Description of Work: My water heater decided to stop one summer morning. After reading some positive reviews, I called All About Water Heaters to see if they could come visit. Al was on the other side of the Dallas metroplex, but he talked me through some basic tests to narrow down possibilities for the problem. Some of his team arrived an hour or so later to try and salvage the heater, but it was full of debris and already past its expected lifespan. Time to replace the beast. His team removed the old heater (no small feat). But just a couple minutes before they finished, Al called us to let us know that the job in Dallas was going to need more of his time and that he couldn't make it until the next day. Not wanting me to be left high-and-dry, Al didn't charge me for the removal and agreed to come first thing the next day. In the meantime, he encouraged me to find a qualified professional who could do it beforehand if possible. Turns out I *did* find one, and yet Al still refused payment for the removal. I found our interactions professional and quite helpful. If I need water heater work again, Al's my first call.
