Great- these guys are true professionals

+: Staff was knowledgeable and professional. They exclude critters, don't kill them. They installed screening and 1-way doors under soffit. When I said that I wasn't sure that all critters were excluded, they made an extra trip to check the attic. When all signs of indoor critters were gone, they came back and replaced 1-way doors with screening. -: Price seemed high but may be the prevailing rate. They don't repair fascia, which I also needed.

911 wildlife came and helped me identify holes that needed to be filled and suggested some do it yourself options before I hired 911 wildlife. No high pressure sales tactics. I actually bought some copper mesh and Great Stuff and filled the holes myself. Problem solved.

Can not say enough about how GREAT it was to work with Devon. Being an animal lover myself, it was a tug on the heart strings knowing that you are upsetting a wild animals life. The knowledge Devon had about oppossums was amazing, interesting and and the traits were spot on. Devon did a complete and thorough inspection of the roof and vents to be sure where to narrow down the exact location of entry. At the same time, repair work was being done on the roof and he was kind enough to work with the carpenter as to ensure proper placement of the one way trap door. Best decision I could have ever made was to call 911 Wildlife to "evict" the oppossum from my attic and to let it live naturally in the environment it knows and loves. My heart is happy for that!! Didn't find any at the time but cleared areas and provided recommendations

Devin did a fabulous job! He was very punctual and after giving me an estimate was prepared to start working right away! That was fabulous as I didn't want to take additional time off work. Every other company I spoke with sent out a sales guy first and then wanted to reschedule the work. I also received estimates in the thousands of dollars and 911 Wildlife provided all services for 850.Yeah! Not only, have they made 2 visits, they will be returning to check traps. Devin also did touch up painting after repairs which required a trip to Home Depot. Very professional and reasonable company. I appreciate the fact they did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. Great job 911 Wildlife and Devin!!!

Everything went well. The work was done during the hot point of the day and it appeared that all critters were already out of the attic. After a three day period the entry point was sealed up. Work was done well. I would recommend them to others.

I had a contractor tell me I had a raccoon in my attic. Initially, 911 Wildlife could not perform the services due to scheduling conflicts (they were booked for a while). Even though they could not potentially do the work, Amanda at the office was quite helpful and gave great instructions how to potentially take care of the situation myself. She gave clear guidance on what I needed to do and what materials I needed to buy to handle the situation. Fortunately, 911 Wildlife had an opening come up and they were able to officially assess the situation as a rat problem in the attic, not raccoons. Nick the technician was very professional and diligently performed the work. He was even able to recommend certain higher risk potential entry points so I could make a more informed decision about the scope of work.

911 Wildlife response was prompt. The technician found 9 entry points that the squirrels had created. He sealed all but one and placed a one way door in the final one to allow any still in the attic to leave but not come back in. He came back a few days later and sealed that one. The technician was great, I highly recommend this company.

We had squirrels having parties in our attic. We had no luck with our exterminator and traps, so we looked for professional animal removal. The first company turned us down because of our tile roof. Dylan came out immediately when called, spent a long time looking for entry spots and telltale signs and accepted the job. He closed numerous entry points and came every 2-3 days for several weeks. We are now squirrel-free and have a guarantee, as well. Dylan is professional, patient, and one **** of a nice guy. I highly recommend Brinker.

I do a lot of detailed research when looking for the right company to do my home project. I obtained four quotes and it was an easy decision to choose 911 Wildlife. They had the following attributes on Angie’s list: bonded and insured, Angie’s List Certified, 2016 Super Service Award, 9 years on Angie’s List, 91% of reviews were an “A” rating for Animal Removal. 911 Wildlife also had an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and you don’t pay until the work is completed. Most importantly, I was very impressed with 911 Wildlife’s culture of wanting the customer to be pleased and satisfied with their work. The service rep arrived on time. He initially went into the attic and determined I had rats. He was the only one of the 4 bids that assessed my attic by walking from one end to the other. He then spent time assessing the various rat entry holes around my house. He answered no less than 25 questions I had. He was very patient with me, knowledgeable, and had very good interpersonal skills. I also met with the general manager and asked him the same questions as the service rep and was very pleased with his responses. The quote listed various items to be done that included OPTIONAL items. For example, they place traps in my attic and provide four weekly trap checks. However, you can check the traps yourself and save yourself some money. For 911 Wildlife, Angie’s List has an overall review rating of “A” for approximately 300 animal removal reviews. Some of the reviews did give a “Price” rating less than an “A”. The most expensive item is the exclusion work of installing metal flashing on your eaves where there was a hole or access point for rats. My house structure was such that I had 18 access points! Two of the other quotes were similar in the number of access points. The bottom line is that the amount of the quote is very dependent on the number of access points. Plus as stated in the last paragraph, there are OPTIONAL items that you can perform yourself. I was very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Sealed off access to all entry points and restored chewed areas with metal plates and matched paint. Looks like the Squirrels were never there.

The work went very well. Marcus, the technician, was thorough in his explanations on the process and our options. It was a reasonable price for the work done. He inspected & sealed several holes in building; installed a one-way door for squirrels to exit & not get back in; and then some days later he sealed the exit hole. The service included a 10-year guarantee to exclude squirrels from the building. We greatly appreciate Marcus' expertise and customer service focus.

Johnny arrived on time . He showed me the evidence of infestation and why he believed it was rats and not squirrels. He explained what they planned to do. The work was accomplished promptly and professionally. At the end of the job as he was showing me what had been a accomplished, I asked if he could close up what appeared to me to be a gap. Even though the ladder had been replaced on the truck, he cheerfully retrieved it and went up to add more caulk. The quoted price seemed high, but they were highly recommended by the pest control company we have used for years. We acted on that recommendation. So far, no more rats=)

Justin and the team will give you a no B.S. assessment of what is going on with your wildlife problem, give you options, and let you decide. The work and craftsmanship Justine did for our home was awesome! We had a couple squirrels get into our attic chewing through the eve. He was able to put in one way doors that allowed the squirrels to leave on their own humanly without harming them. He came back when he said he would to make sure they were all gone before securing the opening. Justin and the team are real experts in their industry. Justin has a lot of knowledge he shares with customers on prevention measures as well. He also pointed out resting points where it would be easy for them to start over and we got those resolved as well. They are very quick to respond to you by phone and get appoints set for you quickly. I highly recommend 911 wildlife and the team for any wildlife needs you have. I highly recommend 911 Wildlife. Extremely professional, and their prices are highly reasonable for the work done, and solve the problem. 911 Wildlife also does not to "oversell" services or use scare tactics. One major company told me: "you have a serious risk of dying from rabies or bubonic plague" just because they are in your attic. 911 Wildlife was the cheapest of all the bids I got, though to be clear, my bids were highly reputable companies--I wasn't looking for absolute lowest price. Other prices I got ranged from about the same $500 to $2000. I would absolutely use them again--and would not even call anyone else. They are also a humane solution--installing one way doors from the attic, that allow animals out but not back in--solved the problem within 24 hours.
