+ -1 moreWe’ve been very happy with them. We’ve been using them for years. We have a contract with them, so it was a service call that day. It was a warranty contract. They were available on Sunday when we really needed them. I would have like for that to have been, but everyone can’t work 7 days a week. I get it.

Arnold has been our serviceman and knows what he is doing and is very professional. We trust his recommendations and know that we can depend on him and the company to stand behind their work and product without any hassle.
Description of Work: We bought an older home and wanted to have the system checked. They had to blow out the line that was clogged, replaced the air filter and performed typical service call steps.

Description of Work: Put in new AC system. They explained pros and cons of putting in just part of system versus whole new system and did not push for services. In other words we could have just replaced the outside unit. We had everything done including new outside unit, and unit in attic moved and meeting present codes. Put in some new ducting, however since we had replaced that a few years ago did not need much. They worked during extremely hot weather, were professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Think it all took only 2 days from start to finish. A plus is that for some reason even our hot water heater works better now. We will continue to use them and we appreciate their hard work.

They found the problem with the air conditioner and fixed it. It was a difficult problem to find, it was actually in the wiring in the house.
