Installation was very professionally done. I would recommend them to anyone installing a central vacuum.

First thing I heard my unit is under warranty , it needed a new motor , so he took the unit, that was 4-18-2014,today 5-23-2014 it was reinstalled. I had called a few times during the month they had unit and was told a tech. will call you tomorrow that didn't happen. now its here and working and has two new dents in it, but he didn't know how that happened. then he gives me a bill for $400.00 ,I was not told only parts were under warranty. I will not be using them again.

Great ... Everything I expected...

My 15 year old central vac was having issues. I called All Vac based on their 5 star rating. I was very pleased with my service. He was able to come out quickly. One thing that I was very pleased with is he did not try to upsell me on things I did not really need and was honest on items I asked about. I did end up replacing my unit, but it was me that suggested it! I will definately use them again next time I have any vac issues!

He solved our problem but was very expensive since he had to drive 2 hours to our house. We could not find anyone else in the area and we were happy to pay what he asked. thanks
