They were very professional and thorough. There was also no high pressure at all about signing up or anything of that sort. They gave us a quote, we called back, and we set up an appointment. He gave me quote after he came out and did an inspection. He located one spot where the rodents were getting in and it was off the garage. He told me to get a handyman to come out and fix it.

They are very easy to work with. They are professional, punctual and responsive. Their pricing is reasonable. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

I was at my home and an All Safe representative came up to me and ask for my neighbor. He was a little embarrassed but I found it to be providential. I asked him what the term "All Safe" meant. He told me it was a preventative approach that utilizes chemicals that aren't harsh. I was fond of that idea because it wouldn't harm my animals. He stopped back when he was done with my neighbor so that I could sign a contract. They came out two days later to do their thing. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I thought that they hadn't given me a discount for the coupon I had, so I called in to talk to someone about it. The owner of the company actually called me back and told me that they already factor the discount into the price. He still gave me the discount again because he said it was a customer service issue. He even sent out his office manager on the same day that the service people came to makes sure that I was completely satisfied. From a customer service perspective, I was literally blown away. They were unbelievable. The people that did the actual work were very professional. They explained to me everything they would be doing and what chemicals they would be using. They did everything they said they would at the price that they original quoted. I like how they gave us a list of the chemicals they used. I will absolutely be using their services again.

When I first called, one gentleman came to do the check. He tried to sell the complete package. Due to the high cost (which seems not negotiable), I chose the spot-treatment. Three men came in two days later. The schedule is 8-10 am. They came about 8:10. They wear uniforms and wear surgery shoe cover and were quite professional. Two days later, I found there were still more termites coming out. I called the company and they responded very politely and immediately dispatched people in the same day. Three men came the afternoon (showed up 1:45 for a 1-3pm appointment) and finished their job in one hour. I am very satisfied with their professional work.

They are extremely professional. They are a little pricey compared to other companies, but they use safe chemicals that make it completely worth it. They always come on time.

They are very dependable. They are very reasonable with their pricing. They make special calls for interim service needs. They are very accommodating with their service. The cost is for a year service contract.

All Safe has been providing outdoor extermination services to us for the past few years, and we have been very pleased. They always call to remind us when they will be visiting and remind us to unlock our gate. Our technician lets us know when he arrives, and is always very courteous. There have been two instances between quarterly visits when we've had some ant issues, and in both cases the company sent out our technician within 24 hours. We haven't been charged for these additional visits based on our contract.

They don't do anything in the house and I don't like that. They are supposed to do around the house. We have some rats in the attic and they have some traps set up there. They don't check the traps unless they know I'm there. I'm not happy with them for what I'm paying.

The first initial visit, he missed a huge ant bed. It was quite prominent and right along the pool edge. I didn't know what it was until I dug into it and ants poured out. I was not happy, but I had some chemical that I poured on the area. All Safe will come out free of charge to repeat service between service calls. This is fine for new things that pop up, but I think if you "do it right the first time," there shouldn't be a need for in between service calls. My last 2 scheduled service calls were rescheduled. The tech called to say he was on another side of town and by the time he got to me it would be dark. He rescheduled for the following days. It was usually an evening appt. and he would call to say something ran over and it would probably be too dark when he arrived. We would arrange another time for him to come, but what an inconvenience if you think a service person is going to arrive and you get a call an hour before the scheduled appointment. He was accommodating to my time frame when rescheduling the appointments. Our backyard gates are not normally left open due to pool safety. If we forgot to unlock the gate, he would put a note on the front door that the gate was locked and he could not get into the back yard. I work from home so if he had pushed the doorbell, I could have opened the gate. The only time I knew he was there was the service note on the door. Pam asked if there was anything they could do to keep our business and I told her no, she still offered to have a tech come back out and do the backyard service that was missed in July, at no charge and would cancel the service which was up in July. I think this speaks volumes for All Safe that their in-office customer service is excellent. If the actual service tech was as thorough, prompt and had the follow-through as the office personnel, the rating would have been higher.

They were responsive and really helped me get rid of the rats. They also come when called to check the traps set in the attic.

Inspector came and inspected, gave quote. A couple of days later, exterminator came and sprayed.

They used an all safe gas that was safe for kids and such but they didn't get the roaches. They had to come back a second time to finish the job. I still have a few roaches. They are normally really good and I would use them again I just had one uncommon experience.

There were a few times that the technicians told me that the office would call me, but then they didn't. I had to call them back. After about two months of the bait stations being there, there were termites in the house. They didn't do a spot treatment on the subsequent visits, and I'm worried that there may still be termites coming in.

We like them because they are careful with the dogs and kids. They came when promised and told us with the type of poison the ants would be a problem for a while. But then no more. It worked like they told us. The contract is $80 every 3 months, which i ain't happy with but I realize I am cheap so I cannot take off too much for that. What I really liked and it made the contract so worth it was that when we had our mouse problem, we called, they came out the next day, no extra charge. The poor guy was going around outside in 100 degree heat setting up the place to terminate the rodents. I felt bad for him, and he did an awesome job. That was two months ago. Last mouse was seen inside, or outside about 7 weeks ago. We will highly recommend them.

Excellent overall!!! Rep spent 20 minutes just telling me what products he was going to use and how they worked. Took as much time as needed to answer my questions. Explained the ants were coming in from the outside, and would therefore only spray around doors and plumbing under sinks inside. Major control would be from the outside. A few ants showed up 3 weeks later. All Safe came back out at no charge and did some more spraying outside. Never saw another ant since. Extremely impressed with this company!!!!!!!

The experience has been wonderful. They were professional and helpful and they answered all of our questions. We will continue to use them in the future.

They have done really well. They get rid of all the pests. They are really easy to work with. They came out every week for the first month or so, but now they are on a three month schedule. They call before they come out and always come when they say they will.

Overall, I was very pleased with their services. They were punctual and got it all done in the two hours. The pricing is a little much, as there are ongoing costs above what I have entered above. We plan to do the first year as we're under commitment with them and we'll have to reassess the cost afterwards, may scale down to just termite services.

Another company was going to charge me $1600.00 and this company didn't charge me at all for it. They are always on time. They always call before they come over.

Brett Miller was my sales representative and he was outstanding. They are very prompt, through, overall extremely professional. I am very happy with them. I would highly recommend them.

I began using this company in 2006. They come out quarterly to do pest control services to the exterior of my home. They always provide a reminder call to let me know they are coming out. When I am home, they check with me to see if I am experiencing any new problems and to let me know any areas of concern they have found. When I am not, they execute the service and leave me a note on what they did and let me know of any new areas of concern they've identified. Early on, they identified my pest problems and began treating those specific areas. I've not experienced any bug/ant invasions since beginning their service. Rodent control was another area that has been addressed by placing bait traps in inconspicuous areas of the property. All Safe checks and refills them quarterly. One other service they recently began to provide was to patch holes and entry areas in the roof line caused by squirrels and rats. That was an extra service not included in the quarterly pest control service. They did a wonderful job all around and there is no more scampering going on in the attic. They gave me an estimate to patch about 9 areas for the cost of about $230 and came out when they said they would to complete the job. Over the course of the years, I have had three representatives. All have always been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough, but the last two, have been phenomenal. Any question or concern is looked into and addressed, including dead pest removal whether from the sidewalk or the attic. The cost is reasonable and I intend to continue to use their services far into the future.

They did a great job. I was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the crew. hey were polite and kept my house clean. They will be returning every two months to check the monitoring stations and perform any needed pest extermination. It cost $300 for the original treatment and will cost $105/treatment every other month. Overall, I felt the price to be very reasonable and it was competitive with the other bid I received.

They were courteous, they were well dressed in uniform and even wore booties while in my home. They explained everything and made feel comfortable and at ease. They were prompt and did great job. They are very easy to work with. They even sent me a thank you card. This is a company with integrity.

Mark arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. He thoroughly explained the work he would perform and answered my numerous questions about the services and insects. I paid the annual fee for quarterly inspections and treatments. I also used the $50 discount coupon from the Angie's List website.

Person answering the phone was helpful and friendly. Rep they sent out for inspection was also. Said first that no carpenter ants (which was my main concern) but when I showed him frazz on window sill, he rechecked and said there was small area which would only add $5 to the bill each time they treated. The tech who came out was thorough in checking and spraying all areas. More responsive company than the Eco-friendly one I was considering. I have seen only a few dead insects, and no ants, but tech said to call back if I saw any more frazz or any other problem and they would come back free of charge. The company was originally recommended by my son, but also found them on Angie's List.
