This was a big deal purchase and it was just fine. They came out about a week after we bought the deal.

The service was fairly well. I like that my house is clean or fairly clean after they leave. I dislike that the people that were here are tame the first couple of times. They broke a couple of things and did not tell me and they just did not clean well. I asked that someone else start coming. The two people that come now are better than the two people who came before.

It went very well. The crew showed up on time, prepared, were very friendly, efficient and thorough. I will be using them again in the future, and have already recommended them to family and friends.

It went well. They were late arriving and there were a few things that got missed like cleaning the outside of the refrigerator and the sink did not seem to have been cleaned either but the rest of the work was great.

Team showed up and quickly completed the task and I passed the inspection.

After move out the home was very dirty. B & B had the home pristine and smelling lovely when they finished!

They did a good job on the blinds, floors shine, they even cleaned the inside of the windows. BUT they missed the cold air return, the tub and shower don't look like they have been cleaned. In the kitchen; there are still splotches of something on the cabinet. The corners of the floor are filthy. The furniture was dusted but anything sitting on the furniture still needs dusted. The fixtures in both bathrooms are dirty. I have pictures if anyone is interested. AND TO TOP IT ALL off. They gave my Dad a "paper to sign" . At first he thought it was just saying they were here. NO it was the Angie's list review. The male that was here was said he wanted to fill it out and submit it. WHAT???

I was very pleased with my service. The ladies were professional and did a thorough job. My oven looked fantastic! They completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I scheduled them for a deep house cleaning and they did a good job.

Showed up on time, 2 person crew, where here for about 4 hours. Deep Cleaning includes quite a bit and they pretty much did everything as expected and didn't use harsh chemicals. House was clean and smealled clean. I would like for them to do another walk through before leaving. B/C I noticed marks on doors that could/should have been wiped clean, few cop webs where they cleaned and the shower in the master could have been a little cleaner. But over all I would give them a solid A, def would use them again. Good Service and work very efficent

They arrived early and cleaned all the bathrooms, floors, dusted the ceiling fans and window ledges. They tidied up all the rooms. They did an incredible job.

Everything went well. One call arranged price, scope of work and schedule. Workers arrived on time. Work completed in a timely manner.

B&B Maid Services did an incredible job...It started when they called me about 1hr before they were scheduled to arrive and asked if it was ok for them to arrive early. I greatly respected this courtesy. The team included 5 cleaners who were able to set my expectations around timing and what they would and would not do. My family and I departed while they cleaned. They called me when they were done and waited for me to arrive to conduct a joint inspection of the services. I do not have a single complaint regarding the price, scheduling, service, professionalism, etc. I highly recommend securing B&B Maid Services.

Very good service. Cleaned in great depth and were on time, courteous and efficient.

The crew had a hard time finding my location and we late in arriving. There were 5 people and they quickly made up for the time by getting the house in order before the move in occurred. They cleaned all the ceiling fans, picked up all the dust that had gathered in the empty hours and made it ready to live in. I bought their move-out package for our rental home which we left, but that is for a later review.

The service arrived on time and brought enough help to get the job done quickly. Very nice job, no issues.

Carmen and Norma were exceptional. Very cheerful and eager to please. They cleaned to perfection every inch of my VERY dusty home. Top to bottom, baseboards, window sills up to the ceiling fans - and everything in between! I will definitely have them back!

We were not present, but the new owner was thrilled with the outcome. We were already in our new house in Houston. Our realtor, Lisa Birdsong, arranged for a combination lock box to hold a key so this work could be done in our absence. All that worked well.

Team of 3 did an efficient and quality job. Service appointment made on 4/27 for 5/19 cleaning set for 2:00 p.m. On 5/19, at 2:30 I contacted business owner to find out where team was. Learned that the appointment was not at a firm time (2:00 p.m.), but that they would be there between 2:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. contacted business to find out where team was and she did not answer phone. Left message with answering service who said they'd have her call me right away. At 3:45 p.m. contacted business owner and she called team and called me back to say they'd be there in 5 minutes. At 4:00 p.m. team showed up. I sat at an empty house for over 2 hours waiting. Very dissatisfied with the fact that my appointment was not a last minute scheduling, but they jammed another client in front of me, making me wait.

The two ladies arrived on time and started working. They worked continuously while they were there. I inspected their work and all seemed to have gone well. Then my wife came home........she found a handful of things that were missed. I told her I am not one to see the specifics like she does because I don't do detail cleaning on the house like she does. The things that were missed were minor, but noticeable. I feel they cleaned a hundred or more things and missed 4 or 5. I also feel for the money spent, they did what would have taken us a day to do. I would hire them again, but only if my wife were home to do a post cleaning inspection. Also, neither lady spoke very good English, which made it difficult to communicate.
