Description of Work: Best house cleaning ever. Floor were a mess due to college kids moving out and dirity dogs. Spotless after cleaning. Needed a thorough home cleaning and was not disappointed. Will recommend Irma (Action Cleaning) to everyone. Even my garage was clean. windows sparkling, No dirt/dust anywhere. Will be using them on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Irma came in for a deep cleaning and positively gave this house the cleaning of its life!! Rather than describe everything she did in detail (which would take me all night) I will say she did things I only do every few YEARS!! She did things I try to find excuses to NEVER do! I was hurt about 6 weeks ago and after a hospital stay and a still broken wrist, found it impossible to do more than one bathroom at a time etc. Things were getting pretty nasty around here and Irma really got us back on track!!! Before she came today I had considered having her back every once in a while if she did a good job - well she did a good job and I hope to have her out here once a month as long as I can afford it!! Thanks so much Irma!!!

Description of Work: Irma has cleaned our home twice now and we have been very pleased. She is a little more expensive than others in my experience, but so far it has been worth it. The calendar that she provides is very helpful, she is good with my two large dogs and it is so nice to come home to such a sparkling clean house!

Description of Work: Irma Moreno has provided cleaning and maid service for us for about three years. She does vacuuming, dusting, cleans the blinds, and cleans the bathrooms once a month.

Description of Work: She cleans my house every month. She dusts, vacuums, and mops. She cleans the bathroom and kitchen. She scrubs down the appliances, the toilet, and the tub. She has some supplies, but I provide most of them.

She did detail work such as polishing all of the woodwork, brass handles, deep cleaning, removing all glass from light fixtures and cleaning them, cleaned ceiling fans, all inside windows, took down the curtains and cleaned them, dusted the crown molding as well as cleaning all baseboards and doors. She cleaned all of the inside windows and even the *outside of the storm doors. She also *cleaned the outside glass around the light fixture. These are things above and beyond what was agreed upon.

Description of Work: Irma and two other ladies cleaned the house from top to bottom, and dusted every surface that was available. I provided the cleaning materials.

Description of Work: Completed a good cleaning of house (3 bedroom/2.5 bath). This included cleaning the floors, ceiling fans, and bathrooms.

Description of Work: Light cleaning for my home. The cleaning took approximately 3.5 hours. This was not an extensive cleaning job. This job included bathrooms (3), sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. I supplied all of the cleaning products including the vacuum and broom. I was able to get twice as much done with her assistance. I was in my home working while she was cleaning (changing sheets, washing clothes, etc).

Description of Work: They did a housecleaning 'deep' clean and recurring. We called based on reviews, and she was able to come out and give an estimate in 3 days. We had recently had our house cleaned by another service and were unhappy, so I called Irma. She arrived on time and brought a crew with her. They spent HOURS on our front door, and it looks better than the day it was painted. It's cleaner than we thought possible. For the first cleaning, they were here all day. They didn't miss a thing, from the dust on the top bookshelves to the books, trim, walls, etc. She is very clear in her estimate what they do and don't do. They clean windows, they don't pick up toys. They straighten furniture and clean sheets, but they don't touch documents. They vacuum closets but don't organize. Her honesty up-front was refreshing. Also, after our first cleaning, she provided a print-out with future dates, which was a very helpful touch.

Description of Work: I had my entire house deep cleaned including:paneling washed, interior windows washed, the kitchen from ceiling to floor including the area above the cabinets, the bathrooms, rugs washed. My house has several high windows that have not been washed for a year.

Description of Work: A three-hour cleaning of my 3BR 2BA 1500 SQ FT home, that turned into a four-hour job (it was very dirty). I needed a "top to bottom" cleaning, but they had to work me in between other scheduled appointments, and had time for only a "really good cleaning". As noted by another reviewer, they asked for my broom, mop and cleaning products. They selected my Murphy's Oil Soap out of all of my cleaning products with chemicals. I couldn't find my mop, my bucket or my dust pan. They scrubbed with brushes, rags, swept with a broom and mopped with towels and the broom, improvising for a dust pan. It was amazing to watch these two women clean my house, everything, including baseboards. I can't wait to see what a ''top to bottom'' is if this isn't it.

Description of Work: Irma came within 24 hours of my call to give us a quote for deep cleaning our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. We didn't need one of the bedrooms cleaned. She started work on that Saturday. She did a simply amazing job, even taking the lightbulbs out and cleaning them. She and her daughter cleaned the blinds, the ceiling fans, the baseboards. Our kitchen sink has never been as clean. She recommended cleaning products to us and brought some of her own. We needed some touch-up painting done and Irma's husband came and did a wonderful job also. We paid additional money for that service.

Description of Work: They did a thorough cleaning of our entire home. The first time through, they spent more than 9 solid hours and cleaned everything I expected and more. The positive surprises were: refrigerator shelves, all baseboards, the fireplace (ashes and all).
