All Service Heating & Air

Late Friday afternoon, our AC stopped blowing cold air. I called a few AC companies but All Service was the only one who would respond. I was impressed with the speed of response. 5 minutes after leaving a voice mail, I received a phone call from All Service. Jason came out late that night to inspect our AC. With the multiple leaks from the AC, we decided to get a new unit. Jason did an excellent job in explaining all of our options. We decided to upgrade to an enery efficient heating and AC unit. On Saturday, All Service returned to remove the old and install the new. We had such a positive experience with Jason and All Service that we will continue to use them for servicing our new unit. Thank you Jason.

My experience was this was major rip-off deal. The tech they sent out didn't even know how to turn on the air conditioner. He needed me to show him how to push the switch on the thermostat to the "on" position. Then the next thing he did was go outside, he came back and want to sell me a start capacitor for $243.00, before he could test the system or do any of the other service points (I looked the part up and the part costs $12.43 including second day shipping from Amazon, and takes two screws to replace.) The last time I had a problem, the tech from my usual company simply hooked up a test capacitor and finished service and once they knew everything else was good they asked me if I wanted them to replace the capacitor. And I said yes. But the All Service Heating and AC tech said he could do none of the 16 point or 19 point service if I didn't first pay him an additional $243.00. I guess given he couldn't even turn the AC on it shouldn't have surprised me. There was no assurance that even if I paid him the up-front money that he wouldn't want to sell me more parts etc, once he replaced that part. I quickly got the feeling that we would be going from $29 to $240 to $2200, each step making one have more to lose if they said no. I feel very sorry for all those who bought this "deal" thinking it would save them money. My experience was not good. I'll be going back to my regular AC company.

Their services was fine. They came out and they were on time. They called me to say when they were coming. They went through the process of taking all the vents and vacuuming everything. They showed me a couple of spots that I should be aware of certain things that is related to my air conditioner. Things that weren't designed properly.

The company called next day and schedule the service. very friendly.

The technician came on time. Did a great job on checking everything. Very professional. He pointed out a probem for one of my furnaces and gave me the repair cost estimation.

They were punctual and did a good job.

They were great. I was surprised though that we had to pay extra due to the size of our home. I would have hoped the big deal would have accounted for that before they got here and told us we owed them more.

Jason was excellent. He let me follow him around to learn more about my system. He answered questions thoughtfully and completely. This was a very good experience.

Bought a Big Deal on Angie's List for them. They called immediately to schedule. Very prompt. Minor issue with equipment made them reschedule appointment but pretty painless.

They had to reschedule once, but called well in advance to let me know. They were punctual and professional on when they arrived and finished in the appropriate amount of time.

They came right out and took care of it. Their work was just fine. I have no complaints.

Representative was on time, courteous and worked quickly. Explained the issue he found with one unit and why replacement part was appropriate. Explained other company services available without overselling.

The experience has been horrendous!!! The crew showed up and I kicked them out of my house in less than 5 minutes! The crew showed up and made me sign a disclaimer for liability, which is normal and expected. However, the unexpected part came with the statements they were making, such as: "because you're getting such a good price, we're not liable for damage we may be causing to your vents, ducts and walls. Had you paid full price, things would have been different". That to me sounded like I'm getting a LOWER QUALITY OF SERVICES because I paid for this Angie's list Big Deal (a discounted package). That lower quality is nowhere in the details of the offer. I called All Service Heating and Air and they could care less about my complaint or request for a refund. The lady on the phone showed no concern for me as a current or potential return customer. She said take it up with Angie's List. I plan on doing just that in the next few minutes.

Jason arrives right on time. It was a $69 special thru angies list. He was very pleasant and immediately set out to review components and replace filter..Very efficient and I will keep them on my list for future problems.

Company was very prompt in setting appt. Technician arrived to residence on schedule and was very professional. Work was performed as promised in a timely manner. Technician was very courteous as I was asking questions about the work performed. I would definitely chose these guys again for AC work...

Serviceperson kept trying to sell me other services. When he left he left the attic access wide open.

The service tech showed up as promised, did his work very professionally, explained our options to us, and performed the service as promised.

The service person arrived promptly by the time stated. Performed the service requested. Did not try to gouge me for additional services. Was very professional and thorough.

It was not as expected. They tried to charge me for freon when it was already full.

They were on time, did great work and friendly.

He did excellent work but then I questioned the fact about the freon. He said I needed eight pounds of freon but then on the outside of the furnace I noticed it said it only needed eight pounds of freon. When called to ask about that he said that it actually takes eleven and a half pounds of freon and it was low eight pounds. I am still uneasy about that. My house before was always cool before so it's hard to imagine it was that low. Maybe I am wrong but that part just made me uneasy. My total bill came up to almost $600.00 and I was not prepared for that. He charged me $48/lb. for the freon. But he was a very nice guy and he did fix some other things in my house concerning the air conditioning. The ducts in my attic were disconnected so he taped everything up and put everything together for me. He also cleaned my coils which he said were really filthy so I was pleased with that. He was there right on time.
