Mr. Pruitt noted my gardener had severed a key electrical line that controlled the AC unit. He replaced it and fixed so another "weed whacker" will not do it again!

Haven't had the a/c unit checked in years, and although I wasn't having any issues, I did expect them to find concerns. They immediately contacted me after my purchase and an appointment was set. Ron arrived on time, explained what he would do. Found a few concerns - I never felt pressured to do any repairs, but I did feel very informed making my decisions. He explained everything very well to me. I had him replace a contactor unit. I also signed up for their annual contract - very reasonable at $100 for 2 visits per year to check a/c in the spring and heat in the fall. I would definitely recommend them.

The provider originally came out to do a spring check. $50 each (with coupon) for both systems. There was something that needed to be fixed that I had asked about, so that was about $250 additional. Great attention to detail, answered all of my questions...and gave me a lesson on my a/c & furnace units :-) I will have them out again. Would highly recommend.

Scheduled, called to confirm and arrived on time. Very professional and conducted a thorough AC tuneup and cleaning. This was part a of one year contract for 135 per unit and was for two units. Very pleased with the service, overall professionalism and no pressure sales approach. They will be performing my heater tuneup in October.

I purchased the annual service agreement for $99 from Angie's list a couple of days ago. Ron, the owner, contacted me the same day to see what days were best for the appointment. Stan, the technician, called me an hour before he came (I work downtown Dallas but live in North Carrollton so told Ron I needed about an hour advance notice). At 3P, Stan called and said he'd be at my house by 4P. He arrived on time and was very professional and nice. He explained my system to me and reminded me of the maintenance I should do on it, in a nice way. I hadn't been very good about maintenance, but will from now on. My system takes a 4" filter, and I had purchased a 4" filter from Home Depot, but it was too big. Stan only had a 1" filter on his truck, but he gave to me. This will buy me time until the new filters I ordered online arrive. He then went outside to check the system. He pointed out that the serial number, on the outside of the unit ,might fade in the sunlight, so he wrote the information with a sharpie on the inside of the door. He didn't have to do this but I appreciated it and felt he went above and beyond. Stan was very knowledgeable and gave me little tips to help keep my AC/furnace in good condition between the bi-annual services.

Our unit outside was making a terrible screeching noise, a technician came out and did some troubleshooting. Once the problem was identified they gave me a range of options and gave me a suggestion as to which option was their recommended approach. I went with their recommendation and things have been working well ever since. I believe that in the end we replaced the fan motor in the outdoor unit, and some electrical piece on the indoor unit. (The electrical piece didn't end up costing me anything as it was apparently still under warranty!)

Made the appointment with Ron, the owner, for the next day. Stan, the technician, called and said he was running early and could come over immediately it I was available. Stan showed up and went to work imediately. Stan was one of the most informative and professional technicians I've come across. I would highly recommend this company.

Called All City over a holiday weekend - they promptly came out on Monday after the 4th July holiday first thing in the morning. Gave me great pricing since I was an Angie's List member (that alone was worth the cost of my multi-year membership). Excellent service - very friendly and courteous - superb explanations of all issues - highly recommended. Fantastic customer service. These guys are a model of what a business should provide to its customers and the 'treat other's homes as their own'.

Called at 8:15am and they owner was there by 10 to diagnose and repair the problem. Will call again when needed.

After replacing my thermostat he checked everything to make sure that all else was operating as it should. He was prompt, kind and efficient. This company really believes in great customer service. I would highly recommend.

From the 1st time I contacted them, I felt very comfortable with All City Air Conditioning. I spoke to Ron (owner), who took the time to answer questions for me on the phone. He even went a little further in explaining systems, and how they interact with each other (i.e. Condenser, Heater, Evaporator Coil). I mentioned that I came across his company via Angie's List, and he easily accommodated my schedule, and had them show up last week. Stan was the technician that rang the door bell. In the first few minutes of talking with him, I again felt very comfortable. While working, he took the time to explain things, elaborate, and answer any questions I may have had. He noticed we were moving, and while in the attic apparently notice the stuff up there. While he was speaking to me at the table, with my wife present, he stated if I would like some help taking stuff down. I was taken back, and my wife stopped in her tracks, and looked up. She immediately told Stan how wonderful he was in offering, and that you just don't see that nowadays in today's world. Ron is the perfect Technician who you would want to come knocking on your door. I cannot speak highly enough for All City Air Conditioning. I plan on using them on tune-ups, work, etc. If some of you are on the fence not knowing who to choose, this is your team to go with. You will not regret it, but come out more satisfied and warm with the experience you will have. Thank you Ron, and Stan for the Professional Service you provide. I know your company will grow in no time due to the wonderful service you provide !!!

It didn't turn out so well. We called them out to do some work for us and basically they quoted us a figure of $3200 to fix our air conditioner because it had a broken line in it and I had somebody from my company come out, because I work in a factor for a maintenance company and he came and looked at my air conditioner and was able to fix it with under $100. So they guy checked everything out and said we had all out free on leaked out and he said unfortunately he couldn't repair it, he would have to replace our entire unit. First he gave me some talk about how Government changed their regulations and that I'm probably better off getting another unit which would cost us around $10,000. So I told him I couldn't afford that so is there anything else we can do and he said they could replace my outside unit with one that they already have but they won't be able to service it down the road because of Government regulations. So I asked him to quote that and he quoted me $3200 and I told him I would see what I could do to get the money together and I would call them back to schedule it and get it replaced. So I was at work 2 days later and I had an air conditioning guy out to work on our units in our plant and I mentioned to him what was going on and he told he head a buddy who was in my area and he could come out and take a look at my unit at home because the All City Air Conditioning & Heating Inc company's report just doesn't sound right. So his friend cam out and took at look at the unit and found that the copper pipe in the outside unit had a leak in it and he was able to cut that section of pipe out and put a new pipe in and everything was fixed.

Stan arrived promptly at the appointed time and we discussed that I needed my two air conditioners serviced for the spring. Stan began by going up to my attic where the furnace is located and checked everything out. He even put a board in front the furnace so it was easier for me to step up when I change the filter as well as put a board across a few of the stresses for me to step across. I was really impressed and told him how much I appreciated that! Stan checked and washed out the condenser coils then gave the two outside air conditioners a maintenance check and service . Stan was extremely pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable whenever I asked him a question. He answered all my questions about the furnace and A/C systems and really knew what he was talking about especially about the different types of A/C systems. I will definitely use All City Air Conditioning & Heating again and will specifically ask for Stan when I do!

I am extremely happy with the service that was provided, all the way around. Stan was my technician, and he was awesome. He not only explained everything to me in detail, he also provided me with additional information on maintenance and other issues to look out for. He was on time and fixed everything in a very timely manner. I will recommend them to everyone!!

It went very well and he was very informative. I felt he was very honest and I have learned a few things I would otherwise not know.

Stan did a a great job. He was right on time and went above and beyond on the tune up. The defrost board ended up being bad on my 1 year old Trane heat pump which was preventing the fan from spinning resulting in the AC not working properly. Even though they specialize in York, Stan was able to bypass the defrost board to get the AC working properly without padding the cost. That's going above and beyond and that's how you gain loyal customers. Just after 9 a.m. the following day Ron, I think Stan told me he was his boss, followed up with me about the warranty repair on the defrost board. The board itself was covered by Trane's warranty but the labor wasn't ... the company who installed the heat pump (OD Mechanical which I rate an F in both the initial install and follow-ups) wouldn't stand by their work and wanted to charge labor too ... so I chose to reward a good company like All City Air Conditioning and pay them for the job. We discussed the price and Ron cut me some slack, again a great way to build customer loyalty. If I knew then what I know now, I would have avoided Trane [for various reasons; this isn't a product review] and went with All City Air for the install. I will do a follow up review after they replace the defrost board.

I CHOSE ALL CITY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PERFECT RECORD ON ANGIE'S LIST. ALL A'S ACROSS THE BOARD. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THEY ARE THE ONLY AIR&HEAT COMPANY WITH SUCH A RECORD. STAN AND RON GAVE ME A CHOICE OF REPAIRING THE OLD UNITS OR INSTALLING NEW UNITS. SINCE MY OLD A/C WAS INSTALLED ALMOST 40-YEARS AGO AND THE FURNACE 12-YEARS AGO, IT DIDN'T MAKE MUCH SENSE TO, ONCE AGAIN, REPAIR IT, SO I WENT WITH A NEW, ENERGY SAVING 3-TON, 14.5 SEER UNIT CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING 16 SEER, WHICH WILL SAVE A LOT OF MONEY ON MY SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING BILLS. THE NEW SYSTEM RON HAD INSTALLED CAME WITH A 10-YEAR WARRENTY ON PARTS AND LABOR, SO I AM VERY PLEASED. THESE GUYS DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. CAN'T THINK OF A SINGLE THING WHERE THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, WHEN THEY LEFT, THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THEY HAD EVER BEEN HERE. THEY EVEN CLEANED OUT THE INSIDE A/C-FURNACE CLOSET, VACUUMED IT, AND HAULED AWAY A LOT OF USED FILTERS I HAD STAKED UP INSIDE. THEY INSTALLED NEW BOARDING UNDERNEATH THE INDOOR A/C-FURNACE UNIT AND EVEN LEFT ME WITH A SUPPLY OF FILTERS FOR THE NEW UNIT. IT IS NICE TO FIND AN AIR & HEATING COMPANY YOU FEEL IS HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. THATS ALL-CITY AIR & HEAT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

.As always, he was very prompt. Arrived at exactly the scheduled time. I have used this company for about eighteen years. At my previous home he replaced a complete unit and did repairs to another unit. as well as regular maintenance His honesty and pricing can not be beat anywhere. I highly recommend this company to everyone. In addition, he services the units at my son's business and home as well as my daughter's home and business. Everyone that I have ever recommended use this company has been extremely satisfied.

The service was fantastic. They were really great. Stan was our technician, he came out and he did a walk around of our AC system, to let us know what type of a system we have, and educated us on the type of service that he would perform. He cleared an issue with line blockage right away, and so he was very good. I bought another big deal for the same company to work on my moms place, after they worked on my place, and they did a really good job over there as well. Their price was excellent, especially with the big deal, they came out and solved the problem for under 50 Dollars. I purchased the big deal and they were able to come out the next day, which was very quick.

Technician arrived timely and was properly uniformed and courteous. He was also sure to show me his state license card and told me it was important that all tech have them on their person when performing work. I explained my issue and he went into the attic to investigate and discovered that an a/c tech who visited a year ago left my air handler open. He took photos to show me and closed it back up the way it should have been done before. He explained that my condensers were out of R22 coolant and because freon doesn't burn (like gasoline) they were probably depleted due to a leak. He also showed me in the photo how the evaporator coil had some sort of (naturally occurring) chemical reaction (oxidation??) that eventually causes it to leak. His recommendation was to have a leak check performed (he quoted me pricing), have the leak fixed, and then refill the condensers with coolant. The repairs were going to be too costly to do right away, but I will likely have All City return to do the repairs when I am ready.

They did a very good job. They were very nice , informative, and thorough They changed the air filters, and checked everything out really good. They were super friendly and helpful.

The Technician came out, he checked everything out, and was very knowledeable. I had an ac drain clogg causing my ac to drain outside and run down my roof. He fixed the clogg, cleared lines and made sure that there was no other issues going on. I have an old system and he explained a lot of about my system. He didnt try to up sale a new system, but gave very helpful tips about maintaining the one I have.

It was great. The service technician was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them. Inspected both indoor and outdoor equipment. Technician went above and beyond what I expected. He was helpful with suggestions so I could maintain the units in the future. He even hosed down the outside units, and spent a lot of time with us. I will use this company again.
