Showed up multiple days late. Mentioned that our ai from our downstairs unitr didn't seem as roboust as it had been last year. Told us we needed a new coil, that we were leaking refrigerants and that he could replace it for over $2200! We said no. Said to just perform the task on the other unit, came back that it was fine, didn't refrigerant and left. What a waste of even $29! I called Sears and they had us reset the system and everything is fine now.

First, I thought I'd already reviewed them, but apparently not, so the date is bogus. It was last summer, but I can't remember the exact date. That said, very impressed with Josh. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. Turned out we had a problem with the outdoor fan. My husband wanted to fix it himself. Rather than press us, Josh explained in detail what was needed. We decided then and there that we would use All Service for our future needs. Great experience. Highly recommend.

BE-AWARE*********RIP OFF ALERT********* I hired these guys to tune up my upstairs AC unit as it was not cooling enough. Part of the deal was 1 lb of freon and tune up. Tech showed up and called me (as out of town and my mom did not know what to do). He claimed that there is no power to the outside unit/compressor and need to replace the electrical wires for $675. I asked him to ensure that he checked all switch etc to make sure it was not fixable problem. He confirmed that the issue is with wires and that I need to pay $675. I asked him to leave a note with my mom as I was not sure he was telling me the truth. He did not do anything else at all. Sure enough, when I returned from my trip, I checked and it was just the switch. I turned on, the unit turned on. He purposefully had turned it off to rip me off. Please spread the word, DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE FOLKS. THEY ARE RIP OFF. They thought their customers are idiots. Guess what, we are smarter than you! I will personally put up a campaign so others don't become victim of their scheme. I am not sure how they even earned Angies best rating. If Angie is reading this review, I ask that you take a personal interest to remove these rip off people from your listing.

I purchased the inspection/service for our AC system through Angie's List. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days and a technician arrived within a specified time period. He was freindly, professional and courteous. He reccomended installing a float switch for our indoor unit and replacing the AC fan motor. I dedicded to have the float switch installled and he did that quickly. I am extremely satisfied with All Service's work and would reccomend them for any AC needs.

The tech was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Orginally we purchased the Big deal for annual A/C maintenence. They promptly called to schedule an apptointment. Before the tech could arrive, something went wrong with the thermostat. After a through check of the system it was determined the thermostat was defective and needed replacement. Their tech, Richard, purchased the needed part, in a very timely fashion, making sure to communicate ahead of all work needed giving estimates for costs. Very Professional service. Julia from the front office was very efficient in calls to let us know when our tech was on his way, or to update any addtional information. This company was excellent with an emphsis on quality honest customer service. The price above included an annual service contract for the year, so that my fall service for the furnace is already paid. We would highly recommend them for any Heat or air conditioning needs. We are located in Prosper.

Punctual, did the work, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Very well. Richard was on time, friendly and very capable. My dog loved him (so that was a plus!) Checked out my whole unit and did determine that I needed a new capacitor . . . and at some point (preventative due to rust), a new drain pan and float switch. I did not have them replace the capacitor since I have an American Home Shield contract which covered it. (The AHS serviceman agreed with him that it was shot when he came and replaced the capacitor. The drain pan and switch will be covered when there is an actual problem with them.) Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Repairman was punctual and very informative. Was given detailed information about the repairs or replacement charges. I was very pleased with this company.

I was able to use the deal within the week I purchased it. The service was fine. They did exactly what they advertised and verified nothing was wrong with the unit.

Contacted via email to ask if they serviced my area because I am considered Collin County (as their ad states they do) I receive the following response back: "Good Morning unfortunately to coupon is only valid for Collin County but I can offer service for our web special of 49.95 but doesn?t include any Freon." I wrote back and said "Well considering I am in Collin County then the coupon applies to me so I will call later today to schedule" I receive the following response back: "We don?t service Anna, we service the immediate Plano and McKinney. We just don?t go that far but thank you considering us." REALLY? - your ad states you service Collin County yet you are refusing to service my address! I wrote back and told them I thought it was rude of them to not service my address after they stated in their add and return email that they did Collin County and that if they were only going to service PARTS of Collin County they needed to change their ad (false adverstising). Funny how they were willing to (before hearing the 2nd time that I was in Collin County) service my address but at a hight rate of $49.95 and additional costs for freon but now they refuse to service my address because... "We offer the special rate of 29.95 because it is such a compact area. I have never received a call for Anna..but we will have to admend our add to say most of the Collin area. If you would like to wait and see if I get another call in the area, I just can?t justify the time and travel expense and still be able to stay within in that special pricing of 29.95. As far as Anna concerned we all thought it was in Grayson county, it is not even in Dallas mapsco, sorry for the confusion." Confusion??? No, I don't think so - lack of knowledge about the area you are going to service YES. It's not my fault they don't plan ahead as to where it cost effective and not cost effective for them to service. Don't offer services you don't plan on honoring and change your reasoning for not honoring those services. You went from 'the coupon is only good for Collin County and we can service you for a higher fee' to we don't service your address in Collin County' to we didn't realize you were in Collin County that far away an it isn't cost effective for us' ... One UNHAPPY shopper!

I bought their Big Deal last year for $29. Until Angie's list asked me to write a review, I did not realize that I had not redeemed it. I reached out to Angie's list to see how I could redeem it. They contacted All Service heating and Air to see if they would still honor the Big Deal since it had expired. They agreed, which the definitely did not have to. I received a call the next day after angie's list let me know about contacting them. Big thanks for them going above and beyond to honor the expired deal. I was not there, but my wife was, and she said the service man was very nice, knowledgeable and didn't just use the opportunity to oversell, like some do. I received the service I expected from purchasing the Big Deal and as my unit is near its end of life, I will most likely use them when it does need to be replaced. Doing the right thing and going above and beyond goes a long way with me and they have earned my repeat business.

It went pretty well, and we actually purchased their annual maintenance plan in addition to the Deal. The biggest challenge we had was in scheduling the work because they had to reschedule once due to rain and once because one of the guys had the flu. During the consultation, the technician had difficulty explaining air filtration standards, but he was helpful in pointing out that the filters I had been purchasing were too strong to be effective. Overall the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. For others buying the Deal, be sure to set aside a half day for the work as they have to clean one vent at a time as they move their equipment from room to room.

All Service Heating and Air did a good job. We have since noticed the house seems a lot less dusty now. My only complaint is that they may -- and I'm not saying for sure -- have scratched our wooden floor. Also, a worker dropped his drill from the top of the ladder and it made a gouge in our floor. They didn't put anything out or take any precautions against anything like that happening. They didn't seem to be that concerned about it. They're very nice people. I had no complaints about their work and the guy who did the work was very nice. I signed a service contract with them for them to come back and check my heating and air-conditioning system on a quarterly basis and do regular maintenance. They did a good job. I felt that the two weeks it took them to come out after I had purchased the Big Deal was way too long.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was really, really good. We paid additional for the repairs. We actually used them a couple of other times for issues. We would definitely use them again.

All work was performed on time and with high quality. In addition, what I particularly appreciated was recommended filter system change for better A/.C - Heat operating efficiency. They explained the recommendation thoroughly, and provided a fair price to perform the work the same week as original appointment.

It was very nice. The scheduling was fine. The technician was very nice.

All Service Heating and Air came to look at our furnace in our newly purchased home. We had just gotten a home inspection done in June. All Service Heating and Air came out in October and said there was something wrong with our system and some switches and capacitors needed replacing. I was a bit irritated. I felt the inspection that was done in June would have shown the same thing but it didnt. I felt All Service Heating and Air was tyring to take advantage of us with some unnecessary services.

It was okay. It was the day before the winter was supposed to come. He came later and it was really pretty anxious to leave but I understand that. He just went upstairs and look around for a few minutes and he said that everything was okay.

I needed to replace the capacitor which was running at less than 2 percent. Technician answered questions about a future system I'm considering purchasing, life left on current system, and recommended options. No hard sales or pushiness.

It was a very positive service call.

Richard was very honest and competent, even came to my house after 7pm and on weekend nights to come back and revisit his original diagnosis of my heater issues and gave me a fair price on the repairs.

They checked the A/C and all levels. Did a great job!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They had to put some additional things on and I had to pay $40 more or so in addition to the actual big deal purchase. It was a pretty straightforward job. I liked the price.
