All American Flooring

Got quote for carpet. Picked sample salesman brought out with him and said needed it in a week. Was told I had to order immediately because carpet was only ordered once a week from mill. That was Thursday. The following Monday I got a call saying the carpet was backordered and it would be 3 weeks before it could be installed. I cancelled order. When I went to other carpet stores, I discovered they could all order the exact same carpet anytime and get it in a few days. When I checked later, the charge for the carpet was still on my credit card. I called the regional office and asked that the charge for the cancelled order be removed. The manger kept trying to talk me into keeping the carpet. Very frustrating experience. Eventually got the charge reversed but it took way too much time to do it.

All American Flooring was terrific. I went from flooring store to flooring store trying to find the perfect flooring for my home after a flood from plumbing. I am happy to say that not only did they beat the competitors price for the same floor, but the service team did an excellent job in laying the floor, moving my furniture and cleaning up everything before they left!~ I highly recommend them to anyone building a home or having upgrades done to an older home like mine!!! 5 starts guys!
