They did an awesome job! Felt like a new house!

I wasn't very satisfied with it. I paid for deep cleaning and I barely got things wiped down. It was not a deep cleaning. I've been through them before, paid less money for a deep cleaning and they did a good job. This time, they didn't even do a semi-good job. I probably won't be using them again. They didn't do a great job. A lot of my knobs in the bathroom were broken. I could probably name a dozen of things I didn't like about it. It was surprising because I've had used them before and I was very satisfied with them. They were almost three hours late. They seemed very professional.

We are already clean people. I was hoping for a real detail clean but there idea is different than mine. They should have suggested a regular clean the way they did it. Cleaning base boards is more than just dusting them in my mind. Especially for a detail clean.

Speaking with someone to set up an appointment was easy. Having them honor that time frame was not. After they didn't arrive from (10 - 12 pm), which they called to tell me they would, I called for ETA. They said 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called again. They said sorry and it would be 10 - 15 minutes. After another 45 minutes, I called again. They said sorry and it would be 10 - 15 minutes. I said to stop BSing me and give me an accurate ETA. She said that they haven't left the previous house yet and it would be at least 45 minutes. After they finally arrived, they weren't even good. No extra attention to detail.

Excellent job; cleaned everything visible

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. I think I have had them twice. They did the service pretty much right away. I had just been in the hospital. When they came I was still in recovery. I think they put the trash in the garage and it stayed out there for some time before I realized it was out there. I don't know why they did that because I was in the house and they could have asked me what I wanted them to do with the trash. I think they showed up later than they were supposed to.

I asked for a cleaning after a major reno I asked them to clean walls and floors and all the inside of the cabinets as there was popcorn removal in the house and it was filthy. When I booked my appointment I spoke to someone who I let know that there would be people cleaning my vents and furnace that day and because I didn't want there to be any problems with things getting done. I asked her if that would be an issue since I needed to have the house ready to move in to the next day and the house needed to be cleaned that day. She assured there would be no problems and told me there would be an extra charge for it having been a reno. On the day of service the maids refused to clean while the ac people where there. I called back to figure out what had happened and then they rescheduled me later at 2:00. As I was not living at the house at that point I had to go back and forth all day to make these appointments from work and from home. I got at the house at 1:45 and they did not show up till after 3:00. I let them in and then I left came back 3 hours later to pay them and they left. I walked through the house and realized they didn't even clean my walls and did not take care of the cabinets and drawers. The customer service is so frustrating I called multiple times just be called back once or twice by someone who always needed to call someone else to find out the answers to my questions. They did half the job I paid them to do and they were late. I will never use them again as the whole thing was extremely frustrating.

No complaints - crew showed up when expected, thorough clean and made long term recommendations to help keep our new butcher top kitchen island clean.

It went ok. They came on time and worked through the day covering most parts. They did not clean the fans and light fixtures, or behind the furnitures. The work they did does not qualify as "deep cleaning" - it was just regular cleaning. I had to be around every minute and ask them to clean each item. But when asked they did without any attitude or resistance. I would have expected more than 2 people to come - with 2 people it took an entire day.

Arrived promptly – did good job of cleaning floors, bathrooms, blinds, etc. Very pleased.

Did a great job, arrived on time, did the work exactly as promised. No complaints. We've signed them up for regular biweekly cleanings as a result of the quality of service and price.

It was great! They showed up when they said they would and did a VERY good job. I usually clean my house myself and am very particular about my baseboards getting cleaned, and they were immaculate! They cleaned all of my blinds, window seals, baseboards, fans, etc. They were very professional and everything was done better than I could have wished for!

Not much to ask for having no furniture store in the house and to pay $300. Once I walked through after the job had been done, they did nothing! There was so much dust on all the fans, light fixtures, and floors. I was not happy. I called and talked with the owner and she told me they would send me a check for 20% off. I was happy with that, however it has been three weeks and I have not received a check from them. Still waiting!!

I am a picky housekeeper and while they did a decent job it certainly wasn't the "deep" cleaning I anticipated. They were very friendly and worked hard and quickly...maybe if they'd taken more time and concentrated on a few areas instead of several I would have seen more of a difference.

Great experience. As an Active Duty member and having to move every three years it gets expensive. Two ladies showed up and three hours were walking out the door. They were both very courteous and did an amazing job. I would recommend and use this company again.

Great! House looks great. Very nice people.

No complaints. Thorough cleaning. They actually moped floor with a mop. Most cleaning services just use a Swiffer. They were also more expensive than most cleaning services I have used. You get what you pay for.
