Description of Work: Seemed truthful but when it didn't fix the problem we got someone else in and showed us proof that they didn't even open the air conditioner and check what the real, less expensive problem was. Hundreds of dollars down the drain! Plus they talked us into a useless service agreement that was also a waste of money.

Description of Work: Upon scheduling for diagnostic call I was told that diagnostic service will not check for possible leak (if there is suspected) and that will be extra cost. Also was told that only 1 lb Freon will not be added if it requires more than 1lb Freon. Both of these things are not mentioned in deal and it's confusing for a customer. Overall vendor answered questions only when asked. I feel that if I did not ask these questions upfront, I would have wasted my this purchase.
