Description of Work: Paid 1,010.00 to remove the squirrel issue. Yes - they did patch up the holes but it was a bad quality of work. Honestly - Could've patched the wholes up myself for that and saved quite a bit. |Received a call back a month later and advised that we could still hear noise. They came out and said they'd be back in a week and still haven't heard back from them.

Description of Work: Removed squirrels from attic then "squirrel-proofed" the house. Squirrels did chew through the fascia and re-entered the attic, but Bob came back out and evicted them and closed up their access point. Still trying to get the last of the mice/rats out of the attic. They are getting smarter about the traps. Bob is great to work with.

Description of Work: They did a thorough check of the premises, figured out the problem (a squirrel had burrowed into the roofline), installed a one-way door to humanely remove the squirrel, then returned two weeks later to seal up the area. Couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: I called them as I was freaking out about a mouse in my house. Amanda answered the line and was amazing and helpful. They were able to get someone out the same day. If I ever have to use them again, I would request Chris again. He was great. Very professional and calm...which I needed. He educated me more than anything and showed me potential entry points. I am sure they are used to handling much "bigger" issues BUT I appreciate their consideration and attention to my smaller problem.

Description of Work: They got squirrels out of our attic. In the process, they discovered a mother raccoon and her babies up there, too. 911 Wildlife made additional efforts, and the raccoon family was encouraged to leave on their own. No animals were harmed. All entry points were thoroughly sealed up, and additional traps were set and checked to make sure that no animals remained. Very, very pleased.

Description of Work: Evaluated problem, gave me estimate and covered areas where wild animals could not enter the attic or air vents. Very professional and helpful. Would use this company again if needed in the future.

Description of Work: I heard noises in the attic that caused me stress and few nights with less sleep. I figured it must have been some animal but was also concerned about |any damage that they might be causing. |I called 911 Wildlife and they came out and told me what the problem was, and steps to fix it. |They installed metal flashing and extra protection for all the vents, as well as using repellant and placing traps for mice. Soon after the one-way door was installed, i stopped hearing any noises. The work was done with excellent quality and was very professional. This gave me peace of mind especially with the 10 year warranty.

Description of Work: I had an animal die in the walls. They came out and blocked holes. The tech that came out was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. It did take awhile for him to get back out to pick up one way door and paint the flashing he installed. Otherwise was pleased with his work.
