Everyone at All Service was great, from the office people, install crew and especially Josh. I look forward to years of them servicing my home!!

I was very apprehensive as any home owner would be. I was referred to this company by my neighbor and I did my research. I even climbed in my neighbors attic and looked at his new system to check out there work. At that time I didn't know a lot about AC systems but the install work was incredible. I may have been blinded by the new equipment but it was nicely installed. Plus my neighbor was so happy with the work and price. I decided to call the next morning and they sent their representative Brian out. I might add the same day!! He was very patient with me. Again I was very apprehensive. He walked me through my whole system, and educated me on what I had and what would fit my need . I did check up on what he showed me and he was 100% honest. I am big on research before committing. I went with them and installed a new system. I couldn't have been happier with the service this company provided. I decided to write this review because its rare that you find a AC company that is honest and fare. Big shoot out to Brian for your hard work. You have the patience of Jobe! And he was right one month in and my electric bill has dramatically reduced.

Brian came right over got us up and running for the night. The unit was't able to be repaired completely so a new unit is forthcoming. All Service has the best financing plan. We are totally satisfied with their service

Arrived on time, Checks were thorough and defect found and fixed quickly. He checked Compressor pressures, Each capacitor and the Evap filter. One capacitor was going bad and was replaced.

I've had an excellent experience! They take care of my A/C unit. I thought I needed a new one and they said nope, you don't need a new one, yours is working just fine. So, that saved me about $6,500. I'm just waiting for him to come back in the fall and recheck my A/C and then we'll go from there.

Paid Angie's List. Tried to schedule and were told they had no more of that deal. I argued and they scheduled, but when they arrived and looked at the A/C units, told me their machine was too big and they would have to go through each individual vent and take 8 hours and more $$. I have them done every 1- 2 years and have never ha this problem. Now trying to get refund and was told to go through Angies List. I contacted them and received email stating 30 day limit on refund. The service was schedule after thirty days as it was good for 6 months. Still trying to get refund

Everything went very well when the A/C tech showed up at my Condo, to look at my A/C inside my condo. The Tech chatted with me, and kept me informed about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost me. We had a very good rapport between us and the job took less than a hour. I now have A/C in my condo and don't have to use a big fan to cool my condo and myself off!! Awesome job on the part of Brian!!!!

Masters of the up sale. Be careful . Did not perform the service that I paid for on angie's list and did not credit the money. Checked the fuse box and said that someone had pulled the fuse. I agreed to buy a $360.00 service plan on two AC units. The AC unit stopped working within 12 hours. Tech came back out and diagnosed the problem as fuse problem in the box near the ac unit. He wanted another $320.00. I told him that we would get an electrician and he wanted a trip fee for $79.00. I called the company and told them that I did not feel that I should have to pay second fee and that I wanted to severe our relationship and they could keep the money that they had already gotten. They said that would be fine.

They arrived at the end of the time window promised. The two guys were friendly and pleasant. Checked the AC and told me that it needed to be replaced. I did not want to replace the unit so then they offered a service plan that included maintenance checks and repair for the current problem. This was not what I wanted and I felt pressured to accept. I was leaving town the next day and didn't have a lot of time to consider. I would not choose this company again because of their tactics.

I bought an air conditioner tune up for about $50 as an angie's list deal because our house was getting hot in the afternoons. I called on a Monday, but they were not able to come out until Friday. The guy came out, and looked at our unit, and said that he would not be able to even look at it for the tune up until after it was cleaned and that would be an additional $212. I asked if there was any other option and he said no, so it was either that I paid him extra $212 or I loose the $50 I already spent and have to wait until next week to have someone else come out. So he did the tune up and added 2 pounds of refrigerant to the unit, so we ended up paying $358 dollars for what was supposed to be a $50 tune up. To top it off, the tune up did not help at all. The house is just as hot as it was before he came. I feel like I wasted all that money.

At the time there was a lot of advertising for cheaper services. It was the same thing, but they did it a little differently and charged me more. We did not realize that at the time. They could have better communication. The people were great but we didn't feel that they did a thorough job at the time. They left the area okay, but it was only after we pointed it out to them. They were not going to clean it up originally, but they decided to do that for us. This was the first time I used them for air duct cleaning.

Techs were very pleasant and professional. Was scheduled for noon but it rained all morning so they had to cancel. Rain stopped around 1 p.m. I phoned and they sent their people out right away in between the rain storms. Very impressed with their service.

They were her around May 31st. It would have been around 9.99. There price was okay. The workers were okay. They had to do a tune up which you know required them to check certain things and they were asking to do additional work and we weren't ready for that and I think that was utterly ridiculous. I would tell a friend to get somebody better that has a better approach to business.
