Technician was on time and did a nice job explaining the problem with the thermostat and gave recommendation on repair. Also went the extra mile and looked at potential other issues with unit. He was very professional and was reasonably priced.

Jack arrived on time to evaluate and demonstrate/explain problems in my 19-year old furnace. The next day, skilled installers replaced the unit with a new furnace, cleaned up afterwards, took away old unit - 3 hrs start to finish.

The first A/ C guy who looked at my AC recommended to buy a new unit and said it’s old and won’t work anymore. I looked online today to Homeadvisor and Jack from A-Anderson called right away, even though it’s Sunday, and came to my house in the afternoon and fixed the problem. I am so happy that my AC is now working. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

He was very reasonable with prices, fixed my issue super fast and went above and beyond his call of duty to investigate the whole HVAC unit and provided me recommendations to keep the system running healthy. Jack came out and looked at the problem with my ac that wasn’t working and I just got home from California and in about 30 minutes after Jack looked at it, our a/c was going again. I had found out later my mother in law had someone come out the day before to check it and they had told her the compressor was shot and the whole unit would need to be replaced and that it had no Freon. Jack checked it and it was full. Jack came to fix the problem and not cause more problems for me. It’s bad enough our a/c wasn’t working. Thank you Jack !!! I won’t go to no one else . And he was very professional

A-Anderson air conditioning,came out to evaluated my a/c unit. And Jack gave the best advise on resolving my a/c repair.I ended up needed a complete replacement.They gave the best quote.And did a excellent job with installing the new system. I recommend anyone needing a/c repair,to call A-Anderson.

Jack at A-Anderson came out on very short notice on a Sunday night to look at our AC unit. He spent 1.5 hours testing and evaluating the unit to determine the problem. He replaced a faulty capacitor and added some Puron at a very reasonable price. He closed up the unit and cranked it up - we've been cool ever since. I would highly recommend Jack and A-Anderson AC to anyone. Prompt, friendly and quality AC repair companies are hard to find and I'm glad Home Advisor found Jack for me.
