They were hired to replace worn and missing bricks from the outside of our house, which is 67 years old. The house looked like we should call a Priest to administer last rites, but they said they could help. Cynically, we hired them but had low expectations. Boy, weâ re we wrong! Corrie and his associate did a great job and tremendously improved the appearance of our house! The house looks much newer, and all the damaged and missing brick has been replaced. They did a great job matching the replaced brick to look like the undamaged original! We also had trouble with the rain overflowing the drains on a flat roof over our garden room. They installed a diverter to route the excess rain away, waterproofed the ducts and vents, and installed a cricket behind our bar room chimney to divert rain from settling behind the chimney and rotting through to the bar ceiling. They worked very hard, and did a great job! Corrieâ s crew was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly! Easy to work with and talk to, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of all of their actions!! They were very reasonably priced, and we received exceptional value from them!!! A1 rain leak experts repaired cracks in brick walls and eroding mortar around the entire 2 story house. They also replaced a destroyed keystone above a window, which had to be custom made to fit the 25 year old style on other windows. No other firms offered any similar solution. For the cracks, A1 used their special flexible material and color matching technique. The crack repair came with a 5 year warranty, which no one else could promise. They did what others said could not be done. They removed an ugly rust stain on our brick face as well as repaired the mortar on my chimney and even fixed previous mortar work to where you can't tell it was repaired. They also sealed most of our windows where the caulking was cracking and causing leaks around our windows. This team was great!
