All About Water Heaters

Both sales and execution were really good, I notice my water heater leaking at morning, in the same day I had everything working again. Excellent price, professional execution... what else could I ask for?

We had an issue of Pilot not flaring up on our gas water heater which was in the attic. Contacted "All About Water Heaters" and Albert told me to send couple of pictures of a part. He told me that he would come and take a look at it. It must be just a simple fix and for that you should not end up changing the whole water heater. He came the same day I contacted him. Looked at it.. and it was a simple fix as he had predicted. He really knows All About Water Heaters. He is very professional, very reasonable and up to his word. I would definitely hire him again. if there was an A+ I would have definitely rated it.

We got home on a Sunday and found our water heater leaking. It was leaking out the garage door into the driveway. All About Water Heaters took our call immediately and walked us through how to turn it off on the phone. They came out the following day and replaced the water heater then coordinated with the city about getting it inspected. Very happy with how prompt and helpful they were in such an emergency. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Price was reasonable and they did not upcharge us for having to respond to an emergency.

After checking out a few places on Angie's List as well as Home Depot, we decided to go with Al (All About Water Heaters). We bought a new water heater from Al about 12 days back. I called and Al answered the phone. He was upfront about an all inclusive cost. I spoke to him on a Thursday morning and the new water heater was installed the same day. The installer Jason was very good. Al also arranged for the city inspection and everything went well. We may be needing another new water heater to replace our 2nd older water heater. I will look no further. Al is our man! Thumbs up for Al and his team for the excellent work.

I contacted Al based on reviews from Angie's list. After receiving a few different quotes not only was Al the most reasonably priced but it was the conversation regarding the project that sold me. He took the time to answer my questions and provide additional information regarding this project. The other plumbers I contacted were just happy to e-mail me quotes. We set up an install date and Al kept me posted via text every step of the way. On the scheduled service day Al's employee arrived late due to truck problems but fortunately I was home and it was not an issue. He did not have my phone number to contact me and let me know. He got right to work upon arrival. There was some minor mis-communication regarding the expansion tank to be installed but he was able to contact Al (who was out of town) and get it straightened out. All in all the experience was positive. The water tank is working great. The water pressure in my home is now regulated and we are happy with the results. I would recommend Al and All About Water Heaters to anyone.

Our water heater broke down on Sunday and we had no hot water. We called Al, and several other water heater installation companies, Monday morning. Al was professional, courteous and gave us a very good price even without an onsite visit. More importantly, he said he could install that afternoon. He was true to his words. Two people came around 2pm the same day. It took a bit longer than they expected because of additional work that needed to be done. But they completed it around 6.30pm and he did not charge anything extra. Al provided great service at excellent prices. He is a customer's dream! I would recommend All about Water Heaters without reservation.

Our hot water heater started leaking Saturday afternoon. They gave me a quote on the phone, and then came out Sunday and replaced the heater with a new one, and a new pan, and new lines in. Normally they don't come out on a Sunday but they were really nice and made an exception for us. The installer Jason was on time and very professional.

The installation went smoothly, they were on time and professional. The water heaters work great and we've had no issues. The recirculating pump did not work, but the owner has been very responsive about coming back out to troubleshoot the problem. The problem has not yet been resolved, but we have a follow up appointment this week. Despite the issues with the pump, I would recommend their services.

No surprises, which is what I like. Al Ohler gave me a firm quote site unseen and said there would be no additional costs or fees and he was true to his word. After doing some research I feel I got a good price for a quality product. Another Angie's List contractor was a $100 higher while a third one was $1,200 higher. This was not an emergency job but they were able to replace both within a couple of days after I called. The two installers showed up on time, they were very polite young gentlemen and they did a great job despite the 100+ degree temperatures in my attic. When removing the old units they completely wrapped them to make sure no water dripped onto the carpet when they hauled them down, little things like that impress me. I absolutely would use All About Water Heaters again and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Harvey West Plumbing they came out and charged me $99 to look at my hot water heater, said the repair would be $656.00. I refused the repair. I then contacted Al with All About Water Heaters, I told him what the other company had said the problem was, he quoted $300.00. He came out on time, was very professional and immediately went to work. After he inspected the hot water heater, he determined that Harvey West Plumbing had misdiagnosed the problem and the repair would only be $200. He could have told me it was still $300 and I wouldn't have known the difference. If you have a hot water heater problem or plumbing problem, save some money and some time, call them first.

He arrived on time and replaced the faucet and cleaned up after himself. He is very professional and very friendly. We would recommend him to anyone. He replaced our water heaters about 15 months ago and did an excellent job. His price was very reasonable.

I found my water heater had leaked from the bottom into the garage floor and out to the driveway, and there were burn marks at the heating elements. I called several plumbing companies on Angie's list, but he was the only one who answered, even though he was driving to a job. He pulled over to the side of the road, told me what to do, and said he and his helper would be at my job around 1:00 PM in the afternoon. I did as he said, and he kept me updated by texting me when his other job went overtime. Once they got here, it took them less than 2 hours to remove the old unit, replace the shutoff valve with a new one, that would be much easier to use, and installed a new (50 gallon) water heater. He also helped out by cutting a hole in the drywall just under the water heater area, and helping to make sure that it had a way to dry out before it molded. The cost was $971, and the reviews I've seen for other companies tells me that's a good price.

Honored his price, which was very reasonable. Flexed his hours to do the job in the evening since it was an emergency. Very thorough and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything went very well! All was very punctual, friendly and professional. Even though it had rained that morning, there was no mud or anything brought in, and he wrapped the old water heater in plastic so that it didn't drip going down the stairs. We're VERY pleased and will used All About Water Heaters again!

Al came early as he promised and inspected the water leak before another person came to detect the leak with a leak detection machine. They found the area of the leak and was about to fix the leak on a first attempt without making any holes to the wood/tile areas inside my home. This makes me very happy. The plumber was working hard and able to identify the exact pipe with the leak. Al was very professional and friendly. The entire team of All About Water Heaters company was great. I will definitely use All About Water Heaters again in the future. In fact, I asked Al to replace the washer on one of the outdoor faucet. He had earned my trust. Al is an A+ Plumber. I called and scheduled an appointment with Al the owner/plumber for same day service after my water heater decided to stop working. He texted me a few times during the day of his status/location, and he arrived as scheduled. He is highly qualified skilled plumber, knowledgeable, professional, fair all-inclusive prices, no hidden charges, cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. What can I say? I would highly recommend Al for any of your water heater or plumbing needs. It was clear I had picked the right vendor from my first phone call. While most other vendors I had spoken with wanted to send out a salesman or wait to give me any advice until they were in the home, Al was able to ask me some questions have me verbally describe things to him over the phone and get me a price quote and approach within 20 minutes - and more important that was what he charged me in the end. When Al arrived he got right to work. The installation of the new water heater and removal of the old one went very smoothly. Not only this he also made time to make friends with my 8-month old baby girl. Upon completion of the water heater we found that the meter was still running -- oh no, my worst nightmare a leak!! Despite this not being part of the job or required, Al shimmied under the house to spot the leak and determine the extent of the damage. He then referred me to a colleague of his that was able to come out to my house the next day and fix the leak super quick without charging me a fortune. Al even met his referral at my house and made sure the job was done right. Al really went above and beyond - I wish I had more work for him since I now trust him completely and will use him for all of my water heater needs in the future. Highly recommended!!

It went well and we we're happy with the work performed. The only problem encountered was removing the hot water heater because the heater was full of water and wouldn't drain. He was able to come up with a solution to the problem and got the work done in a timely manner.

I found All About Water Heaters on the Better Business Bureau website after a google search. My water heater would not let the gas in when the pilot light was activated. Atmos told me there was a recall on the water heater, even though I did get the $210.00 worth of parts free I was unable to find anyone to install the parts. I called Al he was there the same day, the day before Thanksgiving. Al worked for hours on my water heater issue never giving up on a complicated issue, Al did not raise what I was quoted even after I am sure the issue was more complicated then first thought. Al is the owner/workman. He arrived on time and was able to change out the water heater in 2 1/2 hours. Everything was included in the cost. There were no surprise fees, no trying to sell me anything additional. He came and did what was required at the cost quoted. I was happy with the service and felt I got a fair price.
