Description of Work: Robbie came out to the house to map out property line and give estimate for Fire Ant treatment. Also gave options for additional services that included Termite protection. No hard sell or high pressure. Nice, knowledgeable guy. Decided to go with plan that included termite, rodents and other insects. A little bit more than I wanted to pay, but our house and property line is large and we are getting termite protection as well. Techs were nice and professional. Service just began, so cannot comment on results just yet...that is why I gave overall experience a B rating....I would like to see results before I rate A! I am looking forward to being able to walk around without shoes and the worry of a fire ant attack!

 + -1 moreThis is an environmentally sound company that uses more homeopathic ways of getting rid of pesky bugs like mosquitoes. I find them to be really professional and very thorough about what they do. They present a good overall package and they make a lot of sense when talking to you. They're just really great to use.
Description of Work: They sprayed my home for mosquitoes using a garlic spray treatment that is done every six weeks.

They have come on several emergency type calls as well, once for scorpions in the house and once for a rat. On these occasions they responded quickly, thank heavens. I recommend their regular and emergency services.
Description of Work: They spray outside for termites, spiders, fire ants, silverfish, roaches, earwigs and crickets.

 + -1 moreThey showed up early in four yellow trucks and had most of the outside work done when I got there. All of the techs were very professional and courteous. I contracted with them for one year of monitoring the bait stations and during the same time they will come back for any reason for any other pest.

So far, our self-treatment has worked but if we decide to use a professional company, we would go with All-Safe. They were very professional, and have different options for pest control, including options that are less toxic if you are concerned about children or pets.
Description of Work: Came out and gave estimate for pest control treatment. $350 was for an annual service; the initial visit, plus three more quarterly visits.

They have done their bi-monthly inspections twice now and their tech, Tony is wonderful. No complaints! Everyone should use them!!!
Description of Work: Initially had a swarm in my bedroom of insects I couldn't id. They inspected in and out of house and determined they were NOT termites. Yeah!! Said they could install their environmentally free stations around my house and spray inside. Which they did. They were in and out in about 2 hours to install their stations.

 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, POLITE, THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY EVEN CALLED A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL TREATMENT TO FOLLOW-UP TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM WITH THE CARPENTER ANTS WAS STILL RESOLVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND IN FACT, ALREADY HAVE. THE PERSON TO WHOM I RECOMMENDED THEM ALSO HAD A SIMILAR EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, AND CALLED ME TO THANK ME FOR THE RECOMMENDATION.
Description of Work: THEY WERE CALLED DUE TO TERMITE PROBLEMS. THEY INSPECTED THE ENTIRE HOUSE FOR TERMITES AND INSECT PROBLEMS. TREATED AREAS WHERE TERMITES WERE OBVIOUS (I.E. MUD TUNNELS, ETC.), AND PLACED SENTRICON BAITING SYSTEM AROUND THE HOUSE AND THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. ALSO TREATED FOR INSECTS, ESPECIALLY CARPENTER ANTS.

 + -1 moreTONY ARRIVED AS AGREED. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED THE PROGRAM TO ME. HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND NON-INTRUSIVE WHILE DOING THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BUG TREATMENT. AS FOR MY SECOND PROBLEM, HE DIDN'T ADDRESS IT, SO THEY LOOSE A FEW POINTS ON THAT ONE. AT NO TIME DID HE INDICATE THAT THEY DIDN'T DO DEAD PEST REMOVAL. I'D USE THEM AGAIN, THOUGH, FOR THE BUG EXTERMINATION. HE DID A GREAT JOB, TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE COURSE OF THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AND TO CALL IF THERE CONTINUED TO BE AN ANT PROBLEM AND THEY'D COME BACK OUT TO ADDRESS IT.
Description of Work: I ACTUALLY CALLED THEM ABOUT TWO PROBLEMS. ONE WAS TO DO BUG EXTERMINATION; PRIMARILY FOR AN ANT PROBLEM. THE OTHER WAS TO REMOVE PESTS (SQUIRREL, RAT, WHATEVER, WHETHER DEAD OR ALIVE) FROM THE OVER GARAGE ATTIC. UPON ARRIVAL, I TOLD HIM THE PROBLEMS AND HE DID A WALK-THROUGH AND A WALK-AROUND THE HOUSE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE ALSO TOOK A LOOK AT THE ATTIC AREA AND CONFIRMED THAT RODENTS HAD BEEN THERE. HE DID THE EXTERMINATION TREATMENT FOR BUGS. HE ALSO FOUND THE OPENING WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE GETTING INTO THE ATTIC AND SUGGESTED WE GET THAT CLOSED OFF RIGHT AWAY (THEY DON'T DO REPAIR TYPE WORK). HE SAID THAT AFTER THAT THEY COULD COME BACK OUT AND SET TRAPS. I BELIEVED THERE WAS SOMETHING ALREADY DEAD UP THERE AND WANTED IT REMOVED, BUT HE SAID HE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING. I DON'T THINK HE LOOKED VERY HARD; MY HUSBAND WENT UP THAT WEEK-END, FOUND AND REMOVED A DEAD RODENT.
