Great. See above.
Description of Work: I thought I had a dead animal under my home. The driver could not find it and did not charge me. He was prompt, looked hard and refused to take a payment from me s he did not have an animal to remove. I was very impressed as he had driven a long way to get to my home.

Response from 911 Wildlife
Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt that $305 was "very expensive". I don't know of any other reputable company that would have done the work for less than that. We work very hard to make sure that our prices are fair and reasonable. I'll call you to find out what you feel would be a fair price for the work that we did. Thanks again for the feedback.

I had problems with squirrels, rodents and pests getting into my attic. They came and did a complete inspection. They said that if they didn't find the entry point for these pests, then they would not charge me anything. Their service was extremely good, courteous and professional. They were very clean and they came in early. They found the entry point and sealed the hole. They were equipped and knew what they were doing. They also had a 10-year guarantee. They did a great job. They were easy to deal with and willing to help.

This company was AWESOME. I called them and left a message at 5pm and they called me back the same day. They came out on a Saturday and didn't charge extra. The man who came out was actually early and was examining the outside of the home when I drove up. I feel bad I made him wait! He went into the crawl space and moved EVERYTHING looking for a carcass that was causing residual odor. We had a previous company (Bee Safe Pest Control) come out who did manage to remove a carcass...and asked me for a bag to dispose of the body. Then he locked his keys in his truck. This whole experience cost me $400. 911 Wildlife did an excellent job. He didn't find another carcass, but did find out what was causing the smell: body fluids that had leaked onto the insulation in the attic that the previous company hadn't removed. He sprayed vinegar in the attic and the smell is absolutely GONE. I am so happy with this experience! If I ever have another critter I have to get rid of I will be calling them first.

A mouse had moved into the house and was pretty happy about his set up but was leaving dropping in the napkin and towel drawers. Had Brian come out and look at the possible entry points in the kitchen and laundry room. After accessing all of this he decided the best plan of action was to close up the entry points stopping the mouse from using them. He filled the holes with a strong wire mesh in the kitchen, laundry room, and garage. Because it is a rodent problem it's more difficult to remove them from the home but so far no sign of the mouse. The mouse actually made an appearance during Brian's visit and ran from the kitchen to the living room where Brian set up a plan to try and run the mouse out of the house...mice are crafty though and he ran back under the cabinet. This, however, helped Brian learn how he was getting into the house. Brian did a great job and was very professional.
Description of Work: Wire blocks were set up at entry and exit points that a mouse was using to get into the house and into the kitchen area.

Robert called about an hour before our appointment and said he could come in 15 minutes or at the time we had set. He showed up early as promised. I explained some noises I had been hearing in my attic. He listened well, seemed very knowledgeable, and explained the procedures. He checked outside on the roof and side of the house for entrance points and installed a one-way trap that allows the squirrels to get out but not back in. He returned as promised in a couple of days and the trap had been triggered meaning something had exited. The noise was reduced but there was still some activity in the attic and he left the trap in place and came back again in a couple of days after the noise had stopped. The trap had been triggered again and evidently the remaining squirrel or squirrels were gone. He then removed the trap and patched the spot where they had gotten in and also made some helpful suggestions. I haven't had any further problems. I was very pleased with the work and he was a personable guy to deal with.

I had a rat die inside a wall in my home. The resultant smell was-well, not good. I got three bids on rat proofing. I was reluctant to get a bid from 911 because it seemed from available information that rat exclusion work was not one of their offerings. The lady/owner convinced me that they could do the work and that I should let them bid. I wound up choosing 911 mostly because of the thoroughness of their representative's inspection and because he also seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. The same man performed the actual work. With the exception of an exposed and rather ugly metal piece he installed to block a possible rat entrance in the front of my home-which he willingly corrected when I pointed it out-the work was well done. This was two weeks ago. While it is too early to tell if I have a permanent fix to my problem I have seen no evidence of rats in my attic as of this date. At his suggestion I have set four rat traps baited with peanut butter and syrup. Tastes pretty good to me, but I digress.

Bonnie, her Husband Kevin, and the Staff were absolutely great. For all the time and effort they spent helping us the charge was 0 (The $150 we spent was strictly for food and supplies for Nick and Natalie). They did this for us for one reason - they are dedicated to the protection of the animals. They would never allow an animal to be euthanized if the animal wasn't ill or injured beyond any reasonable expectation of recovery. Through a network of volunteers and professionals they can care for or find help for almost any wild animal native to our area. I only know about their commercial animal removal operation from talking to Bonnie and the Staff, but it is apparent that the Customer, while very important, does not come before the animals. This might not be important to some people, but to some of us it is critically important. The people at 911 Wildlife refuse to pad the bill by using scare tactics about "airborne Rabies" and the like. I guess the best description of 911 Wildlife would be knowledgeable, professional, ethical, and caring. Not a bad combination. They still let me come over to visit Nick, Natalie, and five other baby Coons that we will reluctantly, but for their own good and happiness, release in the woods in a few months.
Description of Work: Without going into details as to how, we ended up with two infant Raccoon Cubs. We didn't know how to care for them - just keeping them as "Pets" is illegal in Texas. We had heard of 911 Wildlife through a mutual friend and gave them a call. Bonnie Bradshaw not only gave us detailed instructions on how to care for the little ones, she gave us special Raccoon formula until we could order some from Illinois. She even helped us in becoming certified to legally raise the cubs. We kept the pair, now named Nick and Natalie, until they were off the bottle and taking solid food. At this point we reluctantly turned them over to Bonnie. 911 Wildlife is set up to raise and condition the babies until they are old enough to be released in a safe environment. They are still in an outdoor cage at 911 Wildlife. Since they were from a late litter they will live there a bit longer than normal so they can be released in the Spring when food is abundant and shelter is not so immediately critical.

Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this business to friends and family.
Description of Work: Employee conducted exterior inspection of roof of home for possible clues about what type of critter was entering our attic at night. He also looked for possible entries into the attic. He then inspected the interior of the attic and looked for evidence of what type of critter we were hearing. After not finding any specific evidence about what was causing nightly noises, he offered possible ideas of what we could do determine what next step should be. He did not charge us for the initial evaluation. If we determine based on his suggestions that we need further assistance, I will not hesitate to call them again.

Awesome experience. We have had squirrel problems for 3+ years and have had several companies come out to "solve" our problem. The first company set a trap on our roof, caught a squirrel, but the problem continued. The second company came out and wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to "squirrel proof" our house. Jeff from 911 Wildlife came out, pointed out all the possible entry points, covered the points and left a one way trap (squirrels could leave but not return). The first day we saw the squirrel on the roof, trying to get back in. The squirrel persisted, actually chewed another hole in our roof. At that point, Bonnie and Jeff determined the squirrel had babies inside, thus the determination to get back in. Jeff place ammonia soaked rags in the new hole, telling us the squirrels would not like that and would move the babies out of the attic. Sure enough, a few days later, we no longer heard squirrels in the attic. This is the first time we have been successful in ridding our home of squirrels and couldn't be more thrilled with 911 Wildlife. They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, did what they said they would, and were successful. I felt they were reasonably priced, didn't try to sell a lot of other unnecessary services, always showed up when they said they would be there, and were just nice people to deal with. They won't disappoint.

911 wildlife was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. As soon as I made the appointment, Bonnie emailed me information on raccoons. Corey was early the first day. The chimney top cover has a 10 year warranty. Bonnie called to follow up the next day.
Description of Work: I saw raccoons in my backyard and heard noises on my roof. Turns out a mother raccoon with 3 babies were living in my chimney. I called 911Wildlife and Bonnie sent Corey out to the house that same morning. He installed a one-way door so that the raccoons could leave and not re-enter. He also performed an inspection of the exterior of my house for other possible points of entry. The next day, Corey made sure they were all gone and he installed a permanent cover on my chimney top.

Birds had been building nests which blocked the attic vents to the point that the vents no longer functioned. They were on time, very courteous, and provided an accurate estimate for services. Four large garbage bags of nesting material were removed, along with the existing mesh vent covers on the inside of the attic. They replaced the covers, and placed additional mesh over the vents on the outside. They were cheerful, professional, timely, and extremely neat. I couldn't be more pleased with their work!
Description of Work: Removed birds' nests lodged between attic vents and vent covers, replaced existing vent covers, and provided additional screening over the vents to prevent future nest builders from accessing the vents.

We had multiple opossums living in our attic. We called 911 Wildlife to take a look and give an estimate. The estimate was for $285 including the Angie's List discount. We had them perform the work at a later date. The rep sealed the secondary entry point with steel wire screen. He placed an exclusion device on the main entry point. This allowed the animals to exit but not return. This did the trick. Two weeks later the rep returned and replaced the exclusion device with steel wire screen to seal the main entry point. The rep was courteous and explained what he was doing. The actual cost of the service was less than the estimate at $243.50. The only service that was not included was repair of the wooden soffit. I would recommend their service.
Description of Work: We had several opossums living in our attic. The company rep. came out and sealed one entry point and placed an exclusion device on the main entry point. Two weeks later the rep. returned and sealed the main entry report; 100% successful.

A really nice guy arrived on time. He checked everything out and told me that it wasn't a large animal getting under the house. He thinks it is rats. They don't handle rats, so he didn't charge me anything. And Bonnie at the office suggested someone to call. She was great. I would definitely call them again.
