Description of Work: We have a contract with this company for our home. They come every 3 months to do a complete check and will return any time in between if there are any problems. I had them come back between routine calls at one time, and there weren't any questions. They are reliable and spend time answering my questions. We like them so much we asked them back to give a quote on a rental property with which we are having a rat problem, and we are going to use them for that location also.
