 + -1 moreHe is excellent and I have used him at least seven or eight years. He tells me what the time frame is for his work and when he can get there. I consider that very important. I know how much he charges an hour and if he has a helper he will have to charge for him. He does a good job and his responsiveness is good.
Description of Work: I used Don Devine for a yearly air conditioning checkup at an apartment I own. He put some Freon in the A/C and did something else for maintenance.

 + -1 moreHe showed up on schedule and cheked our A/C. John Devine's work is top-notched. We have used his skills for many years and know him to be extremely knowledgeful in all areas of Heating / AC. He is puntual, very experienced, detail-oriented, constantly provides maintenance tips, great communicating skills, very friendly, a hard worker, and well-priced. We highly recommend him for all heating and A/C installation, repair, and maintenance.
Description of Work: Air Conditioning checkup. He checked the A/C for the summer on the ground floor and the outside unit. He also checked the venting system in the attic. In prior years he installed our new Heating and A/C system and provided maintenance. His tips have proved out over the years - very helpful. Some years ago he found a leak in the attic A/C conduits, repaired them, and saved us alot on the A/C bills.
