Once the error on the dishwasher happened I began looking for people on Angie's List. Unfortunately all of the places I called did not work on LG Dishwashers. Finally on place I called said that Appliances of Plano had a guy that did LG repairs. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. The time window was from 1 - 5pm and Rick did not show up until well after 6.30 without a call to let me know he was running late. After looking at the dishwasher Rick determined that a new pump was required. He called me that night after looking up the cost. He said it would be 440.00 dollars and he could install the next day. He showed up and installed the part. It took about 3 hours. Once done he ran a rinse cycle and said it was good to go. I ran a load of dishes the next day and the same error came up on the dishwasher and it was full of water. I called Rick and told him the problem. He said he would be out the next day. He came out on a Saturday with another person and they worked on the dishwasher for a few hours. Once completed he said the dishwasher had left over grease stuck in it and needed to have lots of hot water flushed through it. He said I should run several hot water rinse cycles before washing any dishes. I spent the rest of the weekend running several hot water rinse cycles as instructed and once I put in one load of dishes the same error came up and the dishwasher was full of water again. I called him on Tuesday and he said he would be out on Wednesday. I took time off of work and he did not show up at all. I placed several calls to the business and no one answered. I called again on Thursday and got Rick. He said "he couldn't have made it out yesterday, too busy." I said that he needed to be out the next day to fix the problem. He said he would. Again on Friday he did not call and he did not show up. So now I am out 440.00 dollars, I am experiencing the EXACT problem I hired Rick to fix. I would recommend you stay as far away from this business as possible, they have 0 customer service and 0 accountability.
Description of Work: After recently moving into a new to me home, the dishwasher was not draining properly and displaying an error code 'OE'.

SALESMAN WITH EYE GLASSES DID NOT COME, AND GREET US UNTIL AFTER 15 MINUTES OF BEING IN THE STORE. WHEN HE FINALLY DID APPROACH US HE WAS VERY NICE. WE BOUGHT A SECOND HAND REFRIGERATOR, AND GAVE US A LITTLE TROUBLE BUT IS STILL WORKING. THE PROBLEM WE HAVE WITH IT IS KEEPING IT FROM GOING INTO DEFROST. NO WARRANTY WAS GIVEN SO I CAN'T CALL THEM. I THINK A 30 DAY WARRANTY SHOULD OF BEEN GIVEN.
Description of Work: MY REFRIGERATOR STOPPING WORK THIS YEAR AT 4:00 PM. I WENT TO AN APPLIANCE STORE FIVE MINUTES FROM MY HOME TO PURCHASE A SECOND HAND REFRIGERATOR.
