About us

All City A/C has been in business for 25 years serving the Dallas and the northern metroplex area. We are a small company and take pride in doing the job right the first time. We are dependable and trustworthy. We will provide references upon request. We service all makes and Models. We sell York & Rheem products. All new York & Rheem products are backed by a 10 year parts warranty and a 10 labor warranty. We charge by the job. We will give you the price for each repair, for your approval, before we do the job. We charge the quoted price whether it takes 1 hour or 4 hours. All repairs have a 1 year warranty on labor, and a 1 year warranty on most parts. We provide same day service in most cases. We offer a Planned Service agreement (Customer Comfort Club) for your A/C & Heating equipment. We will come out in the spring to check your a/c system, and in the fall to check your heating system. It was great. The service technician was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. Inspected both indoor and outdoor equipment. Technician went above and beyond what I expected. He was helpful with suggestions so I could maintain the units in the future. He even hosed down the outside units, and spent a lot of time with us. I will use this company again.
Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $39 for HVAC Service Call + 1 Hour of Labor. We also had them check a second unit for $60.00.

I have used All City for several years now, and have been totally thrilled with their service. Ron goes the extra mile to be sure that everything is perfect. I won't be using anyone else! They have serviced and replaced units for me. I am very impressed with their service and totally trust Ron to recommend what is best.

I trust Ron. I find him to be honest and thorough in his work. He can work on different brand of products and I feel you can trust him to get the job done. He does same day service. He is on call over weekends and Holidays. He has been in this business for over 15 years.
Description of Work: We called Ron Pruitt when we discovered our Heater wasn't working. He came that same day and looked at the problem and fixed our broken transformer. He quoted me the price, it was hefty but he explained what the transformer's function was. He had the part available and was able to fix it right away. I have used Ron in 2-3 other times for service rendered to my units and I find him very reliable and efficient. He came over back in 2nd of July of 2011 when my A/C was out on one of the units. He was there until he figured it out and turned out that my compressor, I believe was broken. He told me that the part was under warranty and I only needed to pay for his labor. He is able to fix any unit of any brand. He has been my mother's A/C guy for years and that is how I got his name. I told him he needed to get on Angie's List for reliability and trusted contractor. He gave me a sheet to fill out for Angie's list and here I am!
