Description of Work: They came and installed the one-way door. But squirrels were trapped in attic. They have come back several times (without extra charge) and finally found entrance holes. So now I have quiet in the attic! They came very quickly and were pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: This is the first time we had the experience of creatures in our attic. We were greeted one morning by scratching on the wall in our baby's nursery. After talking with coworkers about potential damage from ignoring infestations, I realized that we needed to take care of the rodent problem, and fast. 911 WIldlife made the initial house call within 2 business days. By the end of the week, they had installed the necessary hardware to humanely rid out attic of squirrels, as well as prevent damage as future entry points. |I wish it didn't cost so much, but 911 Wildlife did great quality of work, and I'm glad their work comes with a 10 year warranty. In the long run, it's a small price to ensure we don't have to deal with dead rodents in the walls, or damage to plumbing and electrical systems.

Description of Work: They set traps for rats. Put many barriers in our attic and garage and breezeway and Ac ducts. They returned several times to clear traps and install more barriers. Excellent service.

Description of Work: We heard critters running around in our attic. Called 911 Wildlife. Ian came out and checked our attic and the outside of the house. Found some holes that animals could get in. He offered suggestions as to what could be done. He was very nice, and did not pressure us at all. We agreed to have him close up the holes, and he put a one-way door in the roof. Left it in about a week and came back and removed it. So far we haven't heard a thing up there. Very pleased. Ian was so. Ice to work with.

Description of Work: We had rat in our attic and we tried to catch it ourselves but it is too cleaver. We eventually had to hire professionals to do the job. 911 send John to come and seal all the entry points and set up three traps in the attic. After the first week passed, we still heard the noise in the attic so I called and John came again. He then realized that he missed a point where the rat was chewing his way in and out. He sealed the gap so the rat will have to take the bait. However, it is really a smart rat. He made a few suggestions since there was not much more he could do. I am very grateful for his input and his cost cutting advice since i am on a very low fixed income

Description of Work: 911 closed off some access points to the eves of our home and placed a one-way door on one so squirrels could leave but not return. I neglected to call the next week to let them know the squirrels were gone, but 911 called me and followed up. They returned, removed the one-way access, and covered the remaining hole. I called on Saturday, and they came Monday afternoon. Two young men inspected the house and did the work at the specified time. They were polite and took time to explain the procedure, costs, and answered all questions. When they returned to finish the final work, we did not have to be at home. There is a ten year guarantee on all original work done. When we stated we are having the house painted and some boards replaced soon, they explained that only original work is guaranteed, but told us what to look for while having the boards replaced to avoid having animals reenter. Their pricing appears to be comparable to other businesses offering similar services. Overall, we are happy with the services and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: This company is wonderful at animal removal. They do not harm the animals; they simply get them out of your home! We heard noises above our living room, which meant the animals were in between floors. Jeff quickly came out and installed one-way wire gates at the squirres' entry site and areas around the eaves where they could get in. Mama squirrel came out right away, but because she had three little ones inside she gnawed another hole overnight to get back to them. The next day all were out and he came back to put up a piece of flashing to cover the new hole. (no charge) In fact, we had another squirrel get in a couple of months later and he came back to do the same process at no additional charge! I believe the initial trip cost was $250, and that was $50/hole. Everything since was no charge. Jeff is great. He's the Bill Murray of Caddyshack for squirrels (but not nerdy--just good at what he does).
