+ -1 moreThe sale went very well and was conducted in a very professional way. Several customers commited that they had never been to a garage sale that was so well organized. Their fee of 50% of the proceeds was fair and resonable considering the work they put into it and the results.
Description of Work: Conducted a garage sale. They setup dispay tables, sorted all items to be sold by type, put price tags on each item, and organized them on the tables. This process took several days. Obtained the city permit. Furnished signage which they put out and retrieved each day. Conducted the sale with a staff of three people which was held on Thursday through Saturday from 7 AM to 6:30 PM. Bags were furnished to put customers purchases in as well as warpping paper for fragile items. A ledger was used to record each sale which was reconciled to the cash box at the end of each day.
