They come out every three months. I am really happy with them. They do pest control inside and outside and they also provide termite control. They use ingredients safe for environment and even the pets. They have always been on time and they are available for any questions. They come when they say they are coming. They always leave their findings. They always keep track of things. We have not had any termite issues or problems since using them. They are very reliable company.

I was very unhappy with them. I had a little pest problem at that time, and they refused to come back and re-treat; they did not get the job done. No one can really guarantee that I won’t have another bug in my house, but if they don’t get the job done at all, they need to come back and do it again. Their price was fair. I would not use them again in the future; in fact, I am using another provider now.

They have gone above and beyond to make sure all termite treatment was done properly. They have a good sense of detail, good communication and responsiveness. I will use them for all my pest issues in the future.

The person I met with was very polite and professional. He seemed to understand my pest problem very well. He listened to my concerns about my pets and addressed them. He explained their services without any high pressure sales techniques.

Had an invasion of ants. Company treated the exterior of the house and located and removed the source of the problem. I had lots of questions which they answered patiently. I was very pleased that there was no pressure to sign up for services I didn't need, in fact they told me a service I was considering was not necessary. Very very professional!

I like the service they provide. I have had termites off and on periodically for the past 10 years. As long as you have their monitoring system and a termite gets in your house, they will fix it for free. They have done a good job! If I ever have a problem they respond very quickly. They are very friendly and polite. They always arrive on time.

This review is only about the estimate. Roger came to my home on time. He was polite, friendly and courteous. I explained the situation and showed him the termites I had collected and where I had found them. He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property. He only inspected the outside of my home and did not find termites entering my home. He estimated my home at 263 linear ft. When he was finished he gave me an estimate of $1425 plus tax (this was after a $150 coupon was applied) with a price of $340 annual renewal for Sentricon Colony Elimination System. His estimate also included another option quoted for Terma-Pest (Bi-Monthly Termite/Pest Control) this included additional pest control - Initial service $693 with an annual renewal of $594 or initial $99 plus tax with Bi-monthly service charge of $99 plus tax. In the end I elected to go with another company that uses a different method of control. The company I went with also found a mud tube of termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location.

I have been using All-Safe Pest Control for 3 years now. I live right next to a wooded shoreline on Lewisville Lake. We had lots of bugs. All-Safe comes out 4 times a year as part of our contract with them, as well as any time we call to let them know we need extra treatment. We have fish tanks inside the home and dogs that are in and out. We chose All-Safe because they use a combination of chemicals that are minimally evasive to our environment and the surrounding lake. We keep All-Safe because they are always on time, retreat (for no additional fee) whenever we need them, and the person that does our treatment actually knows about bugs and takes the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend them.

There were very thorough... informed me of what they were doing and why... very important to me as I have a dog and that they use safe methods. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair price, professional but very nice as well. No pressure sales, etc.

I found them through Angie's List. The visit went fine. I like that they are a small, family-owned company. I can see the owner of the company whenever he comes.

It is the right price and the best choice since we have pets and a baby.

All Safe Pest control has been taking care of our termite and pest control problems since June 2010. Their customer service is impeccable. They are prompt, courteous, diligent and take care of pest issues we didn't even realize we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of pest problem.

They were able to come out quickly to provide an estimate when we moved in and actually performed the first service at the time they did the estimate. We didn't even have to schedule another trip. They have since come out for a quarterly update. Professional people and prompt. They are observant and will help find/fix any pests we see as well as looking for those we don't even know about.

After calling All-Safe, they came out within just a day or 2 to give me an estimate. The person that answered the call was very nice and professional. The estimator was very knowledgeable and as we walked around the yard and I explained I was having problems with ants, he showed me the different types of ants that were around the house perimeter. They offered a one-time service option or a year contract where they would come out to treat the yard several times. I liked that he didn't try to push the year long contract, but was ok with whatever we chose. We chose to do a one-time service for now. A different person returned a couple of days later to provide services. He did some treatment inside the house, mostly around the plumbing in the bathrooms and in the attic. He spent quite a bit of time treating outside the house. He explained that it would take a few days for the ants to go away since the ants carry the poison into the colony so it kills the whole ant colony. He also said that since we had such a big problem with ants that he wanted to schedule a follow-up in 2 weeks. Since they guarantee their work for 30 days, there would be no charge for him to come out again. He returned in 2 weeks for a follow up, and spot treated in areas where we still had ants. I had him come out again one more time about a week later to treat another area where I had found ants. I had odorous ants, which seemed to be killed within days after the first treatment. I also had rover ants, which apparently are harder to kill. I think the technician's name is Paul. He was very knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. I am very happy with the service we received. I would recommend them to anyone.

The exterminators were unable to eliminate the insect problem. Though their agreement was to come back until all was corrected, they eventually refused to come back again. Representative was quite rude. We have been promised a refund, which has not yet arrived. We did eventually receive a refund on the service.

We entered into a 1year service contract...the primary reason for seeking service being my wife's desire to prevent wasps. The salesman was nice, new my wife's primary concern, saw that our house had high eves/rooflines, and mentioned that the servicemen carry extendable poles to swab the eves/roofline with anti-wasp chemicals. Overall, the general bug treatment results were okay...but we didn't have a bug problem to start with (except for less than 6 very small wasp nests due to the house sitting vacant before we bought it). On the first of the four quarterly treatments, the serviceman did not come equipped with a long pole to handle the handful of wasp nests. FAIL. He did knock down a few wasp nests in the easy to reach areas, but left the ones on the high entry area to the house without mention of coming back to deal with later. FAIL. The second visit was in the winter so no wasp issues. Prior to the third visit we called the company to make sure the serviceman knocked down the hight wasp nests - he did so on the third visit and left two or three messes of crushed nests in the entry way and on the walkway. FAIL. The fourth visit, the serviceman did not treat wasps...so we called back for a return visit. The serviceman did return after the fourth visity and knock down the 2 or 3 nests that were easily reachable...but somehow, in each of the two or three less than 10ft high locations, the serviceman deemed it necessary to bang the underside of our eves so hard as to crack tannish colored paint and to leave multiple major black scuffmarks on the paint...FAIL. Clearly, the serviceman did not want to do the wasp nest work (very minimal by the way) that was the primary sales point for my wife. So basically, the serviceman was insolent and vengeful about having to do the wasp care and return to provide the service that he should have provided originally. He even damaged our home, not to the extent that reimbursement was needed, but enough to never use them again.

Very prompt and responsive. First one came to do the inspection. He was on time and appeared professional. He inspected exterior of my house and didn't see any trail of termites. So he gave me a quote for termite treatment and a quote for termite+pest control. All Safe mainly uses Semtricon station, which according to my research, is as effective as Termindor but more environment friendly. The quote came up to be ~$750 for the first year, and $650/yr thereafter, which sounds pretty reasonable to us. After getting quotes from 3 more other companies, we decided to use All Safe. It was some other gentlemen came to do the service (pest control guy and termite guys are separate.) I say the service was fine and professional. They installed the Sentricon Stations and spray pest control pesticide around my house. They found active termites inside of my house, thus they decided to use termindor for spot treatment. Again overall, I think they are very professional and the pricing is pretty reasonable. I am glad to finally decide to find someone trusted to take care of our house before it is too late. I would definitely recommend All Safe to you.

Very well. They treated for a problem with small ants getting into the kitchen area. Also did a preventive treatment arount the perimeter of the house and inside areas where insects typically appear at this time of year. All in all, they were very thorough and professional. We're completely satisfied.

VERY quick response to our first call. The inspector came later the same day. The inspection was thorough and professional and later in the week 4 men came and scoured the house with infra-red cameras, set bait, and explained the procedures over the next few months to my wife.

We were having a problem with rodents getting in the garage. We were told the bird feeder in the back yard was attracting them. They first came out and gave us an estimate and explained they were going to set up bait stations and snap traps. We were given a time they would be there and they showed up in the time range given. They went right to work setting up the stations. They also sealed around the bottom of the garage door where the rodents were coming in. So far we have caught 4 rodents in the snap traps. We don't hear them on the roof either.

They did a one-time treatment. The person who came out to do the work was very knowledgeable and helpful. He located the sources from where the carpenter ants were coming in. I do not use poison in the house so they re-assured me that they would not, which I appreciate a lot.

They are flexible with coming out when you need them. I would highly recommend them. I like the philosophy of using a low-impact first treatment, especially if you have pets or children. The peace of mind of having termite protection is great. They always call ahead of time when they come.

We called them to see if they could help us get rid of ants and other pests as well as continue our termite protection - we had just fired Terminex for bad service and wanted not only to continue the general services, but in an environmentally save way. They came to the house, did an inspection, quoted rates and we agreed to the service. They set an appointment for the first treatment and arrived promptly, did their job and we love them.
