Everything turned out good. I have two units and it was the upstairs units not cooling as much as it was supposed to and he was saying it was mainly due to being low on Freon. It seems like the additional Freon that they quoted us which seemed a little high, obviously the deal itself was a good deal but seems like in order to add the additional Freon the price was a little high. The deal itself was a great deal. It seems like they responded pretty well due to that time of the year, AC people get pretty busy.

They did a check of 2 furnaces and did a repair.

The technician was prompt and very courteous. Not sure I would use this provider in the future. I would probably use the company that fixed the A/C unit for us instead.

We used All Service once before when we were getting ready to sell our last house. That experience made it easy to choose them for a check-up of our furnace at our new house. Everything went well. We will most likely use them in the future and we recommend them to others.

The guy warned me that a part needed to be replaced in the near future and I told him that I wanted to wait and a week later my air conditioner broke. It turned out that a cap had been left off of something. The work that he did was fine. He was not rude. I would use them again.

Overall, the Technician performed the inspection as expected, though he seemed to be rather quick about it. Not sure if it was as thorough as I would have expected? Fortunately, the technician found no outstanding issues and stated that my unit was working good. I would consider All Service Heating and Air in the future, but I would also check out a few other services. P.s. All Service Heating and Air contacted me immediately the same day when I submitted my order with Angie's List to set up an appointment. And the technician showed up perfectly on time and was professional.

The All Service Heating and Air worker called prior to his arrival, then showed up timely. I showed him the attic stairs, and he went up and inspected the furnace. Found everything was working correctly but determined that a part was nearing the end of the manufacturer's recommended time to consider replacing it. He gave me detailed information of what it would cost in the future when/if I decided to replace the part. He wasn't urging that I replace it that moment, only that I be aware that the manufacturer had given the part an expected years of working before needing replacement (I have an old furnace), and I appreciated the information. The worker was very courteous, was very conscientious, was very professional. I got a very, very good impression of the company and was glad that I bought the coupon. Conclusion: Good outcome, highly recommend the company and worker.

All Service Air & Heating thoroughly checked out my heating system. Since it was time to change out the air filter, the technician did that so that I would not have to climb into the attic. | |Very courteous and professional.

That was great. It was about a week after I purchased the deal and I didn't spend anything extra.

Did what appeared to be a professional inspection including testing amp loads, furnace operation and system cycling. Also cleaned a few "high wear" points and some temperature sensor surfaces in the system which is more preventative maintenance than inspection for potential repairs so that was good to see. He also assisted with questions about my filter box and filter fittment, some duct questions and he was very willing to answer tons of questions about maintenance of the compressor and even the angle it was installed to reduce back drafting under my eaves. Very nice guy on top. I would recommend this discounted service to anyone for sure. Great knowing all is in order for another year at such a low price.

They came and performed a checkup of the system. They basically told us that it was operating as best as it could and that it was a very old system. They provided information regarding a new installation, which I haven't done as of yet.

Setting the appointment was done in a timely and professional manner. The technician arrived on time prepared to work. He did look over my electronically controlled gas furnace and appeared to check it out. He thought a new capacitor would improve the performance of the furnace and sold me one for $85. I have no complaint about the capacitor. I think it may have improved the furnace's performance. However it became evident that he was not very knowledgeable about electronically controlled gas furnaces. Although there was a notice printed on the furnace that it could not be started manually, that was what he tried to do. Repeatedly. He could not get it started and finally told me I needed a new gas valve ($431) and control valve ($479). I declined the advice, paid him for the capacitor and he left. After he left I phoned my son who confirmed my memory that the furnace had started and heated just fine after he lit the pilot light (by following the manufacturer's instructions). My son suggested that I turn the furnace on (by setting the thermostat to heat and putting in a temperature higher than the room temp) to see if the furnace would heat. The furnace came on and within a few minutes I was pretty sure I could feel heat from the registers. A few minutes more and there was nice warm air coming down from all the ceiling registers. The furnace continues to produce heat reliably on demand. This company did not ask me any questions about my furnace, they simply sent someone out without checking to see if his expertise matched my furnace.

Excellent service. Complete service checkup, cleaned and adjusted all areas of heat system. This was an Angie's Big Deal, but this company gave the best service from the phone call to establish a service date throughout all the service and a follow up call to check on my satisfaction with the service techician. We will use this compny for all future A/C and Heat System annual service or repairs as needed. Five stars!!!!!

It went really well. They came out a few months ago in January and they didn't charge me anything additional. They did an air seal check and made some recommendations for better air flow. They did a great job and my wife is allergic to everything on the planet and she's been doing much better since they cleaned the ducts. Nothing stood out but my wife was very pleased.

They did a good job and were professional and clean. After they were finished I asked to watch them change the filter so I would know how to change it in the future. We went to the furnace and there was no filter in the furnace. He showed me how to put the filter in the furnace but it looked like he was going to leave without putting the filter in my furnace.

Really liked the service I received. I liked the fact he took photographs and explained what he saw. He went a step above and it was great service.

We had to reschedule and they said they would contact me. I called them back several times and I never heard back from them. When I spoke with the receptionist, I felt that she was very unprofessional. I am getting a refund on the deal.

He put some freon in it and it was great.

They cleaned the air ducts in a house that we'd recently purchased. They were unable to clean some of the downstairs' rooms' air ducts because some of our ceilings downstairs are 11 feet tall.

Please cancel the purchase of furnace inspections purchased 10/22/2013. Company will only honor inspection of one unit per household and requires full cost inspection for second unit.
