They were great. I sent them to my son's house because he didn't think that their air conditioner was working properly. Everything was fine. They were right on time. Nobody tried to sell him anything he didn't need. They did what they said they were going to do. My son and his wife were very pleased.

It went good, he showed up on time and communicated very effectively.

They did a good job and they were right on time. I have spent more because we had so many ducts and vent cleaning that was not included in the deal.

My upstairs air-conditioning unit was not cooling appropriately during the day. It did cool at night but could not keep up during the day in the Texas August heat. I've had this done the past couple of years when the system DID NOT COOL AT ALL and the system has required only 2 lbs of freon. I saw the add on Angie's list for A $34 service call that included a pound of freon so I figured it was a good deal if I needed the usual 2 lbs of freon. I told the technition (Richard) the problem and he went into the attack and then immediately went outside to check the system. He came back inside with the bill telling me my upstairs unit took 5 lbs of freon at $87 a pound. I told him there was no way that system needed that much freon and that it was cooling during in the evening. He became respectfully defensive telling me his company is rate an A by the better business bureau and that’s not the way his company does business. Because I also asked for bids for a new system, he said I could get some of that cost back if I bought a system through his company. (I suppose he meant they’d buy the freon back from me) Needless to say, I felt that I had been scammed. His company can ‘t make money offering a service call plus a pound of freon for only $34 plus the only people who would be attracted to that offer would be those like me that needed freon. Thus, claim to install 5 freaking pounds of freon and make the trip worth it. I expected to be charged for an additional pound of freon but was flabbergasted when Richard told me he put 5 pounds in my system. Therefore, the expected $121 bill ($34 to Angies List plus $87 for the second pound of freon) turned into a $382 major expense. I paid the additional $348, signed the form for: Work Completion and lastly, Work Authorization.

Very smoothly. Offered additional services that I did not use.

He showed up on time. He checked the unit outside and in the attic.

The guy came out and looked at my unit and said it was OK, he did not check inside he just went outside. Sometimes you can take people at face value because when he came I was really busy to follow them out to follow my unit to see if they really checked it or if they looked at it and said it was OK. So I took his word for it and up to today I haven't had any problems. So I trusted that he did the right thing. He told me something I needed for the unit that's very important. I live in a 2 storey apartment and I couldn't tell if he did anything thorough because I didn't go with him. Normally any kind of function like that I always follow them outside but this particular day that he came I couldn't do it I was really busy.

Came out and checked the air conditioner unit. It's an old unit. They seemed to know what they were doing and did not tell me I needed this or that. Most companies try to get you to spend more money. They did not. When my air conditioner needs to be replaced I will call them for that. But hopefully that will not be anytime soon.

They did a great job! They were really prompt and the guy that came out was really wonderful! He did check on my 2 units and make sure everything was running okay, he also done a little cleaning on the outside part with a water hose and he didn't charged me extra for that. He even showed me a couple of things about my unit that I don't know, he was very helpful and it's the first time that I've used them. They were very courteous.

No problems were found, and no Freon was needed. Richard also suggested only using a filter in the attic unit and not in both of the return vents in the hall and entry areas of the house. He also gave some insight into the current freon situation several years down the road.

The technician was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. It was necessary to add freon to my system, and he did that. However, most of his attention was focused on trying to sell me a complete new A/C system and furnace, rather than discussing further maintenance on the current one. He brought this up at least three times even though I said I would not consider making a change at present.

It was very good. They gave some insights on what would happen down the road after about 5 years from now. They also suggested us to get a filter put in on the upper unit. They were thorough and knew what they were doing. The technician was good too.

We are pleased with the work. Service was prompt and technician was friendly.

The young man gave me the information that I asked for but he wasn’t pushy. He just said that the system was struggling because of the heat and I could use it for another year.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. They called me to schedule an appointment the same day that I purchased the Big Deal. They came out within a week after I bought the deal. They said my unit was, more or less, out of coolant and that it would take three pounds to fill it. I told them to just do the one pound I got with the coupon. They guy who came out was very knowledgeable, personable and seemed good at what he did. We had a pretty good conversation about everything that he was doing. I thought he did a great job and there was nothing I was unhappy with. He came out for about an hour and there was not any serious work done. What they did do was great.

They were very nice and blew the lines for free because that was what I thought I had purchased. They were helpful and accomodating to my needs.

went well. He accidentally showed us we haven't been getting all the filter elements out for cleaning when we do them ourselves.

Guy that came was on time and very professional. Did a thorough assessment of the 3 units I have (at least I assume he did) and made a lot of notes. He warned me of a potentially clogged drain from one unit in the attic which he offered to clear at no charge. All of that is fine. Here are the issues that dropped my evaluation to a "C": 1) He indicated the smallest unit we have was in need of replacement, and there really wasn't anything we could do. Said it was barely running now and would not be for long. He quoted me a whole new system for that unit at about $5K. As I have a home warranty company, I had them out to review. Their guy fixed the unit, and at least for the past month, the unit has been humming along fine and has shown no issues. 2) The drain he cleared went through a bathroom sink drain.He said he had fixed the slow-drain issue, but the sink in that bathroom still drains very slowly. Will have to have a plumber come out and assess.

They were very professional. The only item that I would have like to have been included, was the clothes dryer duct.

It turned out fine, but we had to wait such a long time. I guess because so many people called on the deal, but we really needed it like urgently and we had to wait five weeks before we could get it. I think sometimes the deals are very good that may be so many people jump on the bandwagon that you call up and you pay for the deal in advance, but you don't know how long you have to wait, but the service is very good. The company was great and the guy that came out did a good job. He was very professional. He told us that we would probably needs to pace our a/c pretty soon, but he wasn't insisting that we needed to do it then, you could wait until it starts to go about, so he was a good, honest guy. We would use them again.

Was able to accommodate my request to come the next day - because I wanted this done before I left for a vacation. He arrived promptly and took care of the tune-up efficiently. I have a very, very old unit and always hold my breath for these routine tune-ups, expecting the worker to say I need a new unit. This did not happen. He said that while the unit was old, it was still in good shape and did not recommend that it needed any other work than this tune-up. I appreciated his honesty and that he did not try to get more money from me beyond the very reasonable $29.00 that I paid for this Angie's List Deal.

Excellent company and technician!

for the most part it went well. I just didnt appreciate what felt like a manipulation and hard sell to upgrade the units. I know they were just doing that part of their job but I felt like they were not listening when we offered a response. This resulted in a back and forth conversation that felt a bit uncomfortable. I am sure that they were trained to "counter the objection" but once done they should respect the position of the client and let it go.

That wen okay. They did what they said they were going to do. They didn't really give me an energy audit. They just told me I had another problem with my air conditioner but I didn't believe it. So I just said no. I would have them out again to clean the ducts. They came in and did what they were supposed to. They didn't fool around. They were pleasant. I knew the price upfront. The problem with people that give you a free energy audit and then they come out and the guy was telling me I had a problem with this and it would be $750. That's the little bit of sleaziness that I don't like. They were telling me that the opening in my furnace wasn't as big as something else so therefore not as much air was getting in and that needed to be expanded or something to that effect. I've had an a/c guy come out and service it for two or three years and he's never said anything about it. I don't know if that was just a sales pitch or not. They also did tell me that I was having some rust in my drip pan and they sprayed it with something. That was good. I'm not sure if I would use them again in the future. Probably what I would do was that I would ask my a/c guy, "Hey, is this a problem? Do I need to get this fixed?" and if he says, "No, don't worry about it.", then I probably would not use them.

The service turned out well. They were good and we had no complaint's.
