look like wood everywhere but bedrooms, and other cleaners have not left them looking clean in the past. But these folks got them very clean. I am so pleased with their work. I will absolutely hire them again when I need a periodic cleaning.

Since my house is about 2,800 sq ft, I knew there would be an additional fee for cleaning the excess square footage, and I feared the increased expense would significantly exceed the value of my voucher. When I called B&B to inquire about the additional cost, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it would only be $70 more. The woman who answered my call was polite, friendly and informative, and she readily answered my questions before booking the appointment for the same week. An hour before the maids' planned arrival, a woman from B&B called me, to let me know that the employees assigned to my home were ill. She could not schedule a replacement crew for the same 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM time window, so she gave me a choice between rescheduling or having a replacement team arrive between 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM; since my schedule was flexible, I chose the replacement crew option. My voucher indicated that the maids would be scheduled for two hours in my home, with the proviso that they would stay as long as necessary to complete the job. I believe this is B&B's standard policy. Since my house is substantially larger than 1,800 sq ft, I expected the cleaning to take much longer than the allotted two hours on my voucher. I neglected to check the time when the maids left, but I believe they finished within 2-3 hours. The maids spoke Spanish, but they were able to communicate well in English. They even cheerfully tolerated my inexpert Spanish, which I practice whenever I have the opportunity. The crew performed the following services: Kitchen - The maids cleaned the exteriors of my cabinets, the ovens, and the refrigerator. The small appliances and other countertop items were cleaned, dusted, and then removed for countertop cleaning. The crew also cleaned the shelves and the kitchen table. They finished in the kitchen by thoroughly sweeping and mopping the floor. I have wood floors in the kitchen, the living areas, and the master bedroom, and I was concerned about wet-mopping them, but the maids used a non-damaging damp mop to clean them instead. Bathrooms: B&B's team cleaned the showers, the tubs, the toilets, the sinks, the mirrors, the shower door tracks, the counter areas, and the tops of the vanity items. They cleaned and disinfected all of the fixtures, as well as cleaning and dusting the master bath's windowsill, the large surfaces around the sunken tub, and the freestanding shelves, where I keep our towels and various other items. They cleaned the fronts of the bathroom cabinets, and finished up by thoroughly sweeping and mopping the tile floors and vacuuming the carpeted master closet. General Cleaning: The maids changed all of the bed linens and made the beds. In each room and hall, they cleaned the wall decorations, the paintings, the picture frames, the light switches, the doors, and the trim around the doors. They cleaned and dusted the furniture and decorative items throughout my home. All of the house's floors, including the stairs, were cleaned using the appropriate method for the flooring material. Deep Cleaning: Throughout the house, they cleaned the base boards, the window sills, the ceiling fans, and the light fixtures. When they encountered spider webs, they removed them. When necessary, they used a 15-foot extension tool to clean. My house has never been as clean as it was when the maids finished. My husband, who rarely notices details, was so impressed, that he asked me if I would like to hire them to clean every other week. Needless to say, I immediately booked the bi-weekly service! B & B Maids Service, Inc. has my highest, unqualified recommendation.

It went fine for the most part, but after they finished and I did a walk through, I noticed most of the blinds still had quite a bit of dust on them as well as the wood that the blinds rest on. The window seats still had trash on them. There were several things that were still dusty as well.

The two ladies spent 8 hours cleaning our 3000 sq ft house. This seemed like a long time, that was ok with us. There are two issues that made the results disappointing. First, the kitchen floor looked like it was mopped with very dirty water. I had to go back over it twice with a mop and clean water just to get the dirt out of the depressions in the ceramic tile. Second, the dusting on the 2 inch wooden blinds was was second rate. Dust was removed in the middle, but the ends of the blinds were mostly untouched.

They did a fabulous job - it was truly amazing!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Three people cleaned every blind slat, every plantation shutter vane, every inch of woodwork, every square inch imaginable. The house is approx 3400 sq ft. When they left, it glistened. The personnel were very kind, personable, and professional, but most of all, industrious. Never slowed down for one minute. Can't exaggerate the quality of service.

Could not be happier. Team arrived (a couple of minutes early, actually) and barely offered names before heading upstairs to begin. Before leaving, they even managed to wipe down blinds (both vertical and horizontal), which were my LAST priority and which I did not expect to see done! They were, clearly, fast; and they were also professional, and pleasant in demeanor. Everything was left sparkling and they mopped their way out the door, ensuring complete coverage of floors. I am now considering this company's options for periodic service.

The lady who answered assured me they could get the work done, and said she would call back as soon as she confirmed with her cleaning crew. After I hadn't heard back from her all day, I called back to check on the status, and she said she had forgotten to call back and tell me that they would not be able to help us after all. They don't seem or sound reliable or professional at all.

Just moved into a rental and needed a good clean. The 3 ladies did a good job cleaning the rental house.

Everything was great. Very thorough.
