All Service Heating & Air

I bought the $29.99 service special. The technician that came was punctual and friendly. I explained my needs and the reason for the service, and he went right to work with my objectives in mind. The unit needed more than a pound of freon, and he provided the additional at a market-competetive price. He showed me how the exterior unit should be maintained and provided some other optoins for repairs and maintenance for the future. It was well worth the expense - you usually can't get someone to come out for $30 anymore. If you have a unit that's not operating at its best, this is a deal.

It turned out well and I would use them again.

The worker from All Service Heating and Air was very nice and very professional. I don't think I'd use them again, simply because I felt like the charges were excessive. I liked the person who came out. He was very nice. Then again, my unit went out the next day, after he came out. It was weird, but probably not their fault. The person who came out, it was not their fault. They were very professional and nice. The thing that upset me was that I wasn't expecting to pay an extra $130.00. So it would have been nice to know that the Big Deal was just for one unit, rather than being charged over $100.00 to take a look. I don't think I would have done the service if I knew. If they had told me that on the phone, I would have not have gotten it done.

The actual owner came out and serviced me. He was delightful and experienced. I would definitely use them again.

My experience was pretty good. I had to purchase another because it wasn't clear. I though it was for both air conditioning unit but it was for one, so that's the only extra charge I had to do. Honestly they were good but there was nothing special. Because I had one last year that I purchased through Angie's List and they were a lot better than these guys.

They promoted their service as a "Tune Up" But, after adding a pound of freon, the technician did little more than try to sell me a complete new system. I informed them going in that I was aware that my 10 year old system could use an update. But, I was sure it could remain at least functional for another season. I feel that a "Tune up" should include, at least, a check for leaks. But, it did not. The tech said that a leak check would cost big $$, and this was another reason that I should just spring for a whole new system. This "Tune up" deal was a big waste of time for me and for them.

Was quick and efficient and since I had no obvious problems with the unit I cannot evaluate what was done

We had a leak and was loosing freeon and he added more freeon. He was on time, honest and were very pleased with his work. I would recommend

The technician arrived promptly and went right to work. He said the coils were dirty, and he did bring my hose from the front yard to the side yard. I thought he was leaving, so I took him one of his tools he had left in the house - he was on the phone getting a price quote for someone else. When he left, he left the hose as he had used it - in the side yard with the water still running!! Of course, he tried to sell me another air conditioner unit. Although my unitis older, it works just fine. I guess he did an OK job, but I won't buy one of their "Big Deals" again because of the way he acted when he was here.

The tune-up seemed to be an inspection. Told me all the items that needed repair. I requested the 1lb of Freon as it was part of the package. I am not sure what was tuned up if anything, but I am aware of the various problems with my older unit which will cost much more to repair. The technician was pleasant and informative

The provided did a great job servicing both furnaces. He also explained in detail something a previous provider was not being truthful about. He had outstanding customer service.

We were expecting company (our son, with his wife and three children) the next day. I called All Service in a panic, and they scheduled a visit to happen between 6 pm and 8 pm that very evening. Jason called shortly after 6 pm and was here soon after. He found the problem quickly, explained the problem and various solutions clearly. We agreed on a plan. He had the work done in a very reasonable time, and gave us a discounted price. We had a cool house (during very hot summer weather) for our family. We were able to hold the open house for family and friends that weekend. I would recommend All Service, and Jason any time.

The service was fine. He was on time. They wanted to charge extra because they said the water line was clogged up, but I cleared it up myself.

I purchased a big deal coupon for All Service Heating and Air. It was fine. They're always interested in selling me more stuff. He did a very good job. He was very thorough on what he did. I was pleased with it. I was happy with the $29.99 special.

Upon servicing my A/C units, one unit was found to have a leaking coil. He informed me that the coil would still be under warranty and that I had several options. I could have him replace the coil which would be the most costly avenue or I could contact the company that originally installed the coil. I was told that by contacting the company that installed the coiled originally, they would probably replace the coil for a lot less money because their labor might be covered in the original service agreement. Not knowing how long it would take me to get the original service company to come to my home, I had the All Service technician add coolant to my A/C unit to keep our house cool while I called the original installing company. I was most pleased by the honesty of the All Service technician. He could have never mentioned the warranty, replaced the coil and then billed the manufacturer for the cost of the new coil.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. So I was really low on freon and for $29, it would have included a free pound. The quantity of work he did, I would say, was less than acceptable. He did not check the filter in the attic as other people have. He wasn't quite as thorough. The price was perfect and the equipment had been checked up.

Jason, arrived on time and did a good job and was neat and clean. Had a problem when he stepped thru the ceiling after slipping off the rafter in the attic. Their repair and remodeling person was here the next day to fix. Took them 3 days, a few hours each day to complete. They did an outstanding job and we would never be able to see any problem.

They arrived on time and performed the services that were listed on the agreement. Everything went well.

I purchased a Big Deal $49 for Furnace Tune-up, cleaning, and inspection. They came in and did what they said they would. No complaints

They were pleasant and called promptly after I purchased the deal. The deal was for one per household so I purchased 2 because I had 2 zones and they said it didn’t apply

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They came out within two or three weeks after I bought the Big Deal.

Purchased a twice yearly unit inspection. Called for the air conditioner check up. Technician claimed the unit was low on Freon and that it was expensive and since the unit was getting older probably should replace with newer unit. I told him that I could not afford to buy a new unit at the present time and to add Freon if necessary. He said that he had to add three pounds of Freon and it would be $70 per pound plus, even though I had purchased the inspection, he also charged $85 to charge the unit. I understand that the price Freon has probably increased but I doubt that it is $70 per pound. I have had Freon added in the past and was never charge a fee to charge the unit except for the inspection fee.

When very well - showed up as scheduled. I had purchased a discounted service - $29.99 air conditioning tune-up. One of my air conditioners needed additional freon, hence the additional charge of $87.00.
