They came 1 week earlier to perform maintenance on my AC units and to check my airflow issues I reported. Tech wasn't notified of the air flow issues. He tells me to we can add dampers and I agree to the $600 worth of work to add dampers on all the lines because I was informed we didn't have to do all of them. He also sold me another 300 bucks worth of work which I was fine with. He installs the dampers on one unit and then tells me I have to figure which one to open or close to fix my air flow issues. Also, he only installed them on one unit and thought that's what I wanted. When the estimate was completed I showed him all the rooms I was having issues with and that would include both units. After completion, I was not a happy person and he offered to price out the other unit, a price to add a return(which was not brought up during the first visit) and a price to insulate the attic. I still have not received this estimate nor have I heard from them. I feel like I was ripped off!!!!

The representative arrived as scheduled and performed an apparently thorough check of our AC system. He provided a list of potential problems that he recommended fixing, although confirmed that the system was working well, particularly given its age. In discussing pros and cons, it was decided that we would hold off on repairs until another representative could come out and give an estimate on replacing the system so that we could make an informed decision. In fairness, he was not at all pushy and of course, he could not say when any of the components that were marginal would fail. He agreed not to charge for a service call if we decided to go ahead with repairs within a week. What I did not realize was that he wasn't really doing maintenance, just checking for problems, whereas I thought he would do a few basic things like clean the coils, blow out the drain, and put bleach down the drain to avoid it getting moldy. When I rechecked what I signed up for, it was just for a system check, but the promo seems to be more centered around getting to be first in line to repair problems or potential problems they identify. I see that many of the other company's promos seem to work the same way, so I guess this is how they do business. It seems to me the primary benefit is if you want to be proactive about repairing things that haven't broken yet, so that you can avoid a breakdown when it's hot. They also offered a maintenance plan that would get you a price break on repairs and faster service if a breakdown occurred.

They did a fine job. They came out promptly.

The service tech was on time. He said that our filter in the main unit was 2 years old which seems funny tome as our house had an inspection when we purchased it 1 year ago. He told mu wife that it was in poor shape and offered to replace it for $52.00. My wife advised him that she would tell me and I would replace it. He added freon to both units and once again was very pushy in wanting to change the filter. He went as far as to turn off our AC and remove the filter. My wife felt as though she was being bullied and taken advantage of as often happens with repair people toward women. he went on to state how horrible our furnace was and needed immediate replacement. He did not ask but we have a Home Warranty which in the event of failure would cover those charges. I went to Home Depot over the weekend and found the exact same filters in a 2-pack for $39. So that equates to roughly $20 for the same filter he wanted to charge us $52 for. When service providers today should be providing more and you run into someone like this it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. His attitude, professionalism, and demeanor left very much to be desired and trust me we will never use the company again.

The workers were courteous and did everything they said they would do. I would recommend this service to those who own homes.

Good, courteous, on time, informative

Our fixer-upper home had a very old HVAC system with what appeared to be original, 40 year old ducting. The entire system and ducting needed to be replaced. All Services Heating and Air came up with a replacement plan for a top of the line, variable speed air conditioner, 2-speed furnace, replacement of all the ducting, a new air filtration system and adding and moving vents all for under our budget. Install took place a week or so after the estimate. The guys were there right on time and began the removal of the old system. Install took about 12 hours total. They came by the next day to tune up everything and ensure everything was working properly. The system is incredible. The variable speed air conditioner is incredibly quiet, not to mention efficient. Paired with a touch screen smart thermostat, the house in very comfortable. There is also a top of the line air filtration system that has cleaned up the air in this older home. The entire team at All Services Heating and Air was professional and courteous during the entire process. They were always attentive and helpful anytime we had questions. They actually worked hard to earn our business. Everything works great and we are incredibly glad we used All Services to replace our system. I would highly recommend them and I'll use them again every time for my HVAC needs.

I bought a deal for A/C Inspection Plus Refrigerant on Angies List for $50. The service man who came to the house was polite and professional. I have two rubs with this deal. WHen the serviceman arrived he informed me that Angie's Voucher was only good for one unit. So I had to buy two more @ $50 each. I went back and looked at the ad to see if I missed the restrictions but I could not see it. I understand the business practice but I think this type information should be spelled out up front. If this was the only thing wrong I would have lived with it and been happy. However, what really grinds on me is that one, and only one, of the A/C units needed two pounds of freon. The first pound was free but I had to buy the second pound for $89. Each voucher purchased came with one pound of freon free. I asked if they could use one of the other two units freon offer. The serviceman said that his management would not allow him to do so. I had to pay $89 for the second pound of freon. WHen the job was complete I still had two vouches for a free pound of freon that went unused. Not good. It is hard for me to trust a vendor when they play these type of "up charge" games. I need some work on the unit that took additional freon and I was hoping that this vendor was credible and trustworthy. I figure with the list of repairs the serviceman left I may have to spend another $1000 or so. Now, I have to find another A/C company to do the work. This company lost $1000 or more in future work for $89 today. They also lost what could have been a long term customer.

I was very impressed with them that I ended up signing up for them for a full year of coverage service. They actually applied the big deal charge to the full year coverage. I think the total one year coverage was like $225 and then they subtracted the $39 big deal. They seemed honest. They were professional. They followed up the big deal within three days.

I was in the remodeling mode at my house and elected to replace my old AC/ furnace a year ahead of schedule. The guys came out to check my ac equipment and find out what I wanted. Very personable and responsive. I explained I was being proactive in replacing the ac-the old unit was an workhorse getting up in age and since I had my exterior walls foamed, dual glass windows installed plus the added attic insulation it was time. I wanted something in the range of 14-16 seer, 2 stage ac with a 80% 2 speed furnace with a variable speed blower. They worked up an estimate and got it to me the next day. A few days later I accepted their bid. The crew arrived a little early but better early than late. The work was done professionally--no fuss. Clean up was completed exceptionally well. I was given and instructed on how to use the equipment. The wireless thermostat was set up. From start to finish it was outstanding.

It really worked. The customer service was good. They even honored my deal for 2 air conditioning units, when the deal was only for one. The service was so good, we signed up for their maintenance program.

Finding a good contractor, let alone a great one, is extremely hard to find. All Service came in, installed a new furnace, AC Unit, repaired and rerouted my ducts and sprayed in insulation. I meet with the technician during the sales process instead of a salesman, so I knew who was going to be doing the work and he was able to explain to me what all was needed and going to be done. All Service went out of their way to insure everything was installed properly and walked me through the process after the project was complete. I was particularly impressed with the integrity All Service showed. There was an issue with the new AC Unit, no fault of All Service. Being the winter time, they could have ignored the issue and charged me for a service call come summer. Instead, they informed me of the issue, ordered the parts and fixed it once the parts came in under the original installment agreement. They are also competitively priced.

That was a waste of money. They're misleading.

I was not real impressed with them. They told me there was a leak and they charged me to check for a leak that they could not find. I thought they charged too much for recharging the Freon system.

The guy came out and there wasn't anything wrong with the air conditioner. He said it would be extra to clean the coils, which is basically what I was having him come out for, so I wouldn't use them again.

I have waited nearly a year to write this review because I wanted to experience the results of the work. All Service fully replaced our heating and AC units. As promised the new units are much more efficient, very quiet, and make our home very comfortable. All Service did the work as promised, very high quality installation, and cleaned after the job. Included in the work was a membership to their customer service program, which they have managed and honored. This has been a trouble free, worry free result for us. I recommend All Service.

After they had performed the service, we started having issues with the Thermostat. I naturally thought it was related to the Service that they had done. When the Technician came out to look at the thermostat issues, he took the time to explain the details of the upgrade that they had done and how all of the controls with the Thermostat worked, and how the issues were not related. It took them several attempts to fix the root cause of the issue, which was actually fixed by replacing the thermostat. Every time that they came out to work on the thermostat, it was obvious that the technician had been well trained by the manufacture or had been in contact with them between calls. We also dealt with the same technician, and they were able to schedule around our busy schedule, and always showed up on time. Despite the thermostat issues, it was a very pleasant process of working through the issue and getting it resolved.

Very thorough with all the details on the system good and bad

The A/C was able to cool the house. The tech recommended getting a new system soon because he thought the loss of freon was due to a leak, because the system has aged, and because the system no longer runs efficiently. He did not try to sell me a new system or suggest other things he could fix to improve the current system. His appraisal of the issues seemed all the more sincere because he wasn't trying to get more money from me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent.

service technician arrived at the appointed time, connected instruments, determined that refrigerant level was low, asked if I wanted it recharged, I agreed. He recharged system, checked filters,etc. Commented that leak would probably be slow and would continue until condensor was replaced.

He asked me if I wanted to sign a contract for a year to have my AC unit serviced 2 times in 12 months to clean and service my AC and hearing unit. I signed the contract.

The service provider was on time and professional. He appeared to do a thorough job testing the system. He did find a faulty part that was still under warranty. He called the got approval to replace the part for no additional cost to me. I was very pleased with his work. I would definitely use that company again.

All went well. Service was provided as listed in offer.

I had a very good service from them. It worked out very well. The price was very competitive. I’ll be using them next month.
