They arrived when they said they would, and did the work as requested. Added some freon to my A/C system. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I asked several questions and he was able to answer them and gave me some web sites to check out for more details.

The first appointment we made with them, the tech showed up about 4 hours after our appointment window, around 8:30pm. We had to reschedule with them, and they gave us a nice discount on the maintenance to make up for it. I felt well compensated so I didn't ding them too much in the responsiveness and punctuality ratings. He was on-time to the second appointment. During the maintenance, he discovered a blockage in one of the A/C tubes (I forget the exact name of the part). His estimate to repair was about $900. We ended going with the company who installed the A/C for repairs as it's still under warranty.

When he came over he looked at both AC units. When he looked at the first one, he opened it up and told me that there was a leak, and left the thing open. He moved on to the next one, opened it up to look at it, and left it open as well. He also left the lights on in the attic when he went up there, and left the AC panels outside open as well.

Called on a sunday morning and left a message that our A/C unit had stopped working the previous night. Within minutes I got a call back from them saying that they would have someone out to our house between 9-10 that morning. They had a technician come out between those times and was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. The technician was very informative and answered all of my husbands questions which is great because we have had issues with other companies in the past. We have used this company before and will continue to use them because of their honesty and integrity.

The technician was very punctual. However, they could only provide me with an estimate for replacing the damper system because mine was discontinued. While I can't disagree with the discontinued part, at no point did they ever go in the attic to actually look at the damper system. He solely looked at the furnance in the closet. Additionally, when I asked if there was any way to set the dampers manually in the interim, as my downstairs was absolutely freezing, he said no. He then tried to sell me a new system. To be fair, my system is 12 years old. But I explained that I had just dumped a lot of money into the house for repairs, and was not prepared to replace the system now, and just needed the repairs. He went on to provide me an estimate for the repairs, and estimate for a new system. He did pressure me a little on the new system, which I would expect he would have dropped after I said no. He did follow up with me by email several times, to check on the new system, but not the repairs. I had another company come out, and they actually looked in the attic. Set the dampers manually for the time being, then searched the internet and found the part for my discontinued system. In the end not going with All Service saved me $1,000.

It went fabulously. My schedule was very hectic and they were quite flexible and helpful in setting up an appointment that worked for me. They were punctual and did a splendid job.

The technician came out quickly and performed the service - he was there to repair the furnace/heater and not to make money on a new unit. Great job! I will definitely use them again.

They explained what they were doing. They were in and out quickly. The technician seemed to know what he was doing. There wasn't much clean-up, but he did clean it all up.

DAte is approximate. The work performed was good, they fixed the problem. They came out and did an estimate which they charged me for and then did the work a week later. I thought the price was high, but not knowing what it should have cost was lost. They did discount the final bill a bit which I was happy with. I was a little disappointed they didn't do a complete check of my systems, possibly could have been more work for them

They are family nice, and I trust them. I would not use anyone else. I would not use anyone else. They are very tender and very honest.

The company worked with me to get me on the schedule within a few days. The technician was very personable and professional, taking the time to answer any questions I had. He arrived promptly, and did the work in a timely manner.

My A/C unit stopped working on Sunday morning. We put in a request via the All Service website but didn't follow up via phone because the A/C came back to life by the middle of the day. Ms. McGill at All Service did follow up with me via email and after explaining that it was working again we made arrangements for later in the week for some routine work to be done. Unfortunately by 8:00 that evening it stopped working again so Ms. McGill was able to move their schedule around to get them out Monday morning. Mr McGill arrived Monday, not just on-time but early. After solving the problem (the compressor needed freon) he took the time to outline all of the options I had to prevent this problem from happening again. He was very personable but professional. He sat down with me as I wrote down all of the options, he even let me read them back so I could make sure I had everything correct. I've used All Service for the past 3 years (they replaced my 30+ year old A/C) and my experience overall has been great.

Josh is very honest, professional, personable, reliable and affordable. We will continue to use them as we have for the last 10 years.

Josh McGill showed up on time to look at replacing our A/C condenser and coil, but we have never heard back from him. We waited almost a week for the estimate, and when we did not receive it, we called again. He promised to get back to us later that day with the estimate but never called back. It wasted our time to wait for him to come out and look at the condenser, if he had no intentions of wanting to do the work.
