Very responsive and professional. Suggested additional work which I thought was overpriced. Otherwise did a good job inspecting system and adding coolant.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. My husband was the one who actually dealt with the technicians. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Went as well as I could've asked for. Their installers were good guys, kept their heads down and worked hard and efficiently. They sent a sr. guy to supervise the job at the beginning and two days later sent another person (who evaluated my system in the first place) to come inspect the job for quality assurance. Total time to install everything and configure the ducts was about 4 hours. Excellent, excellent work.

The provider finally arrived after a very convoluted process between the dispatcher and myself. First, the repairman was going to be late, then he was being re-scheduled for the next day then he showed up very late in the afternoon. Then the repairman seemed to be only here for a cursory check and then try to sell me a brand new A/C unit. It was only after repeatedly telling the repairman exactly what I was wanting that he finally did it, I paid him and then he left.

They provided excellent service. The technician was courteous and answered all my questions.

The company did not respond timely and they did not schedule with my wife like I asked. Not sure I want them working on my air conditioning if they cannot even follow simple directions and be timely to respond.

Jason inspected the 5-ton system that is not cooling well. He did not add Freon (R-22) although the coupon I had stated that the service included adding one pound of Freon. He said he detected indications of a leak inside the coils and recommended that we purchase new equipment.

They came out when they said they would. They laid down floor covering to make sure they did not track dirt in our house. They setup quickly and showed us via camera what they were cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Told what was wrong and tried to frighten me into buying new units.

It seemed that he hit all the important points. The one pound of free refrigerant got a little strange. If the system needed 3 pounds to bring it to "factory spec" (He said he was was required to charge it to factory specs), then the first pound would be free and I would pay for pounds 2 and 3 at $85/pound. I told him that if my unit needed any R22 that I wanted him to put in one pound only then stop. He said that is not how his boss told him to do it. This got to be quite a point of contention. It's not that the $85/pound was a bad deal(it is not). It is just that the details of the free pound were not spelled out in the Angie's List DEAL. Sooooooo-it ended up that my unit required just one pound to bring the charge to factory specs. Anyway, all's well that ends well and I was quite happy with the technician and Angie's List Big deal. .

They cancelled due to weather and I could not wait another week for them to fix me AC. So I baught another one.

They were okay. I was having a leak in my A/C. I was hoping they could fix my problem, but they couldn't. They weren't bad but their freon prices were high. I had to put 5lbs of freon in and they wanted to charge $100 per pound.

Everything turned out well. The scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and they did a good job. They didn't leave any messes either. They did so well, in fact, that I purchased another Big Deal for their services.

I guess their first impression was fine.

The technician, Richard, did a very good job. He was professional and communicated the situation well. It must be difficult to pinpoint problems with AC units because so much of the system is internal...not easily observed by customer. He completed a thorough inspection of unit and advised me of possible problems.

We liked this company and they were very honest and factual about the service. This is a third generation company and the guy that came out was one of the owners. They showed us how dirty the systems were and they cleaned them. The cost was good and comparable to other companies.

They're excellent. We haven't had any issues. It has only been a week and we haven't really tested it. The furnace is only eight years old. We liked the guy. The owner and the co-owner came out and inspected it after it was put in. It pulled the humidity level down without having to run the compressor. For the first two years of their service, there will be no charge for the air conditioner.

A more thorough job than has been performed on my units in 15 years by any other provider. Took time to explain what was going on and didn't try and upcharge.

The appointment was rescheduled twice, but with a flexible hours offering. The technician was punctual and professional. Checked all equipment and found a lack of 4 pounds of freon in a system. Suggested, but with out pushing an additional leak test for an extra charge $ 89.95. The leak was indicated in Amana coil ( 8 years old) For replacement was offered only a Coil Trane.. From the words of office representative one of the best brand at the market, so no other brands were mentioned or suggested. The price for coil,labor and tax was estimated $ 2,700. I decided to check some other long term experienced companies for coil change sub and easily found some suggested the same labor just for $ 1,899. Regarding coil brands rating no one confirm a list of coil quality rating or any top winner, however the Amana Coil was not suggested to replace again. Overall the technician AC checkpoint service was excellent, but further cooperation and labor, parts price list at this company need to be check.

After figuring out how badly the original unit was installed he applied the Big Deal to another unit since this one could not be maintenance due to the bad installation.

They were outstanding and great. They did everthing they said and did more than anybody else. Their price was good. They were very professional. They cleaned up after. They did a very good job. They were on time. They exceeded more than what I expected. I'll give an A across the board.

Entire process was great from the start. Josh came out on the initial sales call to provide quote. He took the time to do a load calc test and discussed several options. Josh brought up several recommendations, a couple involved our downstairs unit, and when we talked price he did not add on any additional cost to do these extra things he brought up. Other quotes I received all added costs for the extra things. The extra things involved return air ducts, 4" media filter on the furnace/air handler in the attic on both the upstairs & downstairs units, surge protection and straightening & taping exposed flexible duct work in the attic to help generate better overall airflow. The installation crew was on time, put down tarps to protect my flooring and was very courteous and professional while doing the work. They cleaned up when they left and Josh came back a few days later to check the work & verify all was done as we had discussed. I will use All Service again and will recommend them to others.

It turned out great. They're professional.
