Description of Work: I was glad to see that ALL SERVICE sent Richard to inspect our air conditioning unit. He had provided excellent service in the fall on our furnace. I will continue to use ALL SERVICE and request RICHARD to inspect our heating and cooling systems.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a 22-Point winter furnace inspection. Everything was fine with the inspection. While they were here, I had the technician diagnose and then later replace my air conditioning unit as well.

Description of Work: Bought tune-up voucher that included 1 pound of coolant but our AC stopped working before tune-up could be scheduled. Spouse suspected freon was low. It was - we ended up needing 4 pounds of coolant. But, there was also a dead motor in the attic unit. We had purchased an extended warranty from the manufacturer. The tech replaced the motor. We had also never been able to get the emergency heat to work. The tech troubleshot & our system had been misfired by the installer. He rewired it & it works now. I'm almost looking forward to winter - not!

Description of Work: They checked the air conditioning unit all over and advised it needed a new condenser. It was over 5 years old, so we had it replaced. They did a good job, were here on time, and very personable. Would have them again.

We have our house on the market so I asked them to inspect the units in the attic and let me know of any other issues that might come up on an inspection report. The were able to find three issues that would catch an inspectors eye, they gave me a price and left it up to me to choose if I wanted any further work done, no pressure. They also walked through with me the maintenance items completed outdoors and showed me the completed work performed.
