Everything went well. The guys showed up when scheduled. They didn't get finished in one day - so, they came back on Christmas eve to finish up and I really appreciated that. The sealed all of my even points with flashing, sealed all of my attic vents and also sealed my chimney. They worked hard and I think did a great job (time will tell); but, the guys that came out were very nice and very professional. Highly recommend!

He installed a one way door in my attic and blocked off 4 weak spots where squirrels and rats were getting in and out. After a week he came back and removed the door and sealed everything off. He even helped block off a spot between my deck and foundation of my house where it's possible rodents were moving in and out. Very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Just as helpful was the girl who answers the phone when you call them. She was extremely helpful and debunked much of what the first company I called told me. Straight shooter and honest. I would definitely recommend this company.

I could not have asked for better service all the way around! Amanda who scheduled my appointment was super sweet! Chris who responded to the service call was absolutely the nicest and most knowledgeable young man. He was so courteous and personable. He took time in explaining all the options and it turned out perfectly. He showed me the areas that put me at risk for some thing to enter and did a fantastic job securing them. I just felt like I was totally in great hands. 911 Wildlife should be very proud to have such a great young man as part of their team! I highly recommend 911 Wildlife. SUPER JOB!

Located and sealed many points or potential points of entry into my attic using powder coated metal flashing. Applied repellent which has eliminated squirrels on my back porch. Used a squirrel excluder to allow squirrels and/or rats to leave the attic but not be able to return since all other entries had been blocked. Used foam and copper wire to fill many smaller openings near the air conditioner, around my garage door and numerous spots under the eaves. Once the squirrels were gone Bob installed baited traps in the attic as well as repellent to drive mice/rats from their comfort zone to the trapped area. So far things have quieted down..no more noises in my attic that were really driving my dog crazy!! My technician, Bob, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of advice on ways to avoid future squirrel and rat invasions! He was accommodating and easy to work with over all. The office staff responded quickly to any messages I left and were very helpful. This is the second time working with this company, the first was almost 10 years ago. Previously they got a raccoon out of my attic and I had no further problems until I had a new roof put on 4 years ago. The roofers did not replace the pest guards properly and as a result rodents got in and chewed new entry holes. Bob told me I could have added the rodent guards to my roof damage insurance claim and the insurance would have covered having 911 Wildlife reinstall the guards. So that's a good thing to know since they have a 10 year guarantee on their work as long as it hasn't been tampered with. I have no qualms about recommending these guys and their services.

I was very impressed initially with the quality and helpfulness of Amanda, whom I spoke with several times over the phone. She found a technician (Chris), who was able to come that afternoon, before the bat would be rousing for the evening. He was able to quickly and humanely capture the bat and later to relocate it to a better area. Then we made a thorough search of the exterior of the house and the interior & attic to look for possible entry points. He noted a few areas that needed some additional caulking and some boards that should be replaced. I will call them back out to do that work mid-August, at which time they will also install a one-way door. That way any bats trapped inside after the additional sealing & repair work will be able to exit but not return.

Our technician, Johnny, arrived on time and was very professional. After I explained the problem, Johnny inspected our three vents and informed us that he saw bird nesting material in two of the three. It took an hour and a half to thoroughly clear the material out of the vents. Thanks to Johnny and 911WildLife, the issues we were having due to the clogged vents have been rectified and all of our exhaust fans are working properly again.

911 Wildlife responded the same day we called then about something large doing handsprings on the damper in our chimney. Of course, when their technician Armando arrived there was not a sound and nothing there. Armando identified an obvious point of entrance through the chimney and stated that by the look of the damaged screen it was probably a raccoon. Because the animal was not there he re-screened the chimney and inspected for any other possible entry points. We were pleased with the company's responsiveness and his expertise. The next day we heard movenent and "chewing" sounds from inside the wall adjacent to the chimney. Armando was back within only a few hours, but while he was here there was (of course) not another sound from within the wall. We agreed to mark the wall exactly where we heard noises and to call him if and when the animal returned. Sure enough, early the next morning the animal was at it again and kept up the chewing for several hours until Armando and his manager got to the house. After using infra-red heat sensors and expert listening, lo and behold they identified a standpipe running down inside the wall at exactly the point above where we had been hearing the chewing. Where it emerged from the roof this standpipe was well-gnawed. Tapping and scraping on the pipe created exactly the chewing sounds we had been hearing inside the wall. Close inspection revealed that we have seven pipes coming through the roof, and all seven have signs of active and energetic chewing by squirrels. Armando wrapped all seven with sturdy hardware cloth. This may not prevent the squirrels from chewing, but they will not be able to damage the pipes and the sound should no longer carry down inside the wall. At this point we are very satisfied that 911 Wildlife has done everything within their power to get to the bottom of the "critters" in our wall and to resolve the problem. Armando is one of the most personable and pleasant professionals we have worked with, and he has the patience of Job to keep returning without additional charge until the problem was identified and resolved. We would not hesitate to call 911 Wildlife again.

It's easy to write a good review of a company when everything goes right, but to me, the mark of a great company is what they do when things go wrong. I highly recommend the services of 911 Wildlife. Here's my story: I called 911 Wildlife when a possum had entered through the garage into the space between the first and second floors of my home. They were very responsive and able to come out the same day. The technician who came out actually saw the possum and tried to catch it, but he was unable to. So he set up a one way gate that would allow the animal to go out but not come back in. All of the other possible entry points were sealed off completely. Even thought it seemed evident that the possum was gaining access through the garage, the technician looked around the perimeter of my house to be sure there were no other possible points of entry. I was impressed with his thoroughness and I thought my problems with this possum were over. Unfortunately, this was not the end of the story. I continued to hear the possum crawling around, so I called 911 Wildlife again and they were very apologetic and sent my technician back out to make sure that nothing was missed. He made some adjustments on the one-way gate and made sure that there was no other access. Several days later, it was evident that the possum had died. When I called 911 Wildlife back again, they were again very responsive and sent someone out that day to deal with the problem. Because of where the possum was, it was difficult to find and it meant cutting into my ceiling. They worked hard to minimize the damage while taking care of the problem. They also took care of the repairs that were needed. At all times they were professional, helpful and compassionate about the problem. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again should the need arise.

A few months ago, we started noticing the distinct odor of skunks under our foundation. It's a slab, but we had foundation work done a few years back, which opened up some space for critters to gain access. I called and spoke with Bonnie, and she gave me some helpful info about what attracts wildlife to homes and possible solutions. She scheduled the technician to come out and give us a proposal. Soon after, Kelly C. came and did an estimate. There was no service call fee due to Angie's membership. We needed about 65 feet of barrier, Kelly returned about a week later to do the work. He endured a steady rain and worked all day to get the job done. He returned yesterday to remove the one-way door. The company provides a 10-year guarantee on this work, except for rats (which wasn't our issue). I am pleased with the outcome and the quality of service.

They didn't get rid of the problem completely.

We bought a new house, moved in, and quickly learned we had squirrels, or some other rodent *shudder* living in our walls. We called 911 Wildlife and had an inspector at our residence within a week. He inspected our residence, informed me about animal behavior, and identified points of entry for animals along our roofline. I've never had animals in a residence, so I was shocked at the price tag for the services. However, I'm aware of the damage animals can cause on a house, and the price tag was rather reasonable considering they humanely removed the animals, prevented future damage (i.e. gnawed electrical wiring, damage to walls, potential house fires, or even the chance that one of these animals could die in the walls and leave us with a lingering stench), and provide a 10 year warranty. Once I agreed upon the services, another employee returned to our residence within the week to install a one-way door to allow current animal occupants to leave. About 3 days later, he returned to complete the installation of flashing on every gable on our house. We are satisfied by the quality of the work, and most importantly, we've been squirrel-free for a year.

All the possums are gone! Today I will be sealing up the skirting under my mobile home to prevent them from returning. Here is what I did: 1. I placed 2 flood lights under the house, one on each end, and left them on DURING the day as well as night. 2. I soaked half a dozen sponges in ammonia and threw them under in various plces especially where they had already broken through the insulation where they nested. 3. I lighted taped a sheet of paper towel over the entry places (they broke through the paper to get out and I kept it up until no evidence of coming or going was there) Bottom line, they left.

After fixing the spots the provider recommended the squirrel was gone! For about three weeks. After walking around the location several times I noticed another point of entry and sealed it. The squirrel was then gone another three weeks or so. It came back, and now can't locate a hole. When the provider returned to remove the gate the only possible place he could find were some end gables/vents (which on initial inspection were deemed as not possible entry points). I've since sealed those up (at the detriment to the exterior looks of the house with metal fencing). While it's been a few weeks since then... who knows. It took several attempts, across many months, to only possibly get a solution that wasn't indicated on initial bid or even inspection. Though the provider did "let me" save money by patching two holes myself, they were already the most expensive of the bids that I got with this "savings" - so for the value, time, and issues, I'd recommend a different company.

After receiving the quote for the work at the property, we reviewed it. The company quoted for the original squirrel removal and then added in raccoon removal too. We went from $ 250. to $1,000+ within seconds to set up a one way door for the raccoons too. There was NO PHYSICAL evidence that there were raccoons (I have been in the business for 30 years and there were no physical evidence of raccoons). All I ask for is to help get rid of the squirrels. The representative stated they would not remove the squirrels unless I agreed to have them set up the job site to remove any raccoons too. They would do both or NONE. They would not separate the two. I feel that they were pulling a fast one. Who knows maybe it being the end of the month - maybe they needed to pad their total quota for the month - maybe they needed extra money for March's rent -- they are the only ones that knows the truth. I do know that the estimated cost was way out of range for which I asked. They seemed too hungry and not very truthful for what was going on. When people start making up stories and making the cost of the services higher and higher, a RED FLAG goes up and I just don't trust them and don't want to do business with them. I moved on and found a more honest and straight forward company with pricing more in range for the work to be performed.

The inspection was very helpful and gave me an idea of the kind of work that needed to be done and how much it would cost to go through 911 Wildlife. I ended up doing the work myself as their cost estimate was more than I was willing to pay at the time.

It was easy to get appointment. They were on time. They were professional and courteous. It was such a better price than anybody else. I'm pretty sure it was $300 when the other was $1000. You can't just kill it.

The exit that Kelly installed worked perfectly! After about a week and a half all the critters were gone from the attic. We didn't have to use traps or poison. They just evicted themselves out the exit. Kelly was also very good about contacting us to see how things were going. He came out after about five days to check on the exit and to make sure they had not made any new entrances.

They were fast, friendly and very up front about the process and the price. They guaranteed the work and followed up promptly. Would recommend them to anyone.

After getting a quote from another animal control company that insisted we had a critter problem and would give us a "discounted" price of $3K to address, we called 911 Wildlife for a 2nd opinion. They found no sign of critter control issues and gave us recommendations that we could do ourselves to prevent any future issues. They gave hints on what to look and listen for before calling them out. Definitely appreciated the candor and honesty and will call them at the 1st sign of any infestation.

The service was fine. He was very friendly. They came out when they said they would. They are quick to respond. They are very punctual.

We called at 2 pm on Thursday, Oct 30. They were open Friday, Saturday, and Monday and did not respond. I am changing my review to reflect the fact that Bonnie called me today (Nov 4) to tell me that she had left a message on my phone on the 30th. I have checked my phone records and we didn't receive a call, so they must have left a message for someone else. I don't want to hurt someone's business because of an error. I guess next time I would recommend a follow up call to make sure the message was received.

I called Bonnie and made an appointment for someone from 911 Wildlife to come to house on 09/12/2014 at 9 am. I took the day off work to be home. No one showed up from 911 Wildlife, no one called. I called Bonnie back to inquire about the visit. There was no answer. I left a detailed message and have not been called back. I then put a bad review on Angie's list and got a call from Bonnie and made a second appointment. 911 Wildlife has since been professional, provided good service and will complete the job next week. The technician (Nick?) that is doing the work is extremely competent, professional, kind and I highly recommend. I will update the review once all is complete.

He set up a 9:00 AM appointment for the next day, showed up on time and listened patiently while i explained the details, showed the various entrance and egresses excavated by the ungrateful rodent etc etc. He explained that his trapping involved uninvited guests such as squirrels, raccoons etc, not escaped pets, but gave me advice on how to recover him. He refused to charge me for his visit saying he hadn't really done anything. He was so nice it was almost enough to make me wish for a wild squirrel invasion just so would charge me. I highly recommend him
