I have no complaints. They do very good work, this is the 3rd year in a row that we've used them as they do such good work. We are very satisfied customers.

It went very well. My appointment was confirmed and then the office followed up to let me know that he was on his way shortly before due to arrive. The technician, Wes, came out very promptly (within a day or so of requesting service--it was not an emergency). He looked everything over thoroughly, explained the nature of the problem (one of the tracks was misaligned) and what it would take to fix it. He said the motor unit was an older one (it was here when we bought the house in 2005) and while all of them have certain understandable life expectancies, he said this one looked to be in pretty good shape for now. I asked about eventual replacements and he left me with pricing for a couple of options. I appreciated his candor and lack of pressure to upgrade to something newer when it is not currently needed. The adjustment was made, he left me with two requested portable openers and one keypad mounted on the outside of the garage. Pricing was very reasonable and he worked quickly to get the job done. I will certainly have them back for periodic maintenance and to replace that motor when it does, eventually, go out. I then had a follow up call from the main office shortly thereafter asking for an evaluation of the call. All of this is, in my opinion, just excellent work and the mark of a very good company!

Wes came and did an excellent job replacing our old garage door opener and installing a keypad for us!! He was very timely and professional, highly recommend!!

A1 came out to tune up the garage door when it kept getting stuck. They had originally installed it about 3 or 4 years ago. The install price was about $850 if I recall. Very happy with them and would definitely use again.

I recently had a great experience with A1 Affordable Garage Door services. I had seen A1 for years at local Home & Garden shows and although at the time I didn?t have a need for their service I had kept their business card as I was very impressed how they presented themselves at the show. I recently had trouble with my builder grade garage door that was giving me problems when the door was shutting. The technician came out to my house and gave me my options to adjust the door and get it working properly but being a builder grade non-insulated door I opted at this time to invest in a better quality door. The technician gave me many options and I decided to go for the double steel insulated door. The door was ordered and installed as promised and both technicians that came out where very professional and courteous. They made sure everything was cleaned up and the door working properly. The door has been installed now for 6 weeks and I couldn?t be happier. Other than the door working smoothly as possible I notice a huge temperature change within the garage. In the past on very cold days the garage temperature would be less than 50 degrees. Now I have not seen the temperature under 62 degrees. Great company experience and I would highly recommend A1 Affordable Garage Door Services.

I contacted A1 and Mike came out as scheduled. He put the wires back on the drum and put the door back on the tracks. Performed a tune up and was done in 20 minutes. They showed up when they said they would, they fixed the problem and left. What more can you ask? I don't think $260 for 20 minutes worth of work with no parts used is reasonable but it was fixed right and fixed right away.

From the first time they fixed it they did a really good job. They are really reasonable. He told me things that should be doing and should not be doing with the garage door and how you need to find it that type of thing and I have them come out them and check it. Again, it is just a small service thing when they came out and they check the garage door and it keeps it working beautifully. I haven't done it yet for 2014 but I did it for 2012 and 2013 and then the problem I think was in 2011. The last they came to do the work was in June 2013. They put a tag on my door release I had to remember and tells me when they do that out and I then I call. The cost of service I don't think it was more than $35 or $40. I have two different once and they are extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice and then I also have an opportunity to talk with the lady that runs the office and she was also very personable.

The company rep was prompt and courteous. The work was done timely and the cost was reasonable. I couldn't be happier with their service!

Everything went smoothly. I have used this company back in November 2012 when I bought the house. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Called A1 Affordable because the garage door wouldn't open with the remotes even tho batteries in the remotes were replaced. The door would open from the wall buttons. Told them it was not an emergency and was looking for possible solution(s) to the problem. Long story short -- Dan was at my house within an hour and tried to re-program new remotes as that would be the most cost effective solution. Since the opener was about 20 years old, the new remotes would not program. Was given several options to solve the problem and went with a new garage door opener. EVERYONE I dealt with on the phone and in person was fabulous and I even got a follow-up call the next day to see if I was satisfied or had any concerns. On a scale of 1 to 10 -- they are a 15!

They were incredible they came with the hour I call them. If it was Sunday, during the day or night it did not matter. They do not charge extra for odd time of days or anything like that. Their service was incredible. They did a great job. They were pleasant and timely. It was just great. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable. They fixed it in hardly any time and I felt the prices were reasonable.

I had dented my garage door and Affordable scheduled a visit the same day. I feared I had damaged the door so that it would not always open and close. The technician arrived a few minutes early. He explained the problem to me. The Isb alignment took little time so I asked the technician to service the garage door and program my outdoor remote. The technician was pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently.

We were able to schedule a service call the next day when I called, the tech came and explained my pricing/warranty options for new openers and showed me a chart that had details of my choices. I made my choice, and the tech installed it. He was wonderful.

He was here about 2 hours and he did a very good job. He was honest and took care of what I needed. He had the materials on site to replace the opener.

Scheduling service was extremely easy and flexible, very friendly service. The service technician was on time, very friendly and competent. The issue was fixed quickly and technician cleaned and lubricated garage door and opener mechanics. Very happy with the experience!
