The guy said he couldn't fix it. The positive thing is they showed up. When I talked to them on the phone I said, here's the deal it's a broken window, I need it replaced or fixed. He said: " Oh yeah, we can do that no problem. They didn't even offer to replace the window, I even offered. He said: "We can't do that."

Service was great, installation was on point and they didn't leave a mess.

I called them out for quote, I agreed to the work. They put the order and said it would be about a week to get the replacements made. They called back a few days later and said the windows were ready and scheduled a time to come out. They came out and replaced both windows very quickly and cleaned up. Overall a great job.

I had three broken or chipped windows. Brian responded the same day I sent him a message through Angie's list and came out the next day for a free estimate. The work was done within a week. The price was excellent for three windows and the workmen were courteous, neat and efficient. I couldn't ask for anything more and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their broken glass replaced. The company is now called Metroplex Window and Glass. They were all a pleasure, and I though the price was reasonable.

First Brian came out to assess the issue and was able to get my window shut as it was cold out. Then came back to replace the tracks. Brian called to set up time, keep me posted and when he was going to be there. Brian was very courteous professional and I would highly recommend him.

Brian came by to give an estimate to fix a broken window spring, he showed us how easy it would be to do, where would could find the part and also advised of cost if he did it himself. He went out of his way to help. He could have just told us his estimate, or even sold us a new window, but instead he chose to give us information to help instead. Thanks Brian!

We used Advanced Windows two years ago in conjunction with a company that did our window film work. Decided earlier this week to clean all the windows. One of the windows that had been replaced was loose. Called and left a message about this window being loose. The silicone seal needed to be redone. It took no time at all. Thanks for the quick service.

My back patio door is the kind with 15 separate panes of glass and one broke. I called Advanced after finding them through Angies. I was told they've combined companies with Metroplex Windows & Glass. They promptly came out and measured the glass. The representative said it would take at least a week to get the glass in & have it cut. So, I expected I'd hear from them in about one week. A day or two later a representative left a message on my cell phone while I was at the gym. I called back a couple hours later. The representative said he wanted to put the glass in my door that day, but was no longer in my neighborhood. I was confused, since they said it would take a week; AND, I expected they would call me to set up an appointment at least a day ahead. He explained they usually don't have that size glass in stock, but happened to have the exact size glass needed in their stock. He did not have his schedule on him at that time, but said the office would call & set up an appointment. Again, at least a week, 5:45 PM there's a representative ringing the door bell to put in the glass...never called me ahead, never arranged for this visit. He said he tried to call me all day. When he showed me the number it was not correct. I wish he would have double checked with the office for the correct phone number. I was headed out the door for an appointment and did not have the time to wait for him to put in the glass. We arranged for him to return the following day between 10-11 am. He arrived on time and it took all of 15 minutes to put in the glass. From that point on, all went smoothly. Communication and scheduling could use some improvement, otherwise I'm happy with the job.

Had an excellent experience with these guys. I called on Monday and within 30 mins Brian was there to measure the window as he was heading in my direction. He called me and gave a quote which i thought was reasonable, so he ordered the window which took a few days to arrive. He called and set up the appointment to install the window. 2 guys came round on time and within about 15 mins the window was in. They did a great job. I live on a golf course but have only had 3 windows broken in 7 years. However this company will definitely be my 'go to' company should any more windows get broken. Thanks for such an easy and pleasant experience.

Advanced Windows does great work, it just takes a little time to get windows ordered that they don't have in stock and get the correct crew over to do the job. Overall, they did a great job replacing the windows in my house and their price seems fair. I'd recommend them to others.

Came out promptly to inspect and measure the window. Arrived as promised and installed perfectly the following week.

They were very quick to reply to my email and gave me an estimate ($140) based on the details I had given. Then they came out to do the estimate and ordered the glass. They came back on for the install about a week later. They had given me a 1-hour window (between 9-10) and they were there at that time. They were very low-key and professional. The only process was excellent and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

Brian was great. He solved our window problem at a fraction of the cost of other estimates with far less risk of damage to the window. He even took time to thoroughly clean the area afterward. He was friendly, prompt and honest. We will be using him in the future for our window needs. Extremely pleased with this company!

Brian qucikly came and gave an estimate. He ordered the part as requested and installed very soon after. The whole process took about a week. Very efficient service.

It took about 7-10 day for fabrication. Brian called when the windows/screens were done to arrange for installation. The installers (Brian's brother and one other man) arrived on time. They got straight to work. I was amazed how efficient their install process was. They cleaned up completely when done. They were finished in under 3 hours. Amazing! We are very satisfied. Would not hesitate to call on them again, if needed.

Brian came to complete an estimate. We scheduled a day to complete the work. Two days before the scheduled time I received a call saying that he had a cancellation so moved my repair date up to fill this opening. Brian's brother Bruce came to do the work and was very personable and professional. Repairs took less then an hour and I was able to pay using a credit card.

Brian and his team were very efficient in all aspects, from the scheduling of appointments to the speed of installation. One of the windows broke not long after installation, but it was fixed as soon as the replacement arrived. They really made the whole process painless, We would definitly use them again

Brian came to take measurements a gave us an estimate to replace the glass in 3 windows in the second floor. He saved us money by only replacing the glass without buying all 3 windows. The glasses were install in less than a week. Two very professional workers showed up and did the work in less than 2 hours, glasses were install properly. We are pleased with their service.

They were very nice but he couldn't really get the window back like it was supposed to be. I didn't call and complain because it is an old window but somebody should have been able to tell me ahead of time that they couldn't do it. It is in there, but not very well. He was sorry. They send somebody out to estimate the job and then they send somebody else out to fix it, which may not be the best way to do it. I felt kind of funny because when he got here, he wanted me to make the check out to him if I hadn't already made it out to the window repair. That was kind of strange. The guy that came out for the estimate had on a polo shirt. They were very nice people. I have a very old product so I didn't complain. He told me that if I push on it very hard, it could come out. Had I known that before, I might have looked to them to replace the window. They were great and were right here. They were punctual and professional.

Advanced might respond better if you call them. I do not know. I guess I am a difficult customer ... I expect a response or acknowldgement when I contact a company.

Other places said I had to replace the entire set. These guys were able to repair what was damaged. They saved me 1K on the job. They communicated well, were polite and fast. I highly recommend them!

It well overall. All my glass is now replaced and I really like it. Several of the windows had to be remeasured for proper fit. This called for an additional service call. A couple of windows cracked when installed dues to the out of alignment of the window frame from the home settling. All of this was eventually straightened out. The job was performed in a timely manner and the major workers seemed to know what they were doing. I would use this firm again.

Brian and his partner did an outstanding job. They were prompt, answered all of my questions, and the service was excellent.

I called to discuss getting windows repaired. We set an appointment for the following week. They didn't show during the time frame that they had provided. I called and got a voicemail and left a message. In addition, I followed up with an email. I never received a response to either the voicemail on the email. Simply a no-show.
