TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I had an excellent experience with All Vac Systems. I was contacted immediately after making an inquiry; the repairman arrived on time and did a great job. He wore covers on his shoes so that my just-cleaned-yesterday carpet stayed clean, and he used a drop cloth at each central vac port so that there was no mess on my floors. He patiently answered my questions and allowed my sons to observe his work--which helped them to better understand how central vacs operate. From start to finish, I couldn't be happier!

Arrived on time, courteous repair man that replaced our old central vac system with a new one. Left our garage clean which I loved and took our old unit.

GOOD JOB WITH QUALITY PEOPLE

Brian Evans of All Vac Systems, Plano, TX called me within 30 min of submitting a request for a quote. He agreed to cone the next day. I found he also services for American Home Shield our home warranty company. I submitted a request through AHS and he came today as no other vacuum techs were available through AHS. Due the distance his service call was $199 and AHS would only pay him $75 so I paid him $124 so I hope AHS will reimburse me for this as they charged me $100 service fee on top of his charge. He had serviced our system back in Aug 2012 and I was satisfiied with his work. He came and found one of my vacuum lines in our attic had come loose at an elbow joint so he glued that back together restoring our vacuum pressure to normal. I highly recommend him when you need a vacuum Tech not an electrician.

Easy communication and professional installation

This was just installed. Seems to be working great but I haven't had it long enough to really know for sure if the product is worth the money spent.

Honest and fair estimate with a great install. Performed work even through really hot weather. Cleaned up after their work and thoroughly explained how everything worked. I would recommend them.

Brain is a great person, correct, honest and easy to deal with. Having the owner to install is something rare these days and we really appreciate this. Being on time as agreed, finished before the due date made us to move forward even faster then projected! We will work with Brian on our next projects for sure.
